Hi Everyone, I'm experiencing an odd issue - I have 48 seperate PDFs that need to be uploaded to the cloud, and a link created for each PDF. Adobe Acrobat is creating share links however they are not always unique. So while it creates link "123xyz" to link to PDF "A", when I save PDF "AE" to the cloud and create a link it will sometimes give me a previous used link eg "123xyz" - then when a third party wants to view PDF "A" they are actually viewing PDF "AE". I cannot find any threads regarding this problem - but has anyone experienced this before? - N
I paid for Adobe PDF Pack and to convert a PDF to Word but when I click on export I get another prompt to buy it instead of the file converting. Then if in desperation I try to buy it again it wont let me because it says I already have the product!!!! What's going on?
I know how to share one document with tool "Share", but how can I share more than one document? I can select only one. Thank you.

Dear Community,Dear Adobe Support, we are evaluating Adobe DocumentCloud Integration for Office365 / SharePoint online.for this we used the installation guide and added the App to our AzureAD: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/o365pdf/main.html?trackingid=X6FJHVD2&mv=in-product&mv2=acrobat I experience the following behaviour:- Opening a PDF in userse OneDrive does open it in DocumentCloud- Opening a PDF in a Teamwebsite does open a blank tab without loading the document. I can also choose in SharePoint to "Open in Browser" which works. But then it is not opened in DocumentCloud. Already tried in different browsers, on different workstations, with different users -> same experience.Does anyone has the same experience and a solution? Thanks,Chris
Using Microsoft Flow to send a document out for Approval and when user opens document from the link it does not open in Document Cloud so that they can add comments and markup the PDF. It only gives the option to Download or print.
I am trying to update billing information and the system does not recognize my address. I am entering the correct information.
Adobe export PDF has stopped working. It will not allow me to drag and drop a PDF to convert to Microsoft Word. I and using a MAC. I contacted support chat and was told this program is not supported by chat and to use the forum. I pay for the program yearly, it's not working and I can't get Adobe chat support can anyone help me? I have not upgraded to Catalina. I’m waiting for adobe to upgrade their programs to work with Catalina. When I open a PDF, the Adobe program opens automatically. I then click on tools and the convert window opens. When I drop and drag, it said trouble signing in. I have signed in and out, I have reinstalled the program. Nothing works.
Shared files do not always appear in my Adobe Pro DC application until I respond to the email generated by Adobe Document Cloud Services that is created when someone shares a PDF with me. Once I click on the big blue "open" link, the file will then appear in the "Shared by Others" list and the "Recent" list. However, until recently, PDFs shared with me that I had yet to open had appeared in a "To Do" section at the top of my recent tab. Is this functionality gone?I would rather not have to add the step of opening through the email first and then moving over to my Pro DC application to access the shared PDF.
I have the plan Adobe Export pdf but I would also like to secure my pdfs so they can't be edited, copied etc. As a teacher, I've seen I could buy a complete plan (whose monthly fee is too expensive for me as I only want to secure my pdfs). What can I do?
I am using Acrobat Pro, CS4, and want to upload a pdf to the document cloud to test the file share capabities. I get an Error, no respose from server. What am I doing wrong?

I uploaded a PDF to the Document Cloud via the web portal on a PC. That file does not show in Fill & Sign on an iPad, even after closing & re-opening the app.Files uploaded to DC from the iPad show in the web portal. I renamed a file via the web portal on the PC and the change was reflected on the iPad. This should rule out connectivity issues and using wrong account. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
A couple of days ago my DC on my iPhone started to freeze for a minute or so while trying to fill documents. It happens every time and when it unfreezes it doesn't save any of the changes made before the freeze. I need a fix for this ASAP- Help! This is killing my team in the field.
We recently had a user leave the company that was using the Adobe PDF document cloud services. We believe there are signed files in their document cloud storage that are not copied anywhere else. How can we administratively access the users document cloud storage to recover those files?
Each time I try to sign in to Document Cloud Adobe, I get an error message saying "unexpected error encountered". What servers does this work with? I have Google Chrome and Mozilla Fox but neither seems to work.
Sometime in the last few weeks I've lost the ability to select multiple files to send in one batch. I have been using Adobe Send & Track for 5 years now. Per your FAQs (here: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-send-faq.html) this service is no longer available to new subscribers, but existing customers can continue to use the service as usual. But this recent change whereas you can only send one file at a time is not the service I have been paying for and using the past 5 years. Without this function, the product is useless to me. I need to be able to select multiple files on my computer and send them in one batch to another user, and that user downloads them in one batch. I know it is not a problem on my computer, as other users are reporting the same thing:https://community.adobe.com/t5/Document-Cloud-PDF-Services/Unable-to-share-multiple-Jpg-Files-from-the-cloud/td-p/10651226 No one has addressed this issue properly in the forums, and there is no phone su
I have Adobe Pro DC and it is impossible to get a BAA without an enterprise account for a minimum of $1500 a year. Stop advertising and saying that you are HIPAA compliant. So frustrated. And it goes on and on.
I uninstalled an Adobe Cloud Services subscription because they kept sending update requests that locked my laptop. Sometimes it would unlock with three "deny" hits. Sometimes I needed to retstart. This often broought my work to a halt and then I'd lose data when restarting. This is pretty outrageous. I called and they said, after instructing me to shut down several processes, that this would no longer happen. Yet now, having uninstalled the program and cancelled the subscription, the update requests keep on coming. There's nothing from Adobe left and yet it keeps asking for access to the keychain. I literaly can't get work done with these interruptions and have been told I may need to buy a new laptop with Adobe regularly locking this one. Suggestions? This is unreal. I don't recall a software company being this...well, abusive I guess is the word.
I purchased Adobe PDF Pack and it doesn't expire until July 2018. How do i download it on a new computer?
Sharing multiple JPGs from the cloud was never an issue in the past. Now the option to share a file is only visable for a single file at a time. Has something changed? I am a photographer and normally share my photos via the document cloud. I was accumstomed to sharing up to 50 at a time. Please help. Thank You
Barcode fills on screen but does not print when form printed
I noticed that around the time I upgraded to iOS 13 on my apple device, I would start getting logged out of Adobe Document Cloud in the Adobe PDF Reader app when I was previously never logged out, which was for a few months since I downloaded the app. I am not sure if this is related to the new iOS 13 or anything or any other updates else where with the app, but I was wondering if anyone else was running into the same issue and figured out a solution to this. A bit more context to why this is a bit of an issue: I don't have cellular support on my device, and sometimes I need to access documents I downloaded from the document cloud when I don't have wifi access, and everytime I am automatically logged out, I have to redownload each of my files manually (while on wi-fi access), and I have easily over 100 files saved on the cloud at the moment.
