we have lost access to our production account.our credentials from our database dont seem to work anymore. all i know is our typekit id from our settingstypographyUrlhttps://cloud.typography.com/7321532/7087772/css/fonts.csstypekitIdfcy6het i need to find out to what account this typekit id belongs in order to recover itadobe support has repeatedly pointed me to this forum, so i hope someone from typekit support can help me.

Hello, I am confused to how I can't seem to activate certain fontsLike, the activate button does not show up at all when I view certain font families like AcierBAT, Aaux Next and MarvinI have activated and used these fonts before but suddenly they're deactivated and can't seem to reactivate them againI really didn't want to pirate them or find them in free font websites but I don't know any other solution around this issueDoes this have anything to do with my account plan/subscription? I am just using a university provided adobe acc, is there a difference with individually subscribing to cc?

HiI got problem about fonts, I used this one for my project (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/eldwin-script), but when packing the project produces an error to copy the font and it does not appear in the folder. Despite the fact that my license says I can use this font.I need to get the font file for the print, but it's not uploaded in folder

Given all of the Adobe CDs and DVDs that have accumulated I have lots of fonts. What I would like to be able to do is make a PDF of a preview of each font to a page so I can browse it and show clients some ideas for advertizing etc  

No, it is not fixed. I have fonts that disappear on me constantly. I use them one day the next they are no longer there. What is going on?

I jumped into the world of epubs assuming any fonts that are on my computer are free to use. I was shocked to learn this isn't true. However, I next learned that Adobe fonts can be used in epubs if you're subscribed to Creative Suite (I am). But I have a couple questions... First, suppose I publish an epub that uses an Adobe font, and I cancel my subscription to Creative Suite two years down the road. Is my epub still legal? Second, are the rules the same for using Adobe fonts on websites, in graphics, ads, etc.? According to the information @ https://www.adobe.com/products/type/font-licensing/licensing-faq.html I'm can freely use Adobe fonts for everything EXCEPT on a website. I'm also assuming that an epub using an Adobe font remains legal even if I cancel my subscription. Am I correct?

Hi! I'm interested in purchasing two fonts: Acumin Pro Semicondensed Regular and Acumin Pro Condensed Black Italic. Is there a way to buy the fonts individually without having to subscribe to creative cloud monthly? I don't need the other CC services. Thanks!Gina

Hi guys,3 quick Fonts questions; 1)What Adobe tools include a right to use Myriad Pro Font...Illustrator, InDesign or even Acrobat Pro single app ? And what kind of right to use it ? 2)What if you do not renew the Adobe license assigned to you (I.E. replace Acrobat with Kofax) – do you lose the rights to use the fonts and be incompliant using it in example editing a PDF in Kofax tool ? 3)If you as a company have bought Creative Suite perpetual licenses back in the old days – you also got the Adobe Fonts. Those licenses are ours forever, is that the same with the fonts ? 

Me and my co-workers have a problem with opening a doucment in Illustrator - some of the fonts are missing and when we open it, we all get different fonts in the document. How do we sync our fonts? 

I tried the new features to add fonts to my Creative Cloud account.On my Mac running Mac 10.13.6, the process to upload them was succesful. The font appears in my InDesign character menu... but only once, then the font show up as missing and never appears again in any application. I also noticed that they have not appears on my PC running Windows10 when I login to my account. They do still appears in my CC Desktop app on the Mac.If I do the process from teh Windows 10 PC, the fonts are activated and available in application on the PC. They show up in the Mac CC Desktop app, but they are not available in any application.Does this features have issues with a specific MacOS version?

A colleague of me made a broschure (InDesign) using Adobe Eurostile OTF fonts. When I do continue working on the document, a message appears that the fonts are not installed. I've installed the whole fonts via creative cloud app but doesn't help. I've closed the Creative cloud app too and reopened it, same problem. What can I do to solve the problem?

Hi! I have a problem with Myriad pro. For some reason, every time I write texts with this font, they don't display (as if there were no text there) until I change to another font. They other variations of Myriad Pro work well. And it's very frustrating, since it's Adobe's default. What can I do?

I've uploaded a custom licensed font onto Adobe Typekit, and would like to use it in a third party application/website, using CSS. How do I go about this? I can't seem to add it to a Web Project as is suggested.

Recieved the latest update this morning. Standard issue of lost all fonts within the Apps (Photoshop, etc). Usual fix of signing out of the CC Main app and back in to resync fonts didnt work.  Under "manage fonts" it shows 300+ fonts as active but when it loads the pop up says "51 fonts activated, 250 deactivated" Now this is despite botht Web interface and CC App showing all 300+ as active. Open, say Photoshop and only a handful show up as active, many that are not active with in the CC App.  There is a disconnect somewhere. I have rebooted computer, signed out and back into the CC App, the Font web interface, everything. I have attemped deactivating and reactivating a Font. It shows up in the CC App but will not push out to the actual Software such as Photoshop. Yet my Adobe Libraries, etc all show up fine. I am dead in the water here. 

I have a document that is asking for Klavika Condensed Medium Italic. When the missing fonts window appears in Indesign it says it is available from Adobe Fonts. I do a search and I'm not so lucky! What is the deal with this? Please help.

I tried to test in here https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/futura-pt both on Windows 10 (Chrome) and MacOS Catalina (Safari and Chrome) and it looks so different in "font weight".I attached 2 screenshots for reference. Is the font designed to be like that?Thank you!
