I used  " Helvetica Text Now " family in my excel worksheet. while making a pdf using Adode printer, I surprised to note  a font change .However the same is working fine with " HelveticaCE" family  and HelveticaNeue" family. Could I seek any help?

To add subscriptions in an account, add the number of users for who you'd like to purchase subscriptions. Then on the upper-right corner, click Place Order. Review the estimate and click Proceed. Enter your account details and also your credit card details. Then to purchase the subscriptions, click Complete Order. To remove an active subscription, contact the Captivate Prime support team.

Has anyone else successfully configured Adobe Learning Manager to PowerBI? I have been struggling since February. There is bad code being pushed from the LMS to PowerBI (a data field input), and engineers are still trying to figure it out. And re-configuring the connector does not work.

Hello All, I have built many many SCORM files with Captivate 2019 with a "Retake Chapter" button added to the Quiz Results slide. The Advanced Action attached to this button Assigns all User Variables to zero, Changes States of all necessary Smartshapes back to Normal, Hides Smartshapes that were previously Shown, Executes JavaScript "cp.resetQuizData()" in the Current Window, and Jumps to Slide 1 (pic attached). Effectively, this is a "master reset button" for the SCORM file when the student has failed the Quiz too many times, forcing them to start back from the beginning. This Advanced Action works flawlessly when previewing it from Captivate 2019. I re-engineered 2 dozen Captivate project files for our first course to be put in our AC Prime LMS, and the only portions of the Advanced Action that took was Hiding the Smartshapes that were previously Shown and Jumping to Slide 1. I can't be sure if the Variables were Assigned with 0 or not (it's possible, but not for cert

Hello, Im pretty new to ACP. I have added a bunch of Job Aids, and they all have the generic automatical tile images when you see their tiles on the page. Is there any way to add our own images to Job Aids tiles?

We have tried everything. We have a number of admin accounts associated with Captivate Prime, but when we call, they say they either can't see the product (they can see our Adobe Cloud products), or that none of the emails provided have a Captivate Prime account associated with them. The online literature shows cancellation features in the Admin billing portal that don't exist on the actual platform. And online chat leads to a number of transfers that ultimately leads to an indefinite "connecting to next agent" cycle.

We are currently implementing Adobe Captivate Prime as our LMS. One issue we can't seem to get an answer for concerns alt text. As a public institution, we are required by law to be compliant with all WCAG guidelines and requirements. We have not received a clear answer on being able to add alt text to training card images, course banners, email banners and announcements/mastheads. Any help would be appreciated.

My camtasia scorms import fine and using SCORM 1.2 they even track progress but I cannot see the quiz results of my learners.  I also experienced this issue with Panopto SCORM files. 

Hi!I used Camtasia Studio (version 8.6) to create a short video with an assessment quiz. The way it works is, when producing the video I tell the software to produce the SCORM package. I have imported the SCORM into Adobe Prime, but the interactivity is not shown. Please see attached video that demonstrates what the interactive quiz is supposed to look like.

Hi All,  new to Admin on Prime. is there a way of adding employeed job titles to a user group instead of by the persons name? We intergate from our HR system into Prime. when we havea new starter, it would be great for a user group to recognise a job title and automatically add that new starter. rather than us manually adding relevent user groups to na individual. any help appreciated. Thanks Bev 

Hi community!👋Our team is currently working in our Sandbox while also going through onboarding training. Something we can't seem to figure or get a straight answer on is:1. Courses. Can one course have an instance of a classroom as well as a separate instrance of a virtual classroom. We have facilitators who teach multiple instances of the same course. However, one instance may be in a classroom setting and the other may be done via Zoom. Do we have to create two separate courses (one for virtual instances and one for classroom instances) or can multiple instances with different delivery modes be added to one course?2. We are working through a trial of Captivate Prime and having a little trouble with understanding the system. If I create a course (which we have done) why would we want to make instances of a course or learning program? The help file doesn't explain why we would want to do so, it only tells us how.

Does anyone understand Save to Course Settings action on instances? Also having a hard time figuring out the best practice for the default instance especially for instructor led and live webinar training..You're required to fill out a date/time info for live webinars using the Zoom integration which seems unnecessary if as a best practice you don't use your default instance as an actual session instance. Anyone have any tips best practices with instances (especially the default instance for live sessions?)

Hi all,  We have just purcahsed Prime & we are starting to add courses to certifications. I am thinking like us, you dont just have self paced courses, but classroom ones that you wish to atach to a certification. How have you got around the fact that classroom / virtual classroom courses cant be attached to a certification please? it just seems a bit bizarre?  Also, can anyone help me with the deadline bit - I have lots of certifications that need renewing every 3 to 5 years - EG Gas renewals for our Gas engineers. It appears that even though I can add set validity to 36 or 60 months, the deadline wont show as correct because it will only let me enter a value of between 1 & 365 days in the 'days to complete' field? I doesnt make sense sorry.  Any help appreciated. thank you Bev 

I want to be able to remove a Skill once the Skill is no longer active. I retired the skill but since it still has learners attached to that skill it will no be able to be deleted. I have accumulated multiple skills that I would like to be removed from the filter. Due to the restrictions will there ever be a way to get the skills that are no longer active removed from the drop down list? The learners that are attached do not even have a license anymore. This is quite frustrating and should be able to filter only active skills and the retired skills be removed.

How to setup SSO using Googlesuit for Captivateprime LMS

Looking for someone to help take advantage of some of the CP features I am not using.  Currently using Constant contact for registration and payment.

I am attempting to re-enroll a learner in the same course they've previously completed, and the system keeps saying "100% complete" even after I deleted and re-enrolled the user. This user is testing the course for me, and even beyond testing needs, I will need the ability to re-enroll learners in the same course in the future because learners will be required to re-take the training periodically.Does anyone know how to do this without duplicating the course and giving it a different name?Thanks!

Suppose we modify the modules of an old course and republish it. Will the status of the learners who have already completed the course show as incomplete now? How do we ensure that the learners who have completed the previous version of the course complete the latest version? Is there a best practice to follow?

We are changing the structure of how we use badges and instead of using the preset badges in Prime we want to make our own, but many of our learners have already earned the old badges. Can we change the badges and have them retroactively be updated for all learners to the new badges? 

I'm wanting to set a course pre - requisite when creating a new course.  However, when I go to select the course in the 'pre-requiste' section, the course is not coming up, even though the course is definitely in my courses section.  How do I resolve this?
