Adobe Acrobat Online

Hello, We have been attempting to use Send & Track but have found its limitations to be astonishingly low, and there is no clear indication of what the limitation actually is. We shared a document to 45 users (with unique links), which worked, but then a second document sent to another 45 users didn't work ("maximum" achieved). Is the limitation 50 unique links? If I delete the existing shares, does that "free up" whatever the limitation is, or are those permanently used up until a certain time has passed? This might not actually accomplish what we're trying to do but I need the limits for Send & Track to be actually & accurately spelled out because there's no indication anywhere in any documentation I can find of what they actually are.

I have uploaded fill and sign documents for our team to use (and use often).  These documents will change frequently so it's important that team access the most recent version.  Can I share the folder with our team rather than the file itself?  They would have access to this folder when they sign in rather than a file.   Thanks in advance

We're trying to use Adobe cloud for sharing PDFs and marking them up the but the text tool is missing and is replaced by the sticky note. Is there a way to get the text tool back instead of using sticky notes?

I am able to pull up the Covid-19 PPP Borrower Application and it SAYS it converted it to docx; but I still can't type in it. Any hints? I'm an idiot.

Is there a fast way to empty a folder? Adobe isn't seriously telling me to delete the 200 files I have in that folder one by one before I can delete the folder itself right?At that point I might as well make a new account.

hello, every time I send a PDF previously signed by a certificate (not just via adobe acrobat, some other tool) to the document cloud (so, for example I send it into the signing flow) the already existing certificates get removed and they're replaced by Adobe's own certificate, making them usless in the procedure. any way to keep the existing certificates intact? thanks in advance for your help! cheers,Paweł

Hi, I am trying to export about a thousand PDFs to .docx. I purchased Adobe Acrobat Export PDF, and it works for the majority of my PDFs, but it gets stuck on a few. These few PDFs fail to convert at all and clog up the queue: since it looks like only 4 PDFs can be converting at one time, after 4 of these unconvertable PDFs show up, the process completely stops. I am not willing to delete all the PDFs that won't convert, but I'm fine with not having them converted. So, is there a way to tell Acrobat to stop converting PDFs if it hasn't worked for 5 minutes, say? I attached one of these PDFs that can't be converted.

hi! i did a seven days trial for free for adobe pdf reader pro. then i tried to cancel the trial but my formula didnt appear on my profile ? now i've been charged with 17.99 euros but i dont want to use this service anymore and i want to cancel it, not to be charged. however, no one on the chat is replying to my messages. While the 'Export PDF' cloud option says i can convert UNIMITED PDFs to DOCX/XLSX files, that is not the case.After 100-ish documents i get a message that i've reached my 'DAILY LIMIT' So how exactly is this 'UNLIMITED'?  I must specify some documents contain images and i do expect OCR being performed on them.If there is a limit on the OCR part, why isn't it mentioned anywhere? Regards,Adrian L. 

Is there an sdk or api for fill & sign? I know there is one for Adobe Sign but the workflow of that particular app does not work for my needs, as I only need to locally sign a document. Any information or help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This might seem a bit simple but Ive been trying to add an image from my dropbox account in the edit pdf tool. Onnth4e original computer dropbox was shown as a favourite and you just added the image. On the second computer dropbox doesnt show up - so how do you add dropbox as a favourite so you can add images?

I want to be able to print to my local printer the PDF files I have saved in my Document Cloud.  I want to use the WEB based document cloud view as I am using a public computer and am unable to install the app onto the computer.I don't see an option for printing one or several saved pdfs at one time.

Is the Adobe Cloud HIPPA compliant? i.e. safe for health information transfer and storage?

I've inserted a short clip (9MB H.264 mp4 720p 24fps mono) into a large PDF (30.8MB, 340pgs). In Acrobat Pro the video plays when clicked, and all controls work. I shared it with a colleague for whom the controls worked. But when I uploaded it to a WordPress website, the PDF displays and scrolls beautifully, the video poster image displays, but the video doesn't play when clicked. I wondered if the poster image was somehow blocking the 'mouseup' command when clicking on the video window, so I tried a workaround: I used the Button tool to create triggers for play, pause, mute, rewind, which I placed below the video window. Nada. In doing some research I read a few comments suggesting that when a PDF with an embedded video is displayed online,  the link to the video content is not kept intact — even when the original raw PDF had the video embedded. Does this mean I need to have some kind of Adobe Cloud service to store + link + activate my PDF video?&nb

I need help copying a two page document scanned into adobe basic plan to my desktop as a PDF? 

I work in an organisation that has a number of Adobe DC users and are currently setup for Federated ID.For a couple of reasons we want everyone in the organisation to login before they are able to sign a document that was sent to them, however most people in the organisation dont currently have Adobe ID accounts. What's the best way to achieve this? * Does every user need an Adobe DC license? * Do we need to pre-create Adobe ID accounts for everyone who may need to sign?   

I own an I-Pad, and until reciently when I used it to do documents in Adobe Fill and Sign, I could always see both lines that I added to my document.  Now I can't see the second line until the document goes to my email, drive or other location.  This happens in every document I open, and I already closed the app,  removed it from my I-pad, the reopened it.  All with the same problem.

I can't open a pdf on my pc.  I have tried updating and all other troubleshooting.
