I wanted to have the feature in my project of the user being able to tap an image to have it expand outwards. The problem is that I cannot find a way to have a action affect the layer spacing of said image. This feature could help many others with their designs if they wanted their projects to be able to expand at a user's request.
Saludos!
Would really love the ability to lock objects in place when they are activated by an image anchor. This would allow precision for indoor experiences that utilize the built environment and have very low tolerance for misplaced horizontal or vertical anchors. I imagine this feature could be pretty easily integrated as the functionality is already present in horizontal and vertical anchors.

It would be great to be able to trigger AR content when a phone camera "sees" an image instead of a QR Code. Is this in any way possible?
This feature will make the AR scene creation much easier to visualize the physical size of of the AR experience.
I have an animationed FBX, I need to loop more then 10 times, areo only allow you to loop 10 times ?
I and my students would appreciate a Timeline in Aero, to better synchronize events using keyframes, similar to After Effects.
I tried reinstalling and all the things I could do. It works in my other phone but not in Google pixel 7 pro. I tried connecting to my friend's phone using the same WiFi and it worked.
Hi,Is there current ability, or plan to implement, real time scene updates from external data? Not sure how it would work through the same QR code... Maybe a dynamic element? On a separate note is there a discord server or anything for adobe?
Aero for Ipad should make use of the full features of the AR kit API and make the the augmented experience much more realistic. Object and human occlusion using the lidar sensor, adjusting for environmental lighting conditions, is a must for a realistic AR experience. All the hard work has been done by Apple, just implement it already!!
On iphone if I connect with an external monitor the picture stays in portrait mode and it is not possible the change it. It would be a nice feature to rotate in preview/player to landscape to show people on bigger screens. And after the recording started the big red button stays on the screen and it is not the best for AR experience.
I'm trying to stick an animated billboard on all 4 sides of a large 20+ story building and if I could toggle back-face culling on these 2D image sequences, it would look perfect! Thanks!
I think it would enhance the experience if the user would be able to take photos or record videos of the experience themselves, right now they can only have the content as long as the app/AR experience if open. But what if they want to take a photo with it and share it online? I think it's pretty essential.
Adobe is a leader in the creative app community, so let's see Aero take the next step and go to a web based AR system so the public doesnt have to download the Aero app to view the content.
Would speed up workflow if I could use the Maps photogrammetry mesh that imports for placing the anchor as an object mask as well.
We have a project we're building with geospatial creator. While we were concepting ideas one question came up a few times. For folks that aren't physically located within the tile could we have something that indicates where the experience is?All we would need is the ability to align to cardinal directions from an experience created w/out geospatial creator so we could have a sign or marker in the sky pointing towards or hovering over the direction of the experience. It would be a great lead in. TLDR; is it possible to align to cardinal directions outside of geospatial that I'm somehow not seeing? If not would it be possible to add this feature in? It could just be a modifier or trigger added to an object that would align it at start.
Building an Aero experience for an event and we were wondering if there was a way to get metrics within Aero? Right now we're planning at least to generate our own QR code and redirect to the aero experience so that we at least know how many people scan the code. There will be a couple URL's that the user can access via clicking stuff in aero as well which we would be able to get info on from when users access them. I was wondering if it's possible to get metrics on taps, what users are viewing / interacting with etc. This would help us figure out what's working best in our project and how to tailor future experiences.
Is there a timeline / roadmap to when the web AR versions will be available in all international territories? I'm based in Australia and would love to be able to use this for upcoming client projects. This helps to plan creative and pitch for work.As I'm guessing my colleagues internationlly would appreciate this too.
I'm using the desktop app on a Windows PCA few things I'd like to see: 1) Copy settings from one layer to another, scale, position, etc. This would be great for replacing layers. It's a little clunky right now. You could set it to copy scale and position, probably not size on the X, Y, and Z if the new layer is a different size. 2) When the anchor is a wall, I can look around the room, but when it's set to a picture on the wall I have to keep the picture in frame the whole time. Not ideal. 3) It would be nice to have a trigger that shows an item for X amount of secconds then you can set it to auto hide after it shows. Mostly for still images. Right now I have to set up a tap to get an item to dissapear after I've made it appear. 4) The ability to mask a group. 5) The ability to hide the image anchor as you're working. It can be distracting. 6) The ability in the app to force a flat wall surface. I have a hard time getting it to see flat w
Hi, I really like the mask-feature. However I have two suggestions: 1) Make it possible to set for what assets the Mask works. 2) Make the assets disapear when it is in the mask-object, but if I look through the mask-object it will still show. I have a 3D text with a moving animation. I have the moving animation masked, with two blocks, so it only shows in the text. I want a text underneath, but now it will be masked too. Plus now with this mask, I cannot see the 3d effect when I look from a low angle because I would look through the mask.
This app is not working properly in my galaxy s22 ultra. Please realise new version for my phone.
I would like to request that Adobe Aero make an app for the Meta Quest Pro to be used with the passthrough feature of the headset.
Hi,It's been a couple years since I last tried AERO and I am really pleased with how far it has come. LOVE that we can now publish to IOS and Android now via app clips/instant apps - this is critical for our customers and projects. This alone now makes AERO a viable alternative to 8th Wall for our simple lenses. Also VERY excited and pleased with the incorporation of Google Geospatial feature. We do ALOT of location-based AR with visual positioning systems. When coupled with your app clip capabilities, this will drive us to start using AERO for our customer projects more or more. That said, there are a few key feature requests that would expedite bringing AERO more inline with other comparable platforms (Lens Studio, Spark AR, 8th Wall, Unity AR foundation, etc) and make it a more appealing and viable option for our customers and projects. (If these features are already available and I am missing them, please point me in the right d
Any plans to make an appless AR web viewer for geospatial creations?
