Hello everyone, I have a question about Adobe Fonts. How can I integrate Adobe Fonts into a website so that they are hosted locally? Usually, I upload the fonts (e.g., Google Fonts) to my server, and they are then loaded from there rather than via Google itself, due to GDPR.I can integrate Adobe fonts into my website via API, but they are only loaded if I give my consent in my cookie consent banner. This means that if I do not give my consent, the font is not loaded and a fallback font appears. Is there a solution to this problem? Or am I going about this the wrong way? Thanks in advance.
I would enjoy a feature that groups fonts in a renameable folder. It would make things a lot easier to find downloaded fonts of the same style or vibe. If that feature is already available, please let me know where I can find it.
Creative Cloud has a problem where it keeps uninstalling its fonts out of nowhere. It uninstalls fonts that I used yesterday... and to make matters worse, when you enter the fonts, they come with the families open, you have to close them one by one and activate them one by one. Miraculously, we have a button to uninstall all fonts but not to install all fonts... CONGRATULATIONS ADOBE (this problem has existed for over 6 years).
What is the fix for this? I'm on a deadline, so please help.I went to work on a file and all of a sudden my fonts no longer work. I got the message, "A font could not be added due to a conflict." It then said a font of the same name is installed.- I did the deactivate/activate- I looked for a font in the same name on my hard drive and deactivated that- I logged on/logged off of CCI am using a Mac, and updated to v15.1.3 (still on High Sierra -- and not planning on updating to Catalina yet).
Photoshop still auto-activates Adobe fonts, even with the service disabled within the CC app. This cause Adobe Fonts to take the place of my own local fonts. I do not want Adobe Fonts used in my files AT ALL. Please allow a way for the Adobe Fonts service to be COMPLETELY removed from a machine, as if it never existed.
HiAll my web projects have gone!!Realised all my websites are not loading the ADobe fonts and to my horror ALL my webprocts have gone! Why and how can this happen?
Variable fonts have been around quite a while but still seem glitchy, and for Sofia Pro, I just cannot use it.I activated the font via Creative Cloud/ Adobe fonts. I activated the whole "Family" so I get the pre-set, named fonts in my application menus (and thus in my paragraph styles). CC fonts only shows one weight (Ultra Light) but that's not a problem. However, the variable thing on Adobe Fonts is broken for Regular Italic. Regular has no slant, Medium Italic has 10 slant, but Regular Italic doesn't have a slant. See screen shots. I think this is making a mess in the CC apps. Here the preset Regular Italic has no slant. If I set it to 10, the preset style changes to Custom and you lose the name. As a results.... InDesign font menu shows Regular but no Regular Italic. Illustrator shows Regular Italic, but it is not slanted, and there is no Regular in the menu. Photoshop does the same as Illustrator... I know that I can manually apply the slant to this font, bu
I need help locating the name of this font. Does anyone here know its name? Thanks
Now that Adobe has ended support of Adobe Type 1 fonts, I’m searching for an equivalent to Berthold Akzidenz Grotesk, which is something I use quite often. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
Hi everyone, I wanted to bring up an issue I've noticed when using the font Articulat CF by Connary Fagen (via Adobe Fonts) in Figma. There appears to be a mismatch between the font weights listed in the font's metadata and how Adobe Fonts is interpreting and serving those weights on the web. Specifically, the numeric weights from the metadata (e.g., 300, 400, 500, etc.) do not align with how Adobe Fonts labels or renders them. This discrepancy is creating confusion for both designers and developers when translating designs from Figma to code, as the intended visual weight doesn't always match what ends up on the site. It's particularly problematic when developers try to match the design spec using numeric font-weight values in CSS, only to find that the visual result doesn’t match the original Figma design. Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there a known workaround, or has Adobe provided any clarification on this behaviour? Thanks!
I am using the web-based Adobe Fonts program, and I have a bunch of fonts activated in "My Adobe Fonts". When I'm using Adobe Portfolio, I want to add "site-wide" fonts to my project. When I click "Add fonts", it pops up a window that has two tabs: All Adobe Fonts & My Adobe Fonts. When I click on "My Adobe Fonts", there are only a couple of fonts activated. How do I get all my fonts activated? Do I have to go in and search for all my individual fonts again in the Portfolio program? This seems duplicative, since I've already done the search using the Fonts program. Also, a related question, why is there no Adobe Portfolio discussion group? Thank you for your help.
Hello everyone, 😊 I would be grateful if anyone can point or link me to where I can download font C 059. Notice theres' a space after C, so it's a different font to the C059, which I've already installed on my computer. Thank you in advance for your support! 🙏 QC
Hi, my company has the Freight Adobe font, which we use on our website. We have received an email from https://atftype.com/ requesting that we buy a license, but I thought that all Adobe fonts would be covered by my team's Adobe subscription costs. Has anyone had a similar/the same issue?
I have a specific font that I use every day for my job. Proxima Nova. Today I was unable to use the font and went to make sure it was properly installed. Upon hitting the refresh button multiple times I just get a message saying "Unable to install this font" I have uninstalled and reinstalled all Adobe apps, Adobe Creative Cloud, I have run the CreativeCloudCleaner Tool and nothing works. I can install and use all other fonts, even the italic versions of the font I'm trying to use, but the primary font that is essential to my job is unavailable and cannot be downloaded. Please help me resolve this urgent issue.
I have several Adobe fonts that show that they're installed for local apps but they're not showing up. They don't show up in any apps except Adobe. Some show up in Word but not all. Some show up in Apple Keynote but not all. They used to show up in everything. Creative cloud says they're available for use in local apps. I've restarted my computer repeatedly.Any ideas? Thanks.
Hi,I'm using Degular display for headlines and Degular text for body imported in a wordpress website using Avadas custom font feature. In my Mac computer the typeface looks perfect in all browers, tested in Chrome, Firefox, Arc and Safari. In XP and Fujitsu however the typeface looks broken, some letters are cut out, for example p, the g's and e's are being squezeed, etc see photos. How can I fix this? Anyone experienced these issues before?Website link here
In 2003, I purchased the Adobe CC Collection. This package included the font Futura Std, which was published by Adobe itself. I still have this font as an OTF file and would like to continue using it. Since this font has not been offered by Adobe for over 10 years, I am wondering about the current licensing rights for this font. Is this font still subject to licensing? Am I allowed to use the Futura Std font for my website through self-hosting?thanks
I'm experiencing severe performance issues with Adobe Fonts that are significantly impacting my professional work. After system restarts, font loading times regularly extend to 20 minutes, and yesterday, a client meeting was delayed by 35 minutes while waiting for fonts to load. The cloud-based font delivery system, while innovative in concept, has several fundamental flaws in its implementation:1. Unreliable loading times that disrupt workflow2. Inconsistent performance after system restarts3. Font synchronization issues that persist across updates4. Critical delays during client presentationsStandard troubleshooting suggestions like resetting preferences or Creative Cloud have proven ineffective. Despite raising these concerns for several years, the problems have intensified with recent updates rather than improved. As a long-term Adobe customer, I request that the development team prioritize addressing these core functionality issues before implementing new features. The current situa

Hi everyone, I added multiple custom fonts via the CC desktop app. To be clear: I am not talking activating fonts from adobe fonts. I added font files via "Fonts > Add Fonts to Creative Cloud". Everything worked fine until some day I opened an AI-file that contained custom fonts and the usual message of missing fonts appeared: I checked the CC app and the font was "installed" anyway: I found that signing off the CC app and restarting it sometimes helps temporarily and the fonts are downloaded and installed again: But after a few days (didn't examine precisely when) the same problem occurs again and the font is "gone". It is terribly inconvenient having to do the signin- off and -on and app-restarting procedure especially since it is not always working on first try and sometimes it takes forever loading the fonts again. Does anyone know this problem? Help is appreciated! Thank you! V
Hey Adobe and the rest of the community, This post is a long time coming, and although I see many people talking about this, I haven't seen hardly anything about this posted on this site. So, I am posting this as an idea/feature request on here and I hope anyone who is in the same boat as me can upvote this and grab Adobe's attention. We need a better font managment system in all adobe programs. I posted this in Photoshop, because that is probably where it will start, but this applies to Illustrator, Indesign and all the other adobe programs that use the same font menu. I have watched Adobe incorporate Adobe Fonts, formerly Typekit, and I am fully behind what they are doing. I love having universal and easy to use systems that stretch between all of thier suite of programs. But there are many long running issues that still haven't been touched. Firstly, and this is the biggest problem for me personally, we need to have a way to manage fonts not part of Adobe Fonts.
i have same icloud account on 2 devices desktop and ipad. My font is visible on the desktop application but not on ipad. so guide me on how to download on ipad.
I'm experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Creative Cloud Fonts. I've successfully downloaded fonts via Creative Cloud and used them in my design project. However, when I close and later reopen my laptop, all those fonts disappear from my design file. Meanwhile, the Creative Cloud Fonts interface continuously shows a 'scrolling' or 'connecting' animation, even though I have a perfectly stable internet connection. This prevents the fonts from reloading properly. What could be causing this?
Hey, I have hypothetical question. Our company would like to use Nunito font for commercial use - website, online banners, print visuals & etc, we would like to incorporate it into our visual identity as our main font.Question is, if creator of this font (or person/company) who has the main copyright for this font, decides to change license - Nunito wont be free to use commercially anymore but it will require license buy, will our company have to buy license to this font if I already used this font when it was free to use? Or will be the paid version of this font released as something like version 2.0 and I could still use old version 1.0 which was free to use when I downloaded it for free from google fonts? I think something similar happened to Gotham Rounded - it was for free and then they changed to be paid font and I wouldnt like this to happen with font my company would use. Thank you very much in advance
