I noticed how much screenspace in the CC Library UI is filled with stuff I rarely use or only serves a 'set up once'-function. Currently it's like this:- Panel name- Library name- Search bar- taskbar with filter options- Finally we arrive at the actual content, which has very large group headers that take up even more space. I think it would be much better to have a cleaner layout that allows you to collapse or hide elements of the UI that you don't need (similar to how the links panel in ID can be customised). 5 cm's of the top of the panel is currently filled with ui. Would love to have a compact file browser at the bottom of the screen, but that's impossible with the amount of UI elements at the top.
In our environment, all software installs and updates require admin rights which no typical user will ever have. we are facing an issue where users cannot open creative cloud due to it detecting a newer version. they can not get past this without letting it update which is going to fail. there is no option to bypass and use the product without updating. 24 years in IT i have never seen a software vendot implement this kind of process that's going to prohibit users from using a product that we pay a lot of money for. why can users not use the current version without having to wait on an admin to do the update? this is ridiculous. you don't do this for acrobat paid version so why do you do it for creative cloud?
It's pretty annoying when I am constantly kicked out of Acrobat Pro (which my work pays for) when I open up Lightroom or Photoshop (which I pay for). I even canceled my personal email plan and set up a "profile" because an Adobe employee told me it won't kick me out. Guess what? Profiles does it too.I would like to be able to stay SIGNED IN ON A BUSINESS APP while also being SIGNED IN ON A PERSONAL APP on the SAME COMPUTER. This has been requested over 1,000 times (seriously search the forums) going back 6 years! Adobe is the only company making this difficult...
A biblioteca não foi inicializada no Illustrator, sempre tenho que fechar o programa e abrir novamente e nem sempre entra.
Hi,I'm having an issue with CC Library. When I add a group element into the library (in this case, a button) that contains text in it and then try to add it back into a file pulling it from the library panel, I find the alignment of the text in the button has changed. On the original element, the text is set to a center alignment and when I grab the element from the library, it's changed to left alignment. This makes it very annoying to edit the copies I take from the panel. Can this be fixed?
Hi, I have been using the 'create link' function on InDesign to share the work I'm doing with my team. It's been a bit temperamental when updating the link, sometimes saying error, sometimes just saying 'updating' forever without actually updating. However, both me and a colleague have had an issue where clicking the link to view the shared doc, or refreshing the page, seems to mess with our PCs and we've both had our screens blank out. Both of us use three screens and all screens went completely white, but you could still move the mouse. Both PCs on Windows 11.Thanks
CATEGORY - BUG - CREATIVE CLOUD UPLOADS TO 'MY FILES' FAIL - OCTET FILEFor some time now, I, along with many people have had uploaded files to the My Files area of Creative Cloud fail - shown as a Blank Icon with the Word OCTET.The advised correct method on the Community Forum was to always SYNC from your Creative Cloud Folder, however today, looking at the Forum I see Adobe in their wisdom are discontinuing the Sync capability anyway from Feb 2024 so the Adobe Official recommendation to Sync your files is now worthless.Back to the manual method of picking a file and uploading it has the same result in the file upload failing with the word OCTET against the file - with a random occurrence, necessitating complete upload again taking significant amounts of time.So can Adobe Creative Cloud team explain why this failure happens and how to avoid it.Some have advised to keep very simple Files name - but that does not always work either. Please publish some helpful guidelines which can avoid
I uploaded five files the same day and in the same mp4 format exported from premiere with the same settings and to the same folder. Still three of them are now in octet format and two are mp4 videophiles. This makes no sense. It's a big problem since we are sending work copies and masters to our clients via CC. We can't have them downloading the files and changing extention. This would make us look like amateurs. Since CC can't identify the video files automatically there should be a way to do it manually.
Great idea that saves you time when sending out for review, but I would love to see on this tool the followng:1. Be able to rotate pages2. Be able to copy and paste text when you receive a review in the apps3. Be able to send out specific pages from all the apps, now it is only available in illustrator4. Be able when paste the link in the email to have description and preview of the image like in Dropbox5. Be able to send high res files for SHARE TO PRINT.
when it's time to populate a lib we have to select one color a a time and add it, why not give a choice to add all colors selected
Currently impossible to filter by name when using "Relink to Library Graphic..."If you filter by name the Relink option disappears at the bottom of the Libraries window. (BTW terrible UI/UX on those Relink/Cancel buttons when they do work.)Please fix.[Searching for a specific image in a large library is not a nice experience.]
I created a new xd file, and make a new button component in that, and try to publish that but geeting the error and attaching screenshot as well.
I have been unable to add anything new to "Libraries" since PS Ver. 21 or 22. This has been an ongoing problem for almost 3 years and I have tried your suggested solutions with deleting CC Libraries in Application Support/Adobe, CEP Extensions, etc. over that time period to no avail. I've been using Photoshop since Ver. 3.0 (1994 or so) and can't recall a bug like this going this long without it being fixed. I can use the assets that are currently there but are unable to add any new ones. I am using 84.9 Mb of my 20 Gb storage, so I don't think a lack of storage is the problem. Your CC Installer still shows up as corrupt for the last 3 years and the Package Contents method doesn't work either - why hasn't this been fixed? I've tried deleting libraries, creating new libraries, reinstalled countless times to no avail. This "Libraries" function or capability is useless to me in its present state.
When replacing an asset in Illustrator with an asset from the CC Library, the search field is greyed out, and it is impossible to search for an asset.
A review often means proofreading a layout with text blocks arranged upside-down. The inability to rotate the preview renders this whole "shared for review" feature useless.
I CANT DRAG AND DROP OR PUT A BRUSH IN ANY POSSIBLE WAY TO MY LIBRARIES. PLEASE FIX THIS. THANK YOU.
My client was making comments on a piece of artwork using Review, I needed to update on the of pages whilst they were still working on it and as a result all the links to the comments were lost. We can still see the comments down the left hand side but they are no longer highlighted on the document itself.... consequently, they've had to restart all the amends again! It would be helpful for this to be addressed going forward.
It's simple: since this major feature that is one of the main reasons why many small companies with small teams like me choose the enterprise (1 Tb) subscription instead of a personal (100 Gb) plan is being discontinuated, the price of the plan should change as well, to less, of course. The "options" that Adobe is trying to pretend that are "the same thing" as Creative Cloud Files are not really better: "Cloud Documents" is only available in a few programs, lik PS and AI. For Premiere and After Effets users, is not possible to use. "Cloud Documents" only supports a few file types, so if you use other types of files in your project and want to save them in the same folder, it's not possible. "Frame.io", another Adobe app for project management, requires a different subscription, and the free version only gives you 100 Gb of space. The worst part of all is that Adobe is trying to pretend that, by killing this feature, they are doing a good thing! I rein
We use Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries for our team, therefore I often view all shared libraries within the organisation. When opening this part of Creative Cloud a cookie banner appears in the bottom, however it's locked in place and I can't press any buttons since they only show about 1px. This stays the same when I resize the window size or move to a different monitor. After a few minutes the shared libraries close and an error message pop up "This site is not available" roughly translated. Would like to have a more stable environment for our shared libraries since we depend on them working for all of our clients.
I have been using CC Libraries for years, both for client and personal use. At times, I would think things were missing, but chalked it up to being forgetful. Today, while adding files from Illustrator and Photoshop, and organizing files directly in the Creative Cloud Desktop application, several items randomly disappeared. These assets do NOT show in deleted files either. They do not appear in assets.adobe.com. It's as if they never existed. As you close out more features of your cloud storage, like synced files, I am very hesitant to trust what features are left. I cannot share a library with a client never knowing if the assets I created for them will disappear.
Anteontem salvei um arquivo na nuvem da adobe, hoje quando fui abrir o photoshop diz que não é compatível com a minha versão do photoshop, tentei atualizar e mesmo assim não consigo abrir meus arquivos.
I'm in the process of testing whether we can house our image libraries on Creative Cloud libraries for our designers and editors to easily access.Let me tell you, the test is not going great.I've been uploading images in batches (per shoot - about 100 images at a time, some JPG some TIF), then waiting for Creative Cloud to show 'File Sync: Up To Date' before uploading any more.I uploaded about 10 shoots worth of images. According to Creative Cloud, all complete. However, if I login via the web, I could only see four images and none of the extra groups/sub groups I created. Likewise, other creatives in our team could only see the same four images in their libraries. I noticed that despite Creative Cloud showing File Sync: Up To Date multiple times over multiple days, if I closed and opened the software, it would start the sync again, all the way to 100%. This resulted in no actual change to the contents of the libraries however. So, I uninstalled Creative Cloud and all the Adobe apps, ra
Library isn't loading (message: failed to initialize) when I hover over the icon
"Search adobe Stock" is missing form the Library floating panels in all Adobe programs on MacOS Now it says "Search all libraries" but I can't search for Stock anymore! I use this a LOT so I'd love to fix this ASAP
