Hello, I am trying to render an after effects video using AME, but estimated time only keeps going more and more ( up to 25 or more hours). video specslength: 1minfps: 29.971920x1080or check this http://prntscr.com/rhzxzh laptop specificationsHP zbook 15 g2Ram 16gbSSD 256gbprocessor: i7 4810cpu: 2.8ghzcheck this for full details http://prntscr.com/rhzzpjdisplay 1: http://prntscr.com/ri0024display 2: http://prntscr.com/ri00bg My AME and AE versions are cc 2020.
Why is it still impossible to export in stereo while encoding files in MXF OP1a XDCAM HD 50 PAL 50i ?Adobe Media Encoder version 14.0.4Mac Pro (end 2013) 2x 2,7Ghz 12 cores, 48Go RAM
I am stuck on facebook's sign in page after attempting to sign in from the video export option in Adobe Premiere Pro... The pop up internet window that I've successfully logged into is stuck on "Continue as ..." with my name. Is this an issue on facebook's side not allowing me to sign in? Or Adobe media encoder trying to communicate back??
Since the new update, whenever I send something from Premiere to Media Encoder, and hit start, nothing happens. It sit at 0:00:00, doesn't show any preview frame and nothing works. The app is still working and I can click menus and stuff but as soon as I hit Stop, it just freezes and have to force quit it to open it again.Very frustrating as I'm having to do my exports in Premiere now, one by one.
I've used Media Encoder to create proxies before, but this time when I launched it there was no Ingest Check Box where it was supposed to be and no settings next to it. I have CC 2020. According to all the tutorials, this is where the button should be and is where it has been in the past. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing, syncing the settings, resetting the workspace. Nothing has worked. Where did the button go? Am I the only one having this issue? I'm not sure how to create proxies without it.
My comp is 15 sec. with multipass EXR's from c4d and 1080p image sequence files. When I click play in the preview it doesn't play at full and I'm getting an error -1609629695 on AME when rendering or AE. What I know for sure is it let me render when I removed the EXR multi pass images. Anyone know a workaround so I can get my screen to preview with all 4 layers and render.

With the new update, you still cannot make proxy files in cineform or prores formats for footage above 60fps. In this update there are new names for those proxy presets in Premiere Pro, but Media Encoder does not export them over 60fps. Once again, this is very anoying because I cannot edit videos fluently with 60fps proxy files. There are lots of users complaining about this, why don't you fix this already??? I have to make HEVC proxies which are not good at all for editing. Please guys, consider fixing this, it all worked well with Media Encoder v13..
Hi, I was wonder if anyone would be able to help with a small problem I'm having with an animation with a jerky playback once its converted from an .avi to an .mp4 (Sorry if this is a silly question, havent used mediaencoder before) I have a 360 degree character turntable animation that was rendered as 199 frames at 24fps and saved out as jpegs. I put the files into After effects as an image sequence and exported it as an 8 second .avi file at 24fps. When I play the high res .avi, the turntable works fine and has a nice smooth motion which loops back to the first frame nicely for a continuous turn. However the file was 700mb and I needed to convert it to an .mp4 to use on the web. When I put the .avi version into Mediaencoder and render out a .mp4 version everything looks fine and the turntable works well however on the last second I get a weird jerk in the playback before it loops into the first frame again (if that makes sence). It didn'
Hi all, thanks in advance for your help. I'm somewhat new to Premiere and Media Encoder and I'm trying to make proxies for drone footage I recently shot. I've never made proxies before, but followed a tutorial to create the preset and ingest files in encoder to use in Premiere. When I go to use that preset in Premiere to create a proxy of a video file, it will open Media Encoder which gives the following message and closes. "Adobe Media Encoder ErrorAdobe Media Encoder has encoutered an unexpected error and cannot continue." Also if I try to create a proxy again right after Encoder closes, Enoder doesn't open at all - I have to quit Pemiere first and reopen Premiere. If I try to create the proxy after opening Encoder first, I get the message "Creating Proxy Jobs," but the job is never created in Encoder. I have the same problem if I use the pre-loaded proxy presets included in Premiere instead of the custom one I created by following the
We recently got a new editing PC in the office which is running the latest version of the Adobe CC Suite (12.1.1 build 10). Hello, I've got an AE file I'm trying to render. I've exported it to the ME several times, and each time, it encodes just fine for about 2 minutes, and then stops encoding, and then quits like it's done. What's going on?
I developed a 4 minute video animation with sound in AE, exported it and process it in ME, and get a 0 length video of only the very first screen of the composition. I have tried mp4, mp3, png, and wmv formats. Ideas?
All of my encoding jobs were failing...well, not really failing, just getting stuck and not progressing. Then I started getting Black Screens Of Death, so I checked the Event Viewer and found this little nugget (there are several more): Log Name: SystemSource: Microsoft-Windows-Resource-Exhaustion-DetectorDate: 3/16/2020 9:07:49 PMEvent ID: 2004Task Category: Resource Exhaustion Diagnosis EventsLevel: WarningKeywords: Events related to exhaustion of system commit limit (virtual memory).User: SYSTEMComputer: Description:Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. I have tried exporting a video multiple times in premiere pro, and the estimated time is :_:_:. Nothing is happening at all except that the time is elapsing. What do i do?It's been five minutes, and it's at 0%. It's never been like this. What do i do?
I am not sure what is going on here. I built this animation at 1920x255 with square pixels. However, when I go to render it with media encoder it adjusts it to 1920x254 and creates a thin black line on each side of the video clip. I have it set to match the source file. I can adjust the height to 255 and it just goes right back to 254. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi There, I am trying to export a simple animation I've made in After Effects. When exporting in H.264 its absolutely fine: However, when exporting in Animated Gif format, there is distorted pixels on the left: The distortion does not show up when chosing format, only when it has been completely rendered out. I need these in Gif format, does anyone know how I can fix this please? Any help would be amazing. Thanks, Abi
AME is working fine except for a project with a multicam sequence.I removed all the markers as reccomended on this article but it didn't fixed.https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-solve-encoding-export-stuck-at-0-with-premiere-pro-adobe-media-encoder-14-0-1/td-p/10875118?page=1 I also tried to make a new clean installation of Media Encoder v14.0.1 removing all the preset without success.Desperately need for help because had to make about 500 export from this project. How can i post some error logs eventually?
Possibile che nonostante tutta la suite sia settata in inglese, Media Encoder sia in italiano?!?!?!?
Hi, I have been using AME since 2016 to encode work projects across the network using watch folders. This creates DVD ready content as well as MP4 renders. This worked solidly untouched from 2016 until the middle of last year when suddenly it became very unstable. We mainly use 2017 (due to Dolby Codecs) & 2018 but when we tried to transfer across to 2019 & 2020 the same issue occurred. There was a very brief window in January following an adobe update where it seemed to become stable again but a windows update that followed put it back into being unstable. The scenario would be that it would be encoding through a queue and then at the point of clicking on the encoder to bring it into focus, this would cause the program to freeze and crash. Restarting the encoder would reimport the queue and then continue as usual but recently this is getting worse and worse to the point where we no try to no longer touch the system whilst it is encoding. This is a business critical sy
Hi there, I'm exporting a graphic from After Effects (only has two colors) lossless.I then bring it into Media Encoder and try to export with h.264 match source - high bitrate. The background color comes out one hex code off. It can render 556455 or 556453 but not what my client wants 556454.I'm assuming this is because h.264 only has a certain amount of color space to work in.But I just want to make sure i'm not missing something before I tell my client it's not possible. This is a large resolution background video that will play on a webpage. Thanks for any advice
