Adobe Aero

Tried yesterday and again today to 'Apply Changes' to a project in Aero with no success, getting the red error bar at the bottom of screen.  Really hope this doesn't take as long as the problem I had with Indesign's Publish Online which took about 10 weeks to resolve and many, many hours of reporting? Hey guys! What's happening with link generation inside the Aero? Also, there's no option to modify already created links too. Please fix that ASAP! 

Hello communitySame problem here, since the update no share link / QRcode can be created.On older projects before the update I can still use the link, QR code is working. But with changes or new projects link generation is not working at all. Didn't change anything on my system, no change of hardware or system update. Why is nobody from Adobe Support reporting the server problem? We are all dependent on you if we can only publish our aero projects with you! At least tell us honestly where the problem lies, so that we don't all desperately search our systems and programming for errors that lie with you!

No matter what I try, unable to create link to share my AR project. I've seen threads about corporate accounts and sharing settings but this is a single user account. Any help would be greatly received, I have an urgent deadline in 2 days time. It's not model complexity, can't share even a simple cube. It's the share process/mechanism itself.

I have a recent updated version of Aero. It's been a few days that when I try to share a barcod, this option dissapearing from the sharing options. The only availbe option is to share a link. I've talked to teechnical support, and they tried many diffrent possibilities but nothing works. I also uninstalled the Aero, and even tried to return back to an older version - it's still doesn't let me generate barcode for share, and the barcode is simply not showing up. Anyone had the same issue?

Hello i just get the access to test geospatial, i've made a quick test using adobe ressources and put a dinosaure in the street. Unfortunately aero is unable to generate a link. I tried the Export /Import solution but it doesn't work. i have a creative cloud personnal access and i work on desktop, so it's seems not to be limited by any admin permission.I would love to have a solution on that, so i could test those super cool features 🙂 thanks ! Ben

Can't create a new Adobe Aero link since yesterday! The Adobe server no longer processes the data! Is the issue already in progress? I have a customer presentation and I can't show anything!

Hola. Me pasaron un archivo glb y estoy intentando abrirlo en Adobe Aero. Lo pude hacer pero no se ven las texturas ni colores. Quedó todo en un color mate en todo el objeto. Alguna idea?Gracias! 

Hi, I am facing issues with 2 things: 1. I designed a scene with 3d models (.glb format for models) and it is an imaged tracked design. The design is printed on a sweatshirt. The design is working properly in the workspace, but when I scan the QR code and it asks me to find for the particular image in real world and I scan the design in real world its showing some kind of error on the phone. I even tried printing my design on a paper and then image track the same for AR but still its showing the same error. (refer to image 1) 2. I saw a lot of youtube videos, and for a design which has image tracking all those youtube people could select image + vertical/horizontal surface for anchor type (refer to image 2). But in my laptop ( Lenovo yoga windows ) the adobe aero app shows me that I can only select one of the three options in anchor type. (refer to image 3)

Hi, Was there just a major update?! There has been a hudge change in how my experiences work. Now my ipad and or phone need to see the Anchor Image all the time!. I am creating some big experiences that cover more space. The Anchor Image just starts it. It worked untill this afternoon? Anybody any idea what happenend!?

There are a few pngs dissapearing when I generate the share link for my project. I test them in the Mac OS desktop preview tab and everything works until I generate the share link. The pngs end up not being in the app clip, but are still usually visible in the desktop app until I press the home button and come back to the project they disappear. I still see the names of the pngs in the Scene tab, but they're size is 0 magically and the size options are greyed out.  Everytime I try to add back the pngs they disappear after generating the share link. The size of the entire project is 61 mb. The disappearing pngs are 92, 80, and 226 kb. I have other pngs and glbs that are fine and do not magically disappear. Please help, our company is relying on a working augmented reality experience for a contract and we are dissapointed that there are no error logs of any sort or any indication of why there are disappearing assets.

Hi, Maps re not displayed When Location anchor selected. following error is shown in the command prompt " [2023-08-28 19:35:02.430] [error] [TilesetContentManager.cpp:731] An unexpected error occurs when loading tile: Unknown exception" . Is anyone else is facing this problem ?  

Even when I change the properties, nothing changes and it still rotates on its edge. My hope is to make a flower iamge spin from its center. Any suggestions appreciated. I saw the 'get around' with copying and making a group, but that is so complicated and actually didn't fix this issue.Thanks so much for any suggestions.

I am wondering if there is currently a timeline for the free beta version of Aero and if this app will also become part of the paid creative cloud subsciption model (meaning that you will need a paid subsciption to create AR work for the app), thanks!!!

I'm working on a large scale AR project for an event taking place in September with an NFL team. I'd really like to be able to use the new Geospatial Creator feature with Aero. I've requested access through the application link from a few adobe accounts accounts from our company but so far have not received access. Is there anything that could be done to expedite the process? Thanks!Samuel

I don't see the move asset path feature in the Aero tutorial in my app. https://helpx.adobe.com/aero/how-to/create-animations-in-aero.html"Directable Characters," a feature that is explained at around the 1:53 minute mark of the video. App version is 2.23.6 (125)

In the specs it says that when a viewer uses the QR code, they will not need to download the Aero App - that it will launch via the Aero Clip App that is already installed in most phones? Have people had experiences with this?  I am loving using Aero as an author but need to get past this hurdle to be able to have it used for a local outdoor artshow (no$) but I hope it will be cool. Thanks for any advice. jen

Aero and Geospatial Creator Beta on Pc, (using Iphone 10 and new Ipad pro and samsung7 at location)After building a demo for the local college hub. It downloads and opens at the location but nothing is visible? even allows me to video? What have I done wrong? Do i need a proximity behaviour to turn on when I get to the location? The link and Qrs work on phones and tablet but nothing to see after download?

Is there a simple way to backup .real files to a local or other drive besides Creative Cloud? I am going to try the Geospatial pre-release and the instructions suggest that I backup my regular Aero.real files before installing the pre-release version.I know I can export each file within the editor, but I don't see a way to do them all wholesale.Is there something I am missing?
