why any time i export video its faild in midia encoder

Hello!I'm using the version CS6 (in both Premiere and Media Encoder)Sometimes I put a voice clip and a music file "one above the other" in a Premiere project, so that they sound at the same time (something like this, don't pay attention to the language haha):...But my problem is that Media Encoder sometimes makes both of them sound, and sometimes it makes only the voice sound; in the final exported video.I literally just exported the video twice, and the first time the music didn't sound but the second time it did...I have no idea what's going on, am I doing something wrong?Hope you can help me out because this really is a problem, since exporting the video takes quite a long time.Thanks!!

hey guys,I stopped my rendering for few minutes and wanted to continue the rendering.It continued for a few seconds and now it doesnt move on.and the estimated time is rising and rising. wtf happened?

Hi experts, I have a question about converting HEVC to H.264 format. The original video is HEVC, 4096x4096, 29.97 fps. I want to convert it to H.264 with the same resolution and fps. But the default converted size is 2304x2304, and seems if I adjust settings manually, the maximal resolution can be set to 3068x3068. It will show a "invalid framesize/framerate for this level" error message if I continue to enlarge it. How can that be and what should I do if I just want to convert the format and keep the same resolution and fps? Thanks a lot.

Every time I upload footage into my media encoder, it doesn't register the source to have any footage. How can I fix these preset issues?

Hello guys.I am getting random red frames after rendering a file (ProRes 422 HQ) with Encoder 2017. It is happens with 2017 version, not with the 2015.My content verification system software reports: "icpf atom is missing in frame container atom at byte offset 70004850436. Found at 70004850566".This is really bad since I feel forced to use Premiere Pro and Encoder 2015 despite there are new versions and updates. I cannot use Premiere Pro 2017 neither because is not compatible with Encoder 2015.Every time there is a 2017 update I install it and always have the same problem. I have asked about it to the Adobe technical support staff and they do not have an answer.Somebody knows why this happens and how to solve it?Thanks in advanced.

Ok, hopefully this is just a dumb question, and its totally possible.I have 30 or so clips in AE, and I want to encode them all through AME.I go to AME, select or drag in my AE file, and it asks me to choose which composition to encode. BUT I cant select more than one at once? Really?Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I'm running the latest version of CC 2017, but I've noticed this trend on several versions and on different computers (all running windows mind you). I create preview animations in 3ds max and they output to a folder on the C drive. I set the watch folder to look there for uncompressed videos then compress to cineform onto a different drive letter and location. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Most of the time lately though, it just stops watching. Even after a restart, it won't notice the file waiting there to be transcoded. All, I have the preset configured to output to 128kpbs 48khz but the output file is always 125kpbs and not 128kpbs

Hi all -So at the facility I work at we often deal with editing long shows, sometimes going up to 5 hours with many gigabytes of content. The problem I run into with the projects is if I cut 10 or so sequences out of a 5 hour show and want to export them all at once I will use Media Encoder to queue them all up. When I do this they just sit there, media pending, for a very long time. It seems that Encoder is opening up the project again and building it up in the background even though I just dragged the sequences from Premiere directly.What am I doing wrong, how can I speed this up so they will instantly queue with pending for such a long time?Thank you for any help!

Hi guys, i've just finished my latest animation in Adobe ANIMATE CC 2017.I have exported the video, numerous times now, but everytime it goes to ADOBE MEDIA ENCODER 2015, to render, it renders with no video. Just a black screen. What am i doing wrong? I done my animation in ActionScript3.0, 1920 x 1080p, I dont know if this makes any difference?

Hello there,If I want to export specially one final sequence from project with AME I am still recieving a same error. Different projects and export works fine. 1. The first bug I ran into when in queue is that when rendering my lumetri color doesn't render along with the footage and I already tried turning off Import sequences natively but it wasn't helpful.2. The second problem occured is when I tried a test render and the footage turns out in the output preview was B&W for some reason I can't tell if I made a simple mistake in my settings that I can't figure out, but in the PP preview of the footage was color graded correctly then the footage changed I unistalled Media encoder and made sure all my apps were up to date but it's not budging.My specs areMacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)Processor : 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5Memory  : 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3Graphics : Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB     I know this is an old model but a week or two renders were working like a charm if anyone can have input on this problem please do so and thank you for reading this. I cant export h264 video since every time i try to do it I have a message "AACA codec missing".This happened after running updates from the HELP button sub menue.There is not even an option in the media encoder scroll down menue with AAC codec and I used to have it all the time for many years.Can you help me restore my software to the state it was before the updates or just fix this codec issue?

I'm trying to create a pipeline for an intermediate master file, with a 5.1 audio file, for a film streaming service(features) that has a limit of 50gig per file that they transcode into HLS streams. For obvious reasons I want to keep as high quality as possible before the transcoding and I've tried to create different kinds of settings, but I can't get anything to work. We usually start with a Prores file(in various formats) which I want to scale down to about 40mbit/s, and at the same transcode the audio from PCM to AAC or Dolby digital, and I want to stay in the 422. But after a couple of frustrating days I still can't get it to work. I've tried with different XDCAM settings, but I can't can't get AAC 5.1 audio coded at the same time, because for some reason XDCAM is restricted to PCM or AAC Stereo. I also tried a high resolution of h.264 that apparently have something called Hi422P Intra profile that will keep the 422 , but even if I set the Profile to High and the Level to 5.1 I s

Hey there, y'all! I just got the newest updates for AME, PPro, etc... And now, no matter what I try, I cannot get AME to login to my Youtube account. Here's what I've tried thus far... (After each, I went to AME and tried to login to youtube through the publish menu.1. I have logged out of Youtube everywhere I may be logged in. 2. I have made sure to be logged into Youtube in Crome and Firefox, individually and together.3. Create a new preset4. Tried using a different Youtube account.When I try to login, it takes me to the expected login page, asking which account I want to login to. I hit the account, it takes me to the expected "Allow to manage" screen. While Using Adobe Audition, File > Export function, Export with Adobe Media Encoder, the dialog box message states "waiting for Adobe Media Encoder" and it does not load.  What should I do to insure that the Audition software finds Adobe Media Encoder properly?

Hi,for one of my customers I have set up a Windows machine with After Effects, Media Encoder and Node JS. Through Node JS I am able to use Extend Script to open an After Effects Project File, make some changes to it, and then add it to Media Encoder Queue. Media Encoder is configured to start rendering the file after a few seconds of idle time. Works perfectly.But now the customer wants to get the rendered file in different video resolutions. 1080p, 720p, and so on. I created the respective presets in Media Encoder and when done manually I can add multiple presets to the queue item without trouble. The composition gets rendered to multiple video files simultaneously. But whenever a new composition is added to the queue automatically through Extend Script, Media Encoder always just applies that last preset that was added, and not the whole bunch of presets that I had manually added to the previous render item.Is there any way to set up Media Encoder so it always applies four different p

Problems and glitches with Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder continue. Now the Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration has stopped working. The programs see the adapter, it is selected in the encoder settings, but the acceleration is still a processor. What is the reason? Tried on different PCs. This is not the first month this problem. Tried 5 computers! Check the video card from A to Z!
