My R9 390 is not working with creative cloud! I can't use open CL. Any help???
Hi everyone,We have new ProRes output presets available for Media Encoder CC. You can download the presets here While the new presets do not add new functionality to Media Encoder, they do provide added convenience. By definition, these presets are for use on Mac OS. If you are on Mac OS X 10.8, or 10.9, the ProRes codecs come installed with your operating system. If you are using Mac OS X 10.7, you will need to install one of the Apple Pro apps (Final Cut Pro, Motion, Compressor, etc.) for the presets to function correctly. Here’s what’s new with the Media Encoder CC ProRes presets:Preset names have been updated to say "SD" (instead of “DV")The Field Order of PAL SD presets changed from "Lower" to "Upper"Frame Size of NTSC SD presets changed from 720x480 to 720x486. This is based on Apple's ProRes specifications. If 720x480 versions are needed you can create your own User presets with these settings.Enhanced support for multi-track audio sources. New "Audio Track Layout" and "Channel
I have a video that is 1:41 minutes in length. I am exporting it as an MPEG2-DVD file. When it finishes exporting the final video length is 06:26 and it appears that encoder has added additional time to it by adding a black screen at the end. The audio, however, is the original length, 1:41. I cannot figure out why it's doing this or how to fix it. The settings I have for the DVD are the same as I've always had them and have worked great until today. I have had this problem before and managed to fix it but can't remember what I did. And this only seems to happen when exporting as an MPEG formatted video. I have exported this same video has an H264 and don't have any issues. I'm stumped and would love to get to the bottom of this as quickly as possible because a client is waiting for this video. Below is screenshot of my MPEG2-DVD settings and a screengrab of the QT video with the 6:26 time code on the bottom. Also, in Media Encoder my Renderer is set to Mercury Playback Engine Software
Hi!I'm working on a output workflow with watch folders (one for video, one for img sequences). I have 3 outputs for each media in the watch folders (with crop & encoding). It works well with videos, but with img sequences, it only works for the 1st output. the others 2 don't work because AME move the source before completing all the outputs (it should do it after the 3 outputs are done, but do it after the 1st, why??)If someone know how to avoid to remove the files after completion, or understand why the problem only occurs with img sequences, I will be saved!Thank you in advance!
I have been using the same basic workflow for the last couple of years with Premiere Pro and AME and after the recent update to CC 2017.1 AME is consistantly freezing part way through encoding. In Premiere Pro -I import several 4K clips into my project with a separate audio fileCopy the clips and the audio file into the timelineSynch the audio to the videoEdit the video, then add adjustments, transitions, watermarks, titles, etcSet the start and end points for the final videoSave the projectExport videoQueue video to open AMECreate three output streams using AME presetsAndroid Phone 320x240 23.976Android Phone 640x360 Widescreen 23,976Android Tablet 1080p 23.976Start the encodingUp until the the recent update, I never had issues with this basic workflow. Since the update, AME completely freezes and lock up my computer completely (have to do a hard restart) approx. 1/4 - 1/2 way through the encoding (at different points each time.) Note that if i encode the streams one at a time with the
The Creative Cloud app only goes back to version 8. We need version 7 (at least) for flv export. I know you think this is an "obsolete" feature, but it is very useful for Animate's timeline embedding functionality. Is it possible for me, as a creative cloud member, to download Media Encoder 7?
Hello,Encoder is not recognising the audio on my source file and it is definitely there.Encode settings are default - H.264 Match source - High bitrateI recently received a new laptop and IT installed Adobe CC 2017. Are there any import settings I need to change.
hi guys i try to export on encoder and the videos keep crashing o exports wrong with diferent settings an many sequeces
It's an absurd that there is no Animated GIF option in the Media Encoder for MAC OS computers..Does really Adobe imagine that the work around solution using photoshop is serious?I would say it's a Lazy sloppy solutionIts's time consuming and simply involving many steps. So really, Adobe thinks that in a hard quick pace environment of creative businesses this can be seen asa solution? It's Surreal and it exposes how Adobe is not concerned at all.RIDICULOUS to say the least..
Hey guys,So I've been encoding this 16 minute video using H.264 format, 29.97 fps, vbr 2 pass, target and max 16 mbps. The last three times it finished rendering and when I try to play it in Windows Media Player it will just stop after 2:30 min. The properties of the file still say 16 min, but even when I try uploading to youtube it will only load the 2:30 min video. I've been working on encoding this for 9 hours now, can someone please help me?
Hi guys a try to export in encoder and the videos keep crashing and go wrong, i try diferentes sequeces and many videos

Hello!I'm using the version CS6 (in both Premiere and Media Encoder)Sometimes I put a voice clip and a music file "one above the other" in a Premiere project, so that they sound at the same time (something like this, don't pay attention to the language haha):...But my problem is that Media Encoder sometimes makes both of them sound, and sometimes it makes only the voice sound; in the final exported video.I literally just exported the video twice, and the first time the music didn't sound but the second time it did...I have no idea what's going on, am I doing something wrong?Hope you can help me out because this really is a problem, since exporting the video takes quite a long time. Thanks!!
hey guys,I stopped my rendering for few minutes and wanted to continue the rendering. It continued for a few seconds and now it doesnt move on.and the estimated time is rising and rising. wtf happened?
Hi experts, I have a question about converting HEVC to H.264 format. The original video is HEVC, 4096x4096, 29.97 fps. I want to convert it to H.264 with the same resolution and fps. But the default converted size is 2304x2304, and seems if I adjust settings manually, the maximal resolution can be set to 3068x3068. It will show a "invalid framesize/framerate for this level" error message if I continue to enlarge it. How can that be and what should I do if I just want to convert the format and keep the same resolution and fps? Thanks a lot.
Every time I upload footage into my media encoder, it doesn't register the source to have any footage. How can I fix these preset issues?
I am trying to use Adobe FMLE on a Win7 computer for USB streamin. I cannot find a camera it will recognize. Any suggestions on what brand and model video camera to use?
Hello guys.I am getting random red frames after rendering a file (ProRes 422 HQ) with Encoder 2017. It is happens with 2017 version, not with the 2015.My content verification system software reports: "icpf atom is missing in frame container atom at byte offset 70004850436. Found at 70004850566".This is really bad since I feel forced to use Premiere Pro and Encoder 2015 despite there are new versions and updates. I cannot use Premiere Pro 2017 neither because is not compatible with Encoder 2015.Every time there is a 2017 update I install it and always have the same problem. I have asked about it to the Adobe technical support staff and they do not have an answer.Somebody knows why this happens and how to solve it?Thanks in advanced.
Ok, hopefully this is just a dumb question, and its totally possible.I have 30 or so clips in AE, and I want to encode them all through AME.I go to AME, select or drag in my AE file, and it asks me to choose which composition to encode. BUT I cant select more than one at once? Really? Thanks in advance.
Good Morning all,How's it going? I'd really appreciate some help please in regards to the fact I ALWAYS get this error when I try to upload a project's output video to Vimeo as part of the rendering process; From AMEEncodingErrorLogVimeo(The Vimeo server failed to respond during upload. Please check your network connection.) - The Vimeo server failed to respond during upload. Please check your network connection. The video in this instance is 434Mb (on disk) and my quota in Vimeo has the capacity to receive this which I'm sure it will totally fine once Dropbox uploads it and then I import it manually via web interface as I've had to do in the past. I've always gotten this on every version of Media Encoder I've had and with all formats I output. Last night's project is a WMV format for example. Before I started the render 6 hours ago (took 4 to complete) I'd closed Dropbox to free up any bandwidth.I've logged in / allowed / authorised AME and Vimeo so I really don't see why th
Please I need help, anyone know how to get aac audio for flash media encoder for windows? My computers currently only offer mp3 format. I need a safe virus free link for download or if can be purchased at store. Please inform me on how this is possible thank you.

Hi everyone,I'm running the latest version of CC 2017, but I've noticed this trend on several versions and on different computers (all running windows mind you). I create preview animations in 3ds max and they output to a folder on the C drive. I set the watch folder to look there for uncompressed videos then compress to cineform onto a different drive letter and location. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Most of the time lately though, it just stops watching. Even after a restart, it won't notice the file waiting there to be transcoded.
