Adobe Acrobat Online

Each time I try to sign in to Document Cloud Adobe, I get an error message saying "unexpected error encountered".  What servers does this work with?  I have Google Chrome and Mozilla Fox but neither seems to work. 

Sometime in the last few weeks I've lost the ability to select multiple files to send in one batch. I have been using Adobe Send & Track for 5 years now. Per your FAQs (here: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-send-faq.html) this service is no longer available to new subscribers, but existing customers can continue to use the service as usual. But this recent change whereas you can only send one file at a time is not the service I have been paying for and using the past 5 years. Without this function, the product is useless to me. I have Adobe Pro DC and it is impossible to get a BAA without an enterprise account for a minimum of $1500 a year.  Stop advertising and saying that you are HIPAA compliant.  So frustrated. And it goes on and on.  

I uninstalled an Adobe Cloud Services subscription because they kept sending update requests that locked my laptop. Sometimes it would unlock with three "deny" hits. Sometimes I needed to retstart. This often broought my work to a halt and then I'd lose data when restarting. This is pretty outrageous. I called and they said, after instructing me to shut down several processes, that this would no longer happen. Yet now, having uninstalled the program and cancelled the subscription, the update requests keep on coming. There's nothing from Adobe left and yet it keeps asking for access to the keychain. I literaly can't get work done with these interruptions and have been told I may need to buy a new laptop with Adobe regularly locking this one. Suggestions? This is unreal. I don't recall a software company being this...well, abusive I guess is the word. 

I purchased Adobe PDF Pack and it doesn't expire until July 2018.  How do i download it on a new computer?

Sharing multiple JPGs from the cloud was never an issue in the past. Now the option to share a file is only visable for a single file at a time. Has something changed? I am a photographer and normally share my photos via the document cloud. I was accumstomed to sharing up to 50 at a time. Please help. Thank You

Barcode fills on screen but does not print when form printed

I noticed that around the time I upgraded to iOS 13 on my apple device, I would start getting logged out of Adobe Document Cloud in the Adobe PDF Reader app when I was previously never logged out, which was for a few months since I downloaded the app. I am not sure if this is related to the new iOS 13 or anything or any other updates else where with the app, but I was wondering if anyone else was running into the same issue and figured out a solution to this.  A bit more context to why this is a bit of an issue: I don't have cellular support on my device, and sometimes I need to access documents I downloaded from the document cloud when I don't have wifi access, and everytime I am automatically logged out, I have to redownload each of my files manually (while on wi-fi access), and I have easily over 100 files saved on the cloud at the moment.

Hello all, Title says it all: my assets are above the free storage given by Adobe free cloud services (2.1Gb) but I can still upload files to the Document Cloud... How's that possible? I don't want any of my old files getting lost just because I'm above the given storage so I don't want to risk it too much... Thanks!

In Microsoft 10 Word 2013 convert PDF to digitenabling to translate the Japanese written into English 

I just paid for the plan $23.88/yr to convert PDF into, among others, RTF. I drag some PDFs into the box, they are being "exported", resulting in a list of identical file names with .PDF and with .RTF, I check the RTF files and click on download, they appear in my Mac's download folder, and both Pages and Nisus bring them up empty, no content, just a logo thingie (square with arrow in it).Adobe support (chat) tells me they don't honor this kind of thing, so - can anyone here help me, please?

When I go to print my document it moves my words so that it prints distorted. What can I do to fix this? I've tried changing the font that doesn't work. This has been working fine until today.  See how the date has done? It doesn't show up like this til the print screen

Hi, I am unable to find how to speak or email Adobe help desk.If anyone can help with advice. I paid for the basic plan to convert pdf to word format to try. I have the receipt. Hi! Is it possible to search pdfs scanned with Adobe Scan by content? I'd like to be able to search for "invoice" and see all scanned invocies. I tried in Adobe Scan, in the web interface (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/) and through Acrobat Reader DC. OCR worked fine, I can copy the text from the pdfs, but can't search for it.

I have recently changed the primary eamil address on my account however now when I attempt to 'Send for Signature' or go into my templates the page just continues to load and I can't move any further? Is anyone able to advise on this?

Hallo Kollegen/innen, bei mir scheitert seit Monaten das Einloggen in dir CreativCloude. Selten, ca. alle 4 Wochen klappt es mal an einem Tag. Ich bekomme den Anmeldecode, gebe ihn ein, Meldung "Abgemeldet"!Habe auch mit den Programmen der CC probleme. Konnte jetzt vor 3 oder 4 Wochen endlich auf Version 2018 updaten. Acrobat DC zusammen mit der Toolbox und PitStop läuft sogut wie garnet. Wenn mal, dann ist es Spitze. Macht mich z.Z. nicht sehr Glücklich. Macht mich bitte nicht nieder, weiß nicht an wenn ich mich wenden soll. Gruß Abbelbeisser

We've had Adobe PDF Pack for a while but have found in recent months that even though I can log in and convert the files to docx when I try to download them the screen tells me that the file is too large (and yet you can see it isn't), when you try to open it I get the circle of doom if I try to share it then it still appears as a pdf!  All most frustrating for something that in the past has taken seconds.

Why can't I see my field text in my fillable PDF? I set up the form fields, set my text preferences, and set everything to VISABLE, but when I save the text isn't visable. I'm going crazy here!

Hi, I have a lot of individual PDF statemnts that need to be printed on mass scale and starting this year i have a seperate newsletter to be inserted right at the end of the package.I do know how to insert a page on PDF.But sometimes the inserted page acts as a part of the clients statements.(ie on the back of the clients statements page)I need to ensure this newsletter/insert is seggrated on it own rather than be a part of the clients statments tail page (although its all stapeled together) in other words the insert should stand on it own on a fresh page-on an odd page number to be accurate when printed as its printed on both sides. is there a way to do this?PLEASE HELP The PDF clients statements may vary from  3-11 pages depending on the clients business with me.I need to find a way to insert this general newsletter on a fresh page leaving a blank page at the end of the client statemnet.But i dont want to leave a blank page on all coz there are times that the outp

Hi,I converted a PDF to word to make corrections. I need to convert the word document back to PDF. I am unable to convert the document back to PDF. Please help. I did not see an option to simply allow me to edit the PDF without converting to word.

I just bought the Adobe PDF Pack this morning, mainly for the purpose to combine different files into one PDF file.Now I noticed the problem that when I import an Excel file which contains multiple sheets, it will only show the most recently opened sheet instead of all of them. As of this, I can only take one sheet for the combination instead of the whole workbook. Is this intended or is there a solution for the problem?  

I canceled my order and it said that i would get a refound.. But i haven't gotten it!
