Adobe Media Encoder

Hey folks. I just updated to the new 2019 Creative Cloud. I am encoding my first project since the update. When I export out of Premiere, everything appears the same and completely normal. When I am in Media Encoder, everything seems normal as well. When I hit Start Queue (green play button) It tells me that is has to prepare 3611 audio files. I don't even have 3000 assets in the project. I literally have no idea where to begin to triage with this project. One thing I did was to start a new project, then imported the project I am working on into it. My thought would be that it would properly index the project files, eliminating any sort of issues. What it did was reassign many of my audio files. I have to go beck, use Replace Footage, and reassign most of the audio. Why, I don't know. When I went to export out of this new project with the old project opened in it, Media Encoder tells me the same thing - Preparing Audio (x of 3611). Then it just chugs away at preparing this magical 3611

Dear Adobe Community, We have about 30 presets with automatic uploads to ftp after conversion which we need to share across several user accounts on 6 different workstations. Unfortunately, it seems that when we copy over a preset to a new user account (no matter if it's on the same machine or not), the password field gets emptied. Even Cloud sync doesn't do the job here as we'd hoped for. We urgently need a solution to transfer all these presets with publishing details intact, otherwise, we would have to retype everything by hand, which would bring our business to a halt. Thank you!

We're currently working on a script-based UI panel with buttons for different encoding presets. Most of our deliverables can be exported directly from AE, however a few require HEVC, and using scripting to call forth an Output module with an AfterCodecs h265 preset has been wonky at best. I can't seem to find any info about queing a comp in AME with a specific preset, any info or insight would be appreciated!

Ever since I got a new computer, I've been trying to import the stuff I had on my old computer into my new one. When I finished animating a file that I left out a year ago and that I transferred from my old computer, I then put the same format and preset I always do on animate, (H.264/Default (AME). For some reason, when I try to render that on Adobe Media Encoder, it keeps failing. I tried 6 times, and the 2 of those times was changing the preset to Match Source - High bitrate. Unfortunately, that did not work. I don't really know what to do. Apps Used:Adobe Animate 2022Adobe Media Encoder 2022

We have been getting crashes, mostly while running Media Encoder CS6, where there is a crash... screen goes dark and fans run fast.  Here is the crash report, perhaps this may show a possible fix?: Process: AGSService [52]Path: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AdobeGCClient/AGSServiceIdentifier: AGSServiceVersion: ??? My goal is to create an XMP with the markers from the source sequences (generated from Premiere) for additional processing. But I can't get AME to generate the XMP sidecar files when I render files out.If I select my preset, then select Metadata to bring up the Metadata Export dialog, I have the Export Options: Create Sidecar File selected, but I never get an XMP file created. Preservation Rules = Preserve All, Export Master Speech Track & Sequence Markers is checked, and Export Template = All Metadata. Verified in the app settings it's supposed to be doing this as well, but when I render, I only get the video file.Is there some special magic setting I'm missing?Running latest versions of AME & Premiere Pro CC

Hi All, I have been getting a failed error when encoding anything with H264 from AE using Media Encoder. Has anyone else had this problem? Here is the complete error message: - Encoding Time: 00:08:1311/19/2019 02:13:06 AM : Encoding Failed------------------------------------------------------------Export ErrorError compiling movie.Accelerated Renderer ErrorUnable to produce frame.Writing with exporter: H.264Writing to file: /Users/guillermochan/Desktop/11770 Staff Source Video - Rocky View County.mp4Writing file type: H264Around timecode: 00:00:44:14 - 00:00:44:23Rendering at offset: 44.628 secondsComponent: H.264 of type ExporterSelector: 9Error code: -1609629695 Please, anyone, HELP!

I just started using the Canon R5 as a secondary camera. Shot everything in 8K - editing using Canon’s RAW .crm files. I’m used to editing using RED RAW files .r3d with no issues.  I noticed it takes longer rendering the .crm to preview in order to edit on the timeline - but the edit is not the issue. When exporting out my final project as an MP4 file in Media Encoder - the time to compress out my edit that incudes the .crm files is roughly 8 to 10 hours on a 4 min video.A similar edit using all .r3d files - takes roughly 30 mins.  Are other people having similar issues with the .crm files in 8K? I don't seem to be having these problems with the .crm files when they are shot in 4K.

Hello,I'm learning Media Encoder and Premier Pro  so that I can protype, iterate and tell stories on a website now, and prep my media for a professional editor in the future. I'm working with current versions of Adobe software, using an Apple M1 Pro chip, Sonoma 14.6.1.My media is  filmed on two (2)  Sony ILME 3  (422  & 4Ch audio) +  up to six (6) Tentacle Track E recorders (32-bit float), and  Tentacle Synch devices to generate TC for the cameras.Tentacle produces a synch map, synching all cameras and all channels of audio, and exports an .XML for Premier Pro.I  drag and drop the .xml into my Premier Pro 2024,, and it ingests the footage. Q.0 - do I need to use Tentacle synch mapping or can Premier Pro 2024 synch my daily shoot material just as easily as Tentacle Studio?  Assuming I continue using Tentacle Synch's Studio to make a synch map, and given that my computer is modestly powerful Q 1. When should i make my p

I've installed the latest Adobe After Effects and Media Encoder 2023 but I'm still struggling to export work quickly. It's currently taking over 4 hours to export a video that has very little animated elements in media encoder and is estimating over 8 hours to export in After Effects as a H.264. System I'm working on:

So I have a set of 4 videos I'm trying to render with media encoder but whenever I try to do it, the render fails near the end after my C drive fills up. My issue with this is that I don't have anything set to go into my C drive. All my media cache files are on another drive that is more than big enough to fit everything but for some reason, it goes straight to C drive and since my C drive has about 20 GB left, it fills up super quick. Worth noting that I've tried this both in premiere and media encoder and all the cache & scratch disks in both are not on C drive and have plenty of room While writing this I've thought about rerouting my temp directory through windows away from my C drive and onto my other drives. Will update this post once I get home and can test this. My spec is:8700K32 GB DDR4 3200MhZRTX 2070 Super My render settings are:2560x1440 60FPSProgressive Field OrderRender at max depthHigh Profile5.1 LevelVBR 2 Pass24MBPS Bitrate Max & TargetUse M

Hi everyone,For a solid few months, I've been experiencing a strange glitch in my H.264 exports via Media Encoder (and also from premiere) on my work computer, an iMac Pro. The glitch in question freezes the image and mutes the sound, usually for the last 5 seconds or so of the exported video. I've tried exporting these with other iMacs in my office, with the same version of Media Encoder installed (15.2), and they've all turned out fine. ProRes and H.265 have been coming out just fine, it seems to be just H.264 on my computer in particular. I read a previous post where someone suggested to switch off Hardware Encoding in the export settings, and this didn't work for me. Hope that somebody can find a solution for this!

This software doesn't work, and has never worked. Dynamic link server and importing comps from After Effects simply does not work. Across several Macbooks, and several versions, over several years. The same issue has persisted. Adobe pours money into AI vanity projects, but refuses to fix the most basic features of their software.  /rant

I’ve been having trouble with Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. When I export videos, subtitles don’t appear, even when I select them and “burn in” the subtitles. This issue affects multiple videos I select to export them from different folders in my project (videos from one folder will have captions and from another one will not) and occasionally with single exports but only when I use Media encoder. It’s been going on for months and hasn’t been resolved.

Poderiam me auxiliar? Já mudei as configurações no cpanel da placa de vídeo, coloquei no máximo de desempenho dela, procurei vídeos no youtube e não melhora a performance em nada. Agradeço.

I am trying to run a script to see if media encoder is currently encoding. I run it from the debugger in vs code and it works fine. but when i try to run it in terminal with: "/Applications/Adobe Media Encoder 2023/Adobe Media Encoder 2023.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe Media Encoder 2023" --console es.processFile "~/Documents/readProg.jsx" All i get is this error:   objc[11490]: Class CustomWKWebView is implemented in both /Applications/Adobe Media Encoder 2023/Adobe Media Encoder 2023.app/Contents/Frameworks/Registration.framework/Versions/A/Registration (0x14d04e690) and /Applications/Adobe Media Encoder 2023/Adobe Media Encoder 2023.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe Media Encoder 2023 (0x107af69f0).  So, what's exactly happening here? Why it takes so long render? I got a simple motion by using opacity and a small masking with 41 pre comps and maybe 7 layers each of it. I linked the AE file to Premiere and render it in Media Encoder. I know it's a 4K but it's just a strange. Here is my laptop specifications:Device name LAPTOP-Q02J6BQQProcessor AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHzInstalled RAM 16,0 GB (13,9 GB usable)Device ID EFA7EA21-4408-48C6-8B6B-6437A49B9DE9Product ID 00327-35867-88194-AAOEMSystem type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorPen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points

Hello, I make (relatively) simple videos in PP. I'm on a relatively new system (2021 M1 MacBook).  On multiple occasions in recent weeks I have sent video projects to ME to render, and the rendering is taking hours where it used to take minutes. I've not changed any settings and the video content i'm rendering has not increased in size or complexity.  The PP session itself contains 4K footage, a single audio file and some png graphics. Has there been any recent ME changes that might account for the significantly slower speeds? I'm talking used to take 20 minutes, now takes 4 hours...

I made a video like 50-55 seconds in After Effects but i cant render it in Media Encoder and i dont know why.I searched on youtube but cant fix my problem. Are my settings wrong??Pls help me I dont wanna wait 9 hours to 50 seconds video.(Im using Macbook M2 Pro with 16gb Ram)

Same settings, everythig, I'm just sending the export to Media Encoder and its making it look like thisI've seen this tutorials with the QT GAMMA COMPENSATION LUT thing but I don't think thats the issue here; also changing setting from the graphic card, etcI hope there is something I can do___Windows 10Media Encoder 24.5 / Premiere Pro 24.5.0

Is it possible to drag and drop a list of folder paths and files to the queue in AME?

After the update to the 2022 version, when sending an AE composition to render in Media Encoder, nothing happens. Media Encoder opens but no composition shows on the screen. This stuff happened to me before but somehow it resolved itself. Today I've tried to unninstall AE and Media Encoder multiple times (among other "fixes" that I found on some threads) but the issue still remains. It is unreal how Adobe focus so much on new amazing features on their software but the most basic ones are clearly still failling. Extremely annoying.

i'm using media encoder and after effects for about 4 months and it's working well but sometimes it has problems but all of them were solved. The thing is that lately I tried to export my composition from ae to ame it worked for a while then it got stuck at the middle then i tried to restart it again then It got stuck at CONNECTING TO PROJECT. It was really annoying because I tried my best to edit something for TWO DAYS then it just became like that.... Please help me i highly appreciate your helps ty
