Ok, did anyone have any problem with their favorite and activated fonts on their Adobe fonts profile? Did Adobe just make some changes to their font service? All my activated fonts and favorites are gone. Some fonts which I have used earlier are no longer available for use (Proxima Nova, for example. This is still usable last month) I don't know if this has anything to do with the fact that I have a student licensing or not. Still, it is somewhat disappointing if Adobe makes this move without informing us before making a change on this. I have used Proxima nova on many projects, which I now have to go back to typeset and adjust them all over again.
Hi, my name is Edison. I'd like to ask a question... Are the fonts I find on Adobe Fonts free and therefore usable for commercial use?For example, I am creating a logo and I would like to insert the Fairwater Script font inside it. Is it possible or should I give the customer the link to buy it? PS: I apologize for my bad English. Thank you.

Vielen Dank! MaX
Last week, Adobe sent out an Adobe Fonts newsletter, announcing that they added close to 1,000 new fonts. Hurray !! But they also mentioned that two foundries are leaving Adobe Fonts (Font Bureau and Carter & Cone, excluding the Frere-Jones collection), counting a total of appr. 50 families and 700 fonts, being removed from the menu ! You'll get some warnings ahead, but on June 15th the fonts from these foundries will be gone. So you'll be prompted with the typical Missing Font errors and dialogues. Of course you can license the fonts from the originating foundries, even at a special discount. Check your email for more information. BTW: web kits continue to serve the fonts for websites ! It would have been helpful if Adobe would have stated the Adobe Fonts URLs to these two foundries (and the remaining Frere-Jones collection), so you can easily check whether you're using any of these fonts, before the bomb drops. Here are the affected f
I want to use a font from my Creative Cloud in a t-shirt that i'm making, for commercial use.1. Can i do it without legal issues?2.If my CC subscription ends, i can continue selling the t-shirt with that font, without legal issues?
Has been resolved.
When I make letters wider using the variable font sliders they also become noticably higher. Of course this is not the intended behaviour. Is there any way to remedy this?Software used is Illustrator 24.1.2, font was downloaded / synced today.
I've favorited (heart) quite a few fonts but when I navigate to https://fonts.adobe.com/my_fonts#favorites-section I'm receiving the You Stumped Us message. I checked in a previous thread (Dec 2018?) suggestion to enable one of my favorite fonts as that would expose the bugm but this apparently isn't the same case. Any help is appreciated!
When I search for MyriadPro Regular, it shows up when i'm not logged in. But as soon as I log in and search for it, I can't find it. Any Suggestions?
Hello there! I came across this beautiful and legible font designed by Adobe called Adobe Devnagri. The font has almost all the regular and special characters as in the varied Hindi Devnagri script. However, i am facing a peculiar trouble with respect to a certain character शृ in the Hindi Script. Could you please help in resolving this issue? Thanks a ton!

Hi there, I plan on cancelling my Adobe subscription, because we have one at our office, thus I don't use mine any more. But the question I ask myself is what happens with the Muse Sites and hosted Webfonts I used in my projects? I still have a few websites hosted which I used Adobe Tools for. Thanks in advance,Georg
Hi, does anyone know what this font is called? I have been searching and can't find the name? Thanks
I have just been denied access to Adobe Fonts. My co-workers still have it. Any ideas how I can get it back? Everything else is working fine.
Just want to confirm. 🙂
We have recently updated our creative cloud applications to the most current versions. We also have updated our mac operating system to Mohave. We have one computer out of three that is having issues with the adobe typekit activated fonts. This computer is randomly dropping the agenda font we have activated in typekit when in InDesign. This is the only font we have activated. We have three total computers with the agenda font active through the Typekit. Only one is having the issue. The entire font family for agenda is active (54) totalDuring the 8 hour period we have seen it drop from the original 54 to 49 to 36 to 11. This is in idesign. Yet the creative cloud typekit shows all 54 active.Actions and steps we have tried:- Closing Indesign- Deactivating the font- Reactivating the font- Restarting InDesignThis worked for a time and then we started to see them drop once more.Actions taken this time:- Signed out of the InDesign session- Closed InDesign- Deactivated Font- Reactivated font- Res
I am trying to edit a pdf tht used Open Sans Light font. I have enabled the font Adobe, restarted my computer, but am unable to use that font for editing. An error message comes up saying The original font Open Sans Light is not available or cannot be used for editing. Is there a workaround for this?
Since Adobe has no incentive to fix this issue, are there users who would help patch this by periodically browsing their library and helping maintain a publicly searchable listing/calendar of known fonts or entire foundries that will be retired from Adobe Fonts? This seems like a critical resource for business users who need proactive notification way more than 7 days in advance of losing access to a creative resource.
Can someone help me clarify what counts as ePublication, for fonts in PDFs made available online? This is a general question, not just pertaining to Adobe fonts. The context is a non-profit publication. Each issue is available in print and online for free- money comes from ads in each issue. Online issues are available as PDFs of the printed version, which can be downloaded from the website. Does a free pdf- containing paid ads- available for download online require a commercial ePub licence for the fonts? Would it depend on the editability of the PDF/how fonts are embedded? These details aren't clear in many licencesIn a publication that requires ePub licensing, are outlined/rasterized typefaces still covered by a desktop licence? If a client supplies an ad to be published, who needs to hold the licences for the fonts in that ad- the publication, the client, or both? (for desktop or ePub use)I realize that answers may depend on individual font licences, but I’m trying t
How do we see which fonts that will be retired? Is there a list of fonts that will be retired soon? I consider this vital info for management of my documents, website, and various design projects. would be great to know which fonts will be discontinued for both reasons of being able to purchase elsewhere and to turn into outlines in various documents for continued use. I'm curious what others think, but would say this is a definite downfall to using adobe font library. The ease of use and activate/deactivate system works fine until you open a document that no longer has your original font that you designed for that document and you have no idea what that design or mock-up was supposed to look like.
When i activate a font family (Fieldwork in the most recent instance), only a couple of the styles are on my font dropdown in Ai, but CC says that all the fonts are activated. I log off/on and still can't get the full family to show up. Anyone elase have this problem?
Hi im a graphic designer subscribed to adobe creative cloud mostly for the typekit and its amazing font collection. Today as I opened typekit as usual and found my desired font I found it unavailable, then I realized Im not singed in to my account and when I did I only found few fonts displayed for me (3 pages) where as I used to have more than 70-80 pages of fonts. Im paying the monthly subscription fee and Im expecting a full access. I wanted to get in touch with adobe itself about my issue by as I found out there is not an actual contact to any real person which I could talk to except the live chat which did not undrestand any of what I was saying
