Adobe Fonts

An InDesign file using Adobe-activated fonts and exported to PDF lists Type 1 fonts for Adobe Caslon Pro and Bebas Neue Pro, even though they are both Open Type fonts. This did not affect the document or produce any warnings. Still, why don't the font types list correctly in this preflight analysis? Shouldn't they?  

Good morning, I found at this link https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/using/add-fonts-website.html the explanation of how to integrate Adobe fonts with Oxygen, only at first I get stuck almost immediately.It says that after entering the Token API in Oxygen -> Settings -> Typekit, I have to search my font on Adobe fonts, enter it and click Add Project to Web, but this button (Add Project to Web) does not appear to me. I really need to be able to add fonts to my projects, but without that button or the </> symbol that should appear in the preview of the font, I can't go on with the creation of my site ...I already wrote to Oxygen and they told me to contact you. Can you help me please???Do you need special accesses ???If you need my email, I can leave it for you. I am waiting for your replyIn the meantime, I wish you a good day and good work Many thanks in advanceSincerely!Valentina

Hello I'm trying to prepare for the phasing out of Type 1 fonts.I subscribe to the Adobe Creative Suite. I use a font from one of your fonts "Caecilia" that is listed as a Type 1 font . Will Adobe be converting their own Type 1 fonts?

HiOur compnay has thousands of forms created with a Type 1 Helvetica font family.Would anyone know a good Helvecitca Type 1 replacement to help make the transistion seamless as possible?Also, would anyone know if the Type 1 end of support will affect PDF fillable forms? Will you still be able to edit PDFs in Acrobat to make them fillable? Thank you

Fonts I've been trying to activate have not been showing up in PS. All the previous fonts I've activated in the past are still there. I have sync turned on. I've tried toggling on and off Adobe Fonts in settings. Any advice?

I've scoured the HELP, SUPPORT, and every other place on the web, in and out of Adobe pages, and can't find a solution to this. I have found plenty of links to the font troubleshooting page, and I've gone through all the suggested steps with no results. I've uninstalled InDesign, signed out of CC, restarted the computer, started all over again. Nothing.  I can activate fonts all day online, but 1) nothing shows under Active in the CC dashboard and 2) none of these fonts appear in my font list inside the program. Most of the questions/answers I've come across have been users not being able to activate at all. That does NOT seem to be my problem. My problem seems to be that the fonts simply will not show up in the fonts lists or as Active in the CC dashboard. I'm pulling out my hair and have lost almost three hours on a deadline job because of this. Anyone with any answers, thoughts, more suggestions (beyond the Font troubleshooting link!), I'm here and ready to listen!  Help,

Since I installed the Adobe Cloud on my new Mac Book Pro (M1) I am getting a blank font menu. Any deinstallation and new installation of the Creative Cloud does not change the problem.I even do have this issue on my forme Mac Book now.So I am not able to work on my projects at the moment.I need urgent support.thx

My Adobe fonts keep getting removed periodically from Creative Cloud for iPad.  The fonts stay installed  for a while, (a few weeks?) then I get a notice to open Creative Cloud or my fonts will be removed. But when I click the button after receiving this message, Creative Cloud will not open and hangs. So I have to quit, log out of Creative Cloud, log back in and re-install the fonts I am using.  

This is a little urgent as I am a student. So as in the title, Creative Cloud won't load my custom fonts. A while ago I thought it was just cause I activated too many fonts at once, but when I deactivated them all, the issue was still there. I've turned off the fonts option in preferences, logged out and logged back in, uninstalled Creative Cloud and reinstalled, did the repair, I even did the Creative Cloud removal tool. Nothing has worked.  I should also add I am using Windows 8 64 bit, though I don't know if that changes anything. I just want to be able to use more fonts for my assignments than the default fonts. So what should I do?

I'im using a Macbook Air M1 with Apple Silicon. The fonts I activated in CC don't show up in Photoshop or other applications. They do however on my iMac (Intel). In Creative Cloud if I go by Market Place > Browse Adobe Fonts a web page is opened and I can configure my fonts. If however I go Apps > Manage fonts the app hangs just displaying "Loading Adobe Fonts…". What can I do to activaed these fonts? Regards Michael   <Title renamed by moderator>

We are using Pdf-MS service to generate pdf, and we need these font files to import in html template currently we have already business account on adobe.font.com portal. They support file only in following formats.Is it possible to have any format which is metioned below.ttf.pfb.afm

Is there any option in font.adobe.com portal where we can get ttf files for the fonts.If yes can you share the path and step here.Thanks!

I want to use the Tondo Light font on my website, but it doesn't look the same there as on the Adobe Fonts website.      The result: The font is very different in Russian, but the Adobe Fonts website showed everything correctly.And can I just download this font to my computer, and then put it in the folder with the site?  

We are using "Source sans" and "Libre Franklin" fonts from https://fonts.adobe.com/ portal. We are using these fonts on non-prode url: https://feelyourbeatcom-preview.dev.pfizerstatic.io/test-page but the fonts are working for english language only and not for other language(Bulgarian).See screenshot attached for non-prode site. Please let us know if these fonts supports Bulgarian language or not? If yes then please provide us the steps to select the required language(Bulgarian) from the portal end.

Hi, everyone 🙂 I have some questions about font licensing: We have an open type version of the font "ITC Franklin Gothic LT" which we would like to use in our print publications. ITC Franklin Gothic LT ProAvailable at Adobe Fonts: https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/itc-franklin-gothic ITC Franklin Gothic LT (without Pro):We have these as OpenType font files. 1. Question: Can we use the non-Pro (OpenType) version of the Fonts, or do we have to use the Pro version that is available at Adobe Fonts? 2. Question: We currently have a Creative Cloud package, what happens if at some point we no longer have a Creative Cloud package? Can we continue to use the fonts that we have already created PDFs/eBooks? Thank you in advance for the information!

I have uploaded fonts to my account these then work fine in my documents on the first use but everytime I go back into a documented the fonts are missing or unavailable even though I can still see them all in the added fonts section of my account. I have to delete and them reupload them every time I want to work on something new or make edits on a different day

Hello everyone, I'm trying to use my Adobe fonts in my desktop programs, as the documentation says I should be able to do. I'm specifically having issues getting them loaded into Cricut Design Space. Please Help.

We are trying to utilise Adobe Web Fonts. When adding the link to the style sheet and specificying the CSS the font displays on all browsers apart from iOS safari. Even when stripping out all other CSS completely and specifying: body {font-family: urbane, sans-serif;font-weight: 100;font-style: normal;} Never had a single issue with Google fonts, and Typekit fnts display fine in Chrome and FireFox on iOS. 

I am a CC subscriber and am having issues with Adobe Fonts, primarily with the Myriad and Myriad Pro fonts which formerly came with the old programa on disks way back in the day -- at which time I developed a fondness for the fonts and use them as my main Sans Serif font. As I recall, there are forty or so fonts in both sets. Yesterday, my Creative Cloud font list was showing Myriad as being totally loaded and activated. Today it has disappeared. Also ten Myriad Pro fonts are showing as activated that I don't believe were there yesterday. I have a complete set of old Type 1 Myriad Pro fonts from the old days in Suitcase but I am trying to wean my projects from those.Bottom line, I have files wanting fonts that I can't seem to grab anywhere. Can anyone help me out of this mess?Thanks to those who know more than me,Joe 

I've read the FAQ, but my use case seems to fall into the cracks (or I'm not sure how to interpret what's there). What I want to do is create a PNG file that will serve as the display background for a module in Voltage Modular, a music synthesizer app. In other words, it will be the face of the module, over which the module's controls, knobs, jacks, switches, etc. will be drawn.  My confusion is over the fact that app usage appears to be not allowed, but static (say, PDF) usage is. This use case is both, in that the background will be created in PhotoShop, and will be a static file imported into the module at compile time, but the module is a piece of commercial software. Is this usage allowed, or not? Thanks in advance for any help.   <Title renamed by moderator>
