Hi,I am attempting to export an animation sequence from After Effects in Adobe Media Encoder CC. This is my first time doing this and I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I've tried exporting to multiple different formats and I keep getting the same error: Disk Full. I checked to see where it was exporting and changed that multiple times too. It is less than two minute sequence of text and objects. What am I doing wrong?
Dear Sisters and Brothers,I am editing using Premiere Pro CC 2017 on an Imac , details below.Having some trouble with proxy files (which I need to use because my digitized material is 5K). I am able to CREATE and ATTACH proxies to the original clips. I edit away with the proxies, no problem. But when I EXPORT, it exports the proxies, NOT the original material. I had read that it automatically went back to the original file, but I can tell it's exporting the proxies because the size is small like the proxies not large like the original files.Any help appreciated.bestmarkfstreet
Hi,We have a 52 minutes project edited on premiere that we need to export .We are on the 2013 trashcan mac 8 cores / 64 gb of ram / D700We can't manage to export the ungraded master via Premiere (certainly because of the heat produced by the computer) but we can manage to export the ungraded master via media encoder using Metal (all the others options make ME crash, again certainly because of the heat of the trashcan)Now our problem is that when we apply Lumetri effect on our shots, the export via ME won't output any video, the audio is fine, but no video. Here's the settings of our project and daillies : Apple Prores 4K DCI 422 10 bits 25 fps on a 1080p timeline at 25 fps. There are no variable framerates. Our version of Premiere and ME (we hope we won't have to upgrade as we don't like much to upgrade at the middle of a project ) : Adobe Premiere 2017.0.1Adobe Media Encoder : 2017.0.My kind regards and thank you for your help !

Is there a way to organize files in the media browser by Frames Per Second? I'm opening a folder of A7SII footage with .mp4 files. FPS is not available in the File Directory directory viewer. When I try to change the directory viewers, everything except File Directory is grayed out.
I have been slowly figuring out how to do things with Premiere and learned I can encode my footage with media encoder so the edit is a lot smoother. My question is how do I know what dnxhd setting to encode my footage in? When I was making a new preset to do it there are a bunch of dnxhd settings like 10 bit, 12 bit, 444 how do I know which one to use? Thanks
I have a huge video in .iso format (50 GB) that I want to convert into a compressed .mp4 and I was hoping that Media Encoder could do this, but apparently it's more complicated than that. Does anyone know of a way to turn an .iso video into a smaller .mp4?
I've been capturing old home movies which is a chore, especially Type C VHS. I capture them in Premiere after setting up a folder and file name that represent the project I'm doing. I capture a video, trim it up, put fades in and out, crop the VHS head switching noise off the bottom and a little off the sides and top as well. Then I set an in and out point and hit cntrl M to export to AME.I see the video picture in AME and set my destination and other factors and I'm ready to send it to the Queue. I do this to about twelve titles and then I run the cue by hitting the green arrow in the top right hand corner. It starts processing right away and I think, hurray this queueing up thing is great, until I notice that my watch screen at the bottom, has no video but a red screen that says "no media present." What is that about? Where the hell is my media, I just saw it in the source screen for AME, did it just disappear?Well, I cancel that run, do exactly the same proce
Hi everyoneSo I made a film and basically I now want to burn that film onto a DVD. The film is in 1080p and my question is what settings do I need to use in the Media Encoder so that, once burned on the DVD, the film will play from any DVD player? Thanks in advance!Greetings from Switzerland
Hi so all im rendering is a background with 1 hour worth of songs so i was just wondering if i could render it in 1fps to see if it could render any faster then 3 hours
I have files nested into an organizational hierarchy.I want to transcode these files into a destination folder that then recreates the hierarchy.For example:SOURCE --> A CAM --> A001 --> Take1, Take2SOURCE --> A CAM --> A002 --> Take1, Take2would transcode to:TRANSCODE --> A CAM --> A001 --> Take1, Take2TRANSCODE --> A CAM --> A002 --> Take1, Take2Is there a way for this to happen automatically, without me having to manually create the folder structure on the destination side, and direct each source to the corresponding destination?Thanks!
I've searched for improving resolution regarding Media Encoder. They said Media Encoder couldn't get a resolution beyond 4K. then, I thought a 1080p video can be converted to 4K.However, Video quality seems to stay in 1K although i changed settings before encoding it.Was i misunderstanding anything ? I couldn't get resolution higher than original ?Of course, my monitor is 1080p but, a converted videos didn't show a best quality this monitor can express.
I've come across some old quicktime prores 422HQ outputs created in FCP7 and when I try import them into AME CC 2017.1.2 I get an error saying the video codec is not supported.I'm on an iMac 5k Retina (late 2014) running Sierra 10.12.5.I can play the files using quicktime, vlc, mplayerx etc with no problem whatsoever. I can even drop them into mpeg streamclip without any issues.Has anyone come across this before or have a fix for this? Thanks
Hey everyone,I have an UHD sequence in Premiere I want to render into 1080p MXF DNxHR HQX 10-bit. But for some bizarre reason, only the upper left corner of the UHD source is shown (in full res) in the 1080p output preview. Changing "Source Scaling" does nothing to change this. Once I start rendering, in the rendering preview window, the UHD source is scaled as it should be. But I would like to know why the output preview isn't working as it should. Any ideas?

Hi,Transcoding an HD 1080 10-bit YUV 30" spot to DV PAL is taking 15 minutes. This is completely irrational on a high specs computer. In comparison, transcoding the same clip on earlier version took under 1 minute.Anyone else noticed the problem? Thanks,Hazem
Is there any way to Save the In & Out points in Presets? This is a vital feature available in Episode and as I transition to Media Encoder I sorely miss it.Thanks.
Hello! I've just tried a trial of Animate CC + Adobe Media Encoder.I have a very simple task to make an animated GIF out of my .fla file. But when I try making that in AME I cannot(!) make a single animated GIF. It always gives me a sequence of gif images. But I need a single file (just what good old Flash could do via it's Publish menu). So my question is: how can I export a single gif animation?Thank you.
I'm working on Premiere 5 and media encoder 5, when exporting to AVI or MOV I don't have the progressive option in field order, but on my Premiere 4 I do have that option, anybody know what is the reason for this and how to resolve? I want to use the DV codec FYI. Thanks in advance.
I have moved a QT Movie into a watch folder. The queue appears and the status is selected as "Automatic". Then nothing happens....The controls above only offer "Stop" and "Pause" I have it set to "Auto-Encode Watch Folders". The encoder presets are all greyed out and only the output file column is activeThis watch folder works normally when I use it with Premiere. The QT movie in question was created in another NLE, but was encoded as ProRes422. I have dropped other QT movie into the watch folder with the same result...The status never changes from automatic. Anyone have any suggestions?
Trying to convert MP4 to AVI, but there is no AVI choice in the format dropdown. Everything says it will export AVI. What am I missing?
Still using settings from previous updates. However now it renders out and only music in clip is audible. Other audio channels are barely audible.
Current project has a ton of .MOV files I am trying to render from a 1.33 pixel ratio to a 1.0 I know how to do that but the problem is it is only allowing about a quarter of the clips in. They are all the same. From the same camera from the same day even of the same person. What could be causing it to hiccup like this?
