Adobe Acrobat Online

Is there some easy way to get to the PDF files from Adobe Scan on the computer? A folder I can put in my Finder Favorites for example? Or is the app really as crappy and useless as it seems? Do I really need to open Acrobat and then export the files through multuple menus if I want them somewhere else? If that's the case, it's an instant uninstall for me. Thanks!

I have DC Standard. When i first used it, I was able to send 4 contracts to clients for signature. Then an error started happening. Can anyone help?

I just purchaed adobe acrobat pdf pack,  but the link i got requested me to download acrobat DC.   I DO NOT want acrobat DC  and dont want to get charged for it.    

HelloI have a iPad pro (2020) and a Macbook air. I have a edited/ annotated pdf document saved to my adobe document cloud and I add comments and make edits to the PDF on my macbook air,  the edited PDF is viewable on my iPad Pro but I can not save to adobe cloud the comments or edits I make to the PDF on the iPad pro. Hola, Hace unos días viene apareciendo este error en mis documentos pdf al guardarlos con modificaciones (resaltar texto): Resulta que intento guardarlo con otro nombre o en otra carpeta pero el error sigue apareciendo. Jamás me pasó y no entiendo ahora por qué sucede. Ya van varios documentos que de pronto aparece ese cartel y tengo que esperar unos minutos para poder guardar los cambios.Alguno sabe cómo se puede solucionar? ¡Gracias!

Since yesterday we are not able to access our templates. It looks like they were removed. When we try to access a previously used template we receive error message saying "You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator." Any ideas what this means?

I purchased this product and do not have the option. Under organize files, I can only move, delete, insert or rotate. I spent hours with customer service with no resolution other than I should post my concern here. I shared my computer with support and they could not figure out why I do not have the feature. Instead, they setup a free 7-day trial of pro. That does not resolve my issue. I want the services I paid for.

Yesterday, I used https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/acrobat/word-to-pdf/ for the first time.  It converted a Word document of 8.4 MB to a PDF of 3.0 MB, in which graphics were reproduced with very good resolution and complete freedom from mosquito noise.  I was very favourably impressed. Today, I had to create a free account to convert a 10.0 MB version of the same Word document, but the PDF produced was only 1.1 MB.  This PDF's graphics quality was predictably vastly inferior to the best that Word can produce when saving the same file with settings optimal for graphics as a PDF of 3.2 MB. Can anyone explain what's going on here?  What does the quality of the PDF depend on?  Is the quality of conversion throttled back on the free account?  If so, I can't see any notification of that anywhere.  The inconsistency isn't encouraging me to consider subscribing to the paid service.

Would like to create a pdf reader

I'm about to buy a document scanner to convert a number of files with printed documents into PDF. The amount of files / documents to convert clearly makes it not feasible to use Acrobat with a scanner to scan page-by-page (as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/scan-documents-pdf.html). I'm talking about devices like the Brother ADS-2800W, which scans 40 pages per minute full-duplex.    When I checked the capabilities of this and other devices, I noted they all support storing documents in various cloud storages (Dropbox, Onedrive, you name it) - but no devices support uploading scans to Document Cloud! Why is that?

i've created a form in Acrobat DC, for ordering supplies. the User may enter a number in the boxes and the should be automatically totaled in the bottom box. The bottom box is doubling everything. I have checked to make sure that each text box has only been represented once in the calculations. Its a super simple calculation of addition, yet i cannot find my error anywhere. Each box has no value until the user enters the value. can nayone help? i've attached the file

I'm posting this in both the DC Services and Sign communities, not sure which it better applies to. Also, while looking, I found questions about this dating back to 2015 that never really got a clear answer, granted it was in follow up questions so here is a try at a cut and dry question. Are form field templates available in the version of Adobe Sign that comes with Document Cloud or does it require Sign Business/Sign Enterprise? I have seen this page but it has no mention of version. Underlying issue: I have a report that I have to send to a few users every quarter and they just have to sign off that it's correct or note the changes. I would like to use a stamp but I have tried using stamps and layers and neither worked. Form Templates looked promising but I don't see it available... I love that Adobe has lots of really great directions but it would be helpful for Sign related directions to note if the features are only available in certain versions. Would anyone know if the product "Adobe Acrobat Export PDF" (cloud) does batch conversions of PDF files to Word or Excel and:- what is the limit of simultaneous upload of PDF files for conversion- what is the limit for simultaneous download of converted files- whether automatic conversion based on OCR is included.Thank you for your help.

I can access my Creative Cloud PDFs though my browser (Edge). I can also add comments. But if I download the file, or access the copy on my hard drive, there are no comments??? Why? Also, as an FYI, it has become increasingly confusing to access 'CC files', but also have a CC app for general upkeep of my Adobe programs and updates. It's primarily a branding issue, but it's very sloppy on Adobe's part to glom together these completely distinct functions/programs/storage locations.

Bending over backwards to combine pdf files in adobe and it is just not working. Tried 2 different remote desktops and trying to do it in the adobe cloud and it is still not working. Technology is flummoxing me this afternoon. I have an adobe account and once I have selected the items to combine, the combine button does not highlight.

Hi, I am trying to mass move all my folders & files from the Adobe cloud to google Drive in the organization it is on Adobe cloud now. I dont want to save my files ( even PDFs) in seperate Adobe cloud. Want all files & foldres in 1 place , Google Drive folders &etc. Would anyone know how to mass move the foldres / files?Thank you. -NOTE: My 1st time accessing this community, apolgies if I'm not following customary protocls 

Hello.The past few weeks we have had users that have Adobe Cloud Subscription and have Adobe Acrobat DC Installed where when sending e-mails in the Outlook Client , Outlook would freeze.  Disabling the Adobe Send & Track It Add-in, Outlook works all ok.Are there any known issues with the add-in and Office 2016 O365 installations?Also is there a way to disable the add-in from Outlook (I am thinking GPO) however this is tied in the application... so not sure if possible but I wanted to check?If you need additional information please let me knowThanks in advanceTony
