I'm on a mac with a pretty fresh install of CC.Many times I open a file and I'm missing fonts so it says "Resolve with Typekit?"  I think, "why yes, let's do this."    But they do not get resolved.   So I assume that Typekit or Adobe fonts doesn't actually have that font licensed.   However, in this case, it's Roster font, which IS licensed by Typekit.   However, Typekit isn't actually resolving this.

On March 7 I was able to install the Nobel fonts family for a user with an Acrobat Pro DC license. Today when I attempted to install it for another user, the https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/nobel page no longer has the "Activate fonts" slider; it now says " Available with CC " instead. I duplicated this under my Acrobat DC Pro license on a Windows and Mac computer, and had another user with Acrobat Pro DC license duplicate it on his Windows computer. A third individual with the full blown Creative Cloud All Apps license DID get the "Activate fonts" slider. Did Adobe change the licensing for the Nobel fonts in the past 10 days?Do we need to spend hundreds of dollars to upgrade a user to a full Creative Cloud All Apps license just to install these fonts?

I'm trying to update a logo but PhotoShop wants to replace the font with one that is very different. The original font is mistral. I couldn't find it in TypeKit but I found it online and have downloaded it. Is there any way to load this font into PhotoShop so that I can still use it? It was originally done in PhotoShop so I'm not sure why the font isn't recognized or can't be loaded.Thanks!

Been surprised by the lack of (good) results on font identifier.So I turned to My Fonts, who clearly identified the p22 Arts ANd Crafts HunterI digged a bit more in typekit, to realize that p22 WAS distributed, and available.So I did it again in chrome, firefox… Only to find that, if I wanted THE good result, I needed to press the "show available buying options" checkbox (don't know the translation in english, it says "afficher les polices disponibles à l'achat" here).P22 Arts and Crafts | Adobe Fonts ​And after that, whether I checked or unchecked the box… I could see the right font list.Is it a known bug because the irrelevance of the first results looks dramatic…

Last year i spoke in length to support regarding which fonts were installed when you have a Device License. The person i spoke to stated that sometime in early 2019 they would look at merging the old TypeKit font package so people who purchase a Device license would have the fonts available without the need to purchase a font package such as Font folio...is this still the case.If not then what are the default fonts available to users who purchase a device license and then install applications such as InDesign, Photoshop etc.Thanks for your help

I am pretty sure that I purchased a Times New Roman font kit from Adobe in late 2011 and used it for design in a logo in 2012. I opened the logo yesterday and got the message that TimesNewRomanMTStd Cond is MISSING! I know I used the same logo without issue just last fall as the client was re building some of it's letterhead.I asked the client (who has his own creative cloud account) to check and his font is missing too. When you search Adobe Fonts for anything related to Times New Roman - you just get a big fat "sorry".I got on creative cloud support and the young man on chat was of very little help. Any thoughts about how I get to the font pack I bought back before everything was lost in the cloud?

I'm trying add fonts to my illustrator from typekit webfonts. I believe I deleted something that I wasn't supposed to delete and now I'm not able to see the fonts I've already added or any new fonts that I've added. Do I need to re-install something? If so, what?Tittle was edited by Moderator.

There is some rogue css file that attached itself to my site files and I can't remove it. It's called p.css. You can see it in my snapshot below. There is no code in my html linking to it. I searched. When I point to it, it says it's a typekit file downloaded from the internet. My typekit file is next to it. That is the right one. I don't know what this p.css is or where it came from - and I can't remove it from my files. It's actually blank - there's no code on the page just this -  /**/Can anyone tell me how to delete this file from my structure? It's been driving me crazy since last night. Thanks in advance,Ro

Hello, i updated my mac to the new Mojave. After successfull installing, every adobe product, like premiere, inDesign, PS etc, say - that the font in the project is missing. It doesn´t matter which font. There are a couple of who doesn´t work.  Installing the font again does not help. Does somebody know how to fix that bug?MAC PRO 2013Adobe products latest CC version.

Hello,I am having issue with TypeKit font 'Neusa Next Std' on mobile devices. Unlike standard fonts or Google ones the font has much smaller spacing to its ceiling. This is only happening on mobile browser (tested on Samsung 8+ and latest version of mobile Chrome). I have tried everything with css and html (heights, line-heights, text-adjust-size, font-sizes, different units, antialiasing on/off, viewport configurations, positioning, different html structure and so on...).Here is an example of the issue:Quick note: works fine on Chrome, Safari and mobile Safari, issue was only found on mobile Chrome.Did anyone experienced this issue?Best,Filip

Hello, I have purchased a few fonts for my brand on creative market.  I have the extended licensing for unlimited use etc. but I cannot find how to add these fonts to my libraries so that I can upload them to a web project and actually use them on my brand's website.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Thanks!

HiMy issue is that I can only access a limited amount of fonts in Adobe fonts. I have a Creative Cloud all apps account and have been utilising Typekit fonts for several years however over the last couple of days I can no longer access all fonts and the fonts I did have synced are no longer available in my Adobe Apps, which is causing some major problems. I have tried signing in and out of my account several times and restarting my mac also did not help. All my apps, Creative Cloud and OS are the latest versions and I am signed into Creative Cloud, see screen shot.Any help gratefully received.ThanksEuan

As the title states, the "Add to web project" button isn't available on Rooney Sans.This is on a new website I'm setting up, but the client is using it already on a different site (originally set up with Typekit), so it's clearly feasible to use.So is there a reason this isn't useable? The website is run on a content management platform, created and managed by the company that sells this solution.At work, I use an individual CC license purchased by the company, to design all print related media. I'm wondering if my company will have to pay anything extra to Adobe, to use this CC license, and change the fonts on our website to any of the Adobe Fonts? If I want to just insert an emphasized word, or a word with a strong tag, how should I do it properly? Just wrapping the emphasized word into a <em> tag and the strong word into a <strong> tag? or should I use <span> tags with the original classes declared on style sheet? <span class="spanItalic">emphasized</span> like this? or just <em>emphasized</em>? How can I download an adobe font and save as a otf file?

Hi,I really struggle with this terrible service called Typekit especially with Creative Cloud. Synching fonts from typekit takes ages many times, or never works properly or it's never downloaded, synched, activated whatever.Every time I have to restart mac, adobe app, creative cloud app. Is one case from many it helped but working with typekit is trully nightmare!!! FIX IT ADOBE!!!!!!!!!!!PS, yes my network is ok.

Apologies if this question does not belong here. However I have not been able to get a concrete answer from the Adobe Tech Support line about assets that come with the Adobe Suites. My company has a Team Subscription with two Adobe Suites and a couple other single software licences. While logged into one Adobe Suite, our company purchased "Myriad Pro Light" as we would like to use the font on our packaging design. However, we would like to know if the team utilizing the other Adobe Suite can access the same fonts in their Typekit. Any information or direction I can be given would be greatly appreciated. I have already tried contacting support@typekit.com and I have not received an answer in over a month, this will be my second time attempting to contact them. Thank you very much for your time.
