I've uploaded a custom licensed font onto Adobe Typekit, and would like to use it in a third party application/website, using CSS. How do I go about this? I can't seem to add it to a Web Project as is suggested.
Recieved the latest update this morning. Standard issue of lost all fonts within the Apps (Photoshop, etc). Usual fix of signing out of the CC Main app and back in to resync fonts didnt work. Under "manage fonts" it shows 300+ fonts as active but when it loads the pop up says "51 fonts activated, 250 deactivated" Now this is despite botht Web interface and CC App showing all 300+ as active. Open, say Photoshop and only a handful show up as active, many that are not active with in the CC App. There is a disconnect somewhere. I have rebooted computer, signed out and back into the CC App, the Font web interface, everything. I have attemped deactivating and reactivating a Font. It shows up in the CC App but will not push out to the actual Software such as Photoshop. Yet my Adobe Libraries, etc all show up fine. I am dead in the water here.
I have a document that is asking for Klavika Condensed Medium Italic. When the missing fonts window appears in Indesign it says it is available from Adobe Fonts. I do a search and I'm not so lucky! What is the deal with this? Please help.
Hello Adobe support community!I like to ask about the font rendering of Futura PT. I tried to test in here https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/futura-pt both on Windows 10 (Chrome) and MacOS Catalina (Safari and Chrome) and it looks so different in "font weight".I attached 2 screenshots for reference. Is the font designed to be like that?Thank you!
Hello, I'm using Squarespace and I would like to connect Adobe Fonts to use my own fonts that I've uploaded to Adobe Fonts. Will I loose access to my fonts on Squarespace if I cancel my Creative Cloud subscription ? I insists on the fact that they are my own fonts and that I only want to upload them once to use them. Thanks!
So basically after using Titling Gothic on some of the jobs I've put together Adobe have suddently pulled them!!! Thanks for that! Moral of the story, never use adobe fonts again.
Hi!Is it possible to upload your own fonts to Adobe Fonts if you use the free trial "All Apps" susbcription plan ? Thanks a lot!
Hi, I don't know where to start so here it is: is it possible to include romanian language diacritics/glyphs in some specific fonts? There are a handful of fonts that include romanian diacritics but if I absolutley love one font, can I ask the founder to help with this?___Romanian orthography does not use accents or diacritics – these are secondary symbols added to letters (i.e. basic glyphs) to alter their pronunciation or to distinguish between words. There are, however, five special letters in the Romanian alphabet (associated with four different sounds) which are formed by modifying other Latin letters; strictly speaking these letters function as basic glyphs in their own right rather than letters with diacritical marks, but they are often referred to as the latter.Ă ă — a with breve – for the sound /ə/Â â — a with circumflex – for the sound /ɨ/Î î — i with circumflex – for
I activated a font (Kelvingrove Regular) and when I looked in my list of fonts and activated fonts to add it to a project I could not find my font. It says it's activated but it is not showing up like it usually does. I restarted my Adobe Indesign program but it still is not there. Help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
Hi everyone,I am on my high school's newspaper staff, and we use InDesign to create each newspaper issue. However, the InDesign is embedded within the program Monarch by Jostens. I am hoping to find a way to get certain Adobe fonts on my computer so that I can move them into Monarch which can then be used in InDesign on that. I am pretty sure that Creative Cloud, which is what I have, doesn't allow you to get the fonts onto your computer as files because then they could be used in applications that aren't associated with Adobe. The reason I need to get the fonts as files is so I can put them into Monarch, then use them in InDesign on that. So I'm not trying to use Adobe fonts for my own use, I would still be using Adobe programs with those fonts, but I am hoping to learn if and/or how to get an Adobe font as a file. Thank you!
Hi everybody,I'm trying to place the code i receive after creating my font project for my website (like this one: <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://use.typekit.net/ipw2onp.css">My website is on Weebly. Hello, I am currently designing a bottled tea label and creating a website for a company. I am using creative cloud fonts for both of these.Since I have creative cloud, I should be able to use these fonts for commercial use, right? Can I continue to use them for commercial use once I have completed the website and label and have canceled my creative cloud subscription? Thank you!
We have a license for a typekit font that we now use on our external website but also want to use on our new intranet. How can my company get access to log in and put up this webproject so I can receive a code to put in this new website?
Does anyone know what the font in this picture is, and if one like it is available in Adobe Fonts, as I can't find one like it.
I'm considering the web font Acumin for a client, but have run into a fairly typical scenario where it does not render well: On an external screen with normal / low resolution (in this case a 24 inch with 93ppi). This screenshot is from Windows 10, Edge 83 (Chrome looks the same). NOTE: The screenshot may not be fully accurate, depending on how it's processed in this forum. It needs to be viewed at 1:1 resolution. In general, Acumin falls short of Arial. Look at how the bold, lowercase "e" collapses into a circle.
Hello! I am trying to download fonts and for some reason I don't have access to my fonts in Creative Cloud. It says to contact my IT Administrator but I can't get anyone to help. Does anyone know how to fix this?! Best,Sydney
Hi!So, I was using a font from Adobe Fonts Catalogue and, one day, out of the blue, the font went missing and was removed from the catalogue. Just like this. Is it common to ditch fonts this way?
Hi...similar problem..got a book jacket going to print and the 2 fonts I have used (VERY RECENTLY) have disappeared....SO not good. Its like buying a car then the dealer removing one of the wheels in the night and hiding it...useless. What happens now? What do I tell my publisher boss? Rubbish....
I need to use the Miller Text family of fonts that I have been using for months in a magazine but it has disappeared from Adobe Fonts. Help!
We're using one of the fonts that has been removed from typekit on our site. While the font itself is still being served, it seems as though accented characters of the font are not. The font we are using is big-caslon-fb, and you can see an example of it in use here: https://www.rewire.org/writer/trene-todd/. The é is incorrect. Is there a way we can get this character to work properly now that the font is no longer available in typekit? When I swap out big-caslon-fb for adobe-caslon-pro, the é works just fine.
What happens with the Font PoynterGothic?!!! I can not use it in a document I was working!!!
I just spent lord knows how many hours on a new personal identity and website design. I pick it up to continue my work and wouldn't you know it, my primary font is gone. Removed from Adobe Fonts with no advance notice. Yes, I know all the fine print, it'll stay in projects where I've activated it blah blah blah. But it's useless to me going forward. I need to find a replacement and adjust everything. Having the rug pulled out from me and having to either buy the font for hundreds or even $1000+ for personal use and sacrificing the web font workflow sucks tremendously. I know you all have a standard disclaimer and FAQ about this stuff but how about some notice that the fonts I have activated are about to up and disappear and if I want to make use of it going forward, I have some steps to take. How hard would that be? $#@%@$#JM
I designed something recently with Druk Wide and now the font is gone. Did it leave the available fonts?
Sorry if this is a stupid question but did Adobe get rid of a bunch of fonts recently? Examples of some of the missing fonts being Aqua Grotesque, Century Gothic, Bauhaus and Lucida Calligraphy. Just want to make sure there's nothing wrong with my computer
Hi, my company uses Benton Sans as a brand font and we've been relying on Adobe Fonts for everything from print to video material. Can I ask why it was removed? As a paying member, it feels like we are getting resources/features pulled from us without notice. I'm frustrated because our team has tight deadlines and I never thought that the stability of having access to a font would be yet another source of worry. As a member who now has to rely on a bootleg version of the font collection (which has compatibility issues and doesn't work great), it feels like major steps backwards. Thanks
