Hey guys, i just starting using adobe aero and i made a project and i want to transfer my AR project and make a instagram filter i tried searching how but didnt find any way, and i was wondering if it was possible in any way, i also tried transfering the adobe aero file to Spark AR so i can making a filter through Spark but i also didnt find anyway to converte Aero file to a suitable file type for Spark.

Hi, maybe a dumb question, but really need a hand here.I'm in a team working with a AR project.I am trying to share my Aero file with my teamate so she can continue where I left off.But there seem not to be a download button I could find on Adobe cloud?So how can I share my Aero file with her for editing?Thanks in advance.
Hi there, I'm reporting a bug within the recent 0.18 "App Clip" release. It seems that AR experiences viewed within the App Clip draw layers in the reverse order than is expected when compared to the full app / desktop preview. See the attached screenshots for examples of how it looks in the full app (Image 1) versus using the App Clip (Image 2). Hoping to get this bug squashed soon. Cheers. 🙂

When android version will be available in Turkey?
I am contacting museums again for my exhibit of 30 large paintings, six of which are ARs done with Adobe Aero. The wait time for an exhibit, once it is accepted, can be as much as a year and a half to over two years. So I just need to know how long it might be before Aero can interface with Androids. I did have the unfortunate experience of having MOMA, San Francisco very much interested in the exhibit until the curatorial staff was unable to look at the six AR versions of my paintings because some of their staff were using Androids. So they immediately dropped the whole exhibit. Up until then I was not aware that was one of the limitations of Aero. androids are over 72% of the cellular phone market.

So I'm trying to recreate smoke in my scene and I'm testing out a sequence of transparent .png files to show the smoke moving. It looks great when face on but as you move around the .png sequence you then see it's a flat plane. The ability to get that plane (or 3D object) to turn and face you at all times would then fake it to make it look like it's really there from all angles. I'm thinking that it would need to pivot around the y axis only (but an option to choose axis points would be useful). Many thanks!

Hi, I was surprised that after creating my work on Aero, I couldn't see it because I couldn't instal the Aero app on my mobile: Samsung Note 20 Ultra!I hope sometime soon we could use this service.Thanks,
I have experimented with OBJ imports from my program, and for the most it works very well. Some models seems to loose textures for some reason, and I can't figure out why. The model imports prefectly in my own program, Keyshot, Blender, Chetah 3D and Vectorworks. I use an iPhone 13 Pro with the current IOS. In some cases, the model comes it looking 3D pixelated too, despite having very sharp textures.

The fbx file cannot be imported on an ios device. Why stop it? And when can we add transparency and light effects? thank you.
I have a model that was rigged and animated with key frames in Maya. Exported as FBX and imported to Aero. The animation will play but the actual motion of my model has changed. The model has a skeleton made in Maya. The part that doesn't work in Aero is the part of the animation created with skin binding, while the rest of the rigged animation does work. Instead of moving the skin of the model, an entirely different part of my model moves back and forth during that part of the animation.
I very much appreciate the new feature to update already shared projects to keep the link the same, in our case we're gonna have a showroom with printed out QR codes and it would be nice to know they don't have to be updated.Unfortunately I have yet to see this apply feature work: I always get the message that something went wrong.Is there something i could try to circumvent this issue?

Noticing that both .AI and .SVG files are currently rasterized on import into Aero - hoping someday there will be a way to retain the original vector file type and leverage both the super small file size, faster upload, and high quality image benefits of vector graphics (maybe even Lottie file support?)
So there's a number of feature's we Areo users have long awaited (e.g., experience of Aero in browser - like Vectary - without the need for end users to have the app installed) but with each recent update to Aero all that is stated is: See what's new at . . . and then a long URL that is not clickable, or even selectable. It must be typed (not fun). But if one does take the time to type in the URL, it leads to: https://helpx.adobe.com/aero/using/whats-new/Aero_Release_Notes.html which stated the latest release as being in May. It is now October - and something was just updated today (and there's certainly been others since May)- but what is updated, we rarely get to know. A feature? A bug fix? Essentially, help us . . . to help you. Make these update links work in the CC app and explicitly tell us when there's a bug fix, a new feature, etc. so we can play with it and offer feedback.
Hi! I uploaded a character into Mixamo, animated it to sit, and hit the upload to Aero button. It says the upload is complete and the document can be found in my Cloud Documents in Aero. I have tried multiple times and it still hasn't shown up - my aero app is up to date and both are connected to my/same adobe account. Not sure how to fix this.Thanks 🙂
Hi All - I am hoping to teach Adobe Aero to my HS students - but the school issues than Surface devices (the device has both front and rear cameras, so in theory, it might work). In looking around, it appears there are a couple tricky ways to install Android Apps onto a Surface running Windows 11, but wondering if anyone has had success jumping through the required hoops and managed to get Aero working on a Surface device. Thanks!
It would be great if the move, move to, follow, and camera properties panel had a "collision" option such that when one object (or the camera) collides with any other object, a new set of actions was enabled. (Lot of gaming scenarios here. Don't want to get greedy - but a simple timer and click counter option would also be amazing 🙂
I'd like to create an experience outside. The thought being users could scan a QR code and the experience would appear before them and the could view/pan and then walk through and around. Is it possible to have the QR target in a spot that will allow the experience to load where I want it to? Thanks!

Hi,I am not able to use Aero, anymore. After yesterday update the software close itself anytime I try to put anything on stage or o open any Aero project. I uninstalled and reinstalled it with the same issue : ( I know it is not coded for M chips but for Intel. Also I should add that MacOS has been updated recently (a couple of days ago) to 12.5.1.Thus, I don't know if the problem is the new Aero update or MacOS 12.5.1 compatibility, but the Termination Reason: Namespace SIGNAL, Code 11 Segmentation fault: 11. Which means that the program accessed a memory location that was not assigned (so probably an Aero bug). Hope you guys will find out a solution soon. Thank you
