Hi,I have just started using AE CC and I was trying to output some videos but there was some bugs with the time using render queue but I had found the problem and fix it. But while solving this issue I found an odd problem with the Adobe Media Encoder CC. Everytime I click on export to Media Encoder it renders the video with no content just a black blank screen. The temp AE files it generates is fine no issues just the video file is blank. I tried a different animation that I had also created same problem. I got someone who knows AE and he tried using different codecs but its blank too. There is no problems with AE or the working file because I can render videos with no problems using the internal render queue, Its only media encoder having this odd issue. I had tried updating Media Encoder to 7.01 even though its already 7.01 but still the same problem. How do I uninstall and reinstall? I have media encoder cs6 installed on my mac too. Will that cause any conflicts? Currently I have t
Issue popped up today where I can no longer render AE comps in Media Encoder. Always fails with error message: Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted. Nothing has changed from a file location standpoint. Will not connect through Dynamic Link. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Media Encoder and After Effects. Tried multiple restarts. Only thing I've updated in past few days in graphics card driver. I am able to queue exports from Premiere to AME and export without issue. Any ideas to fix would be appreciated. Lately, whenever I send a render from After Effects to ME 23.1, and begin the render... in a couple minutes my PC will freeze requiring a restart. After a restart ME performs the render with no issue.Anyone else having this problem? PC, Windows 10 Home v.21H2
I am seeing a new issue where only .mp4 video encoded produces repeatable lagging output (like duplicate frames, not a player issue) where other formats used in the composition have no issues. This issue did not exist in the previous version of ME. Software and hardware renders produce the same results. The MP4's converted to sequential images produce proper results. The MP4's (that worked before) files are all local. Rendering out of Premiere Pro produces the same results so I don't know where this lives exactly. Recent renders of this edit with the same video files do not have the issue.
Добрый день, у меня была ошибка с самого начала работы с ME при рендеринге видео, также не удается получить видео при рендеринге в AE!
Hello, i have a 7 hour movie which takes about 16 hours to render to you tube H264 codec. Now i have split the edit into two shorter ances like 3,5 hours each and the render times are only 2 hours each. I am wondering why the render time becomes so extremely long with the longer clip, is that maybe because of to little harddisk space to render the long file?Source matterial 1920 *1080 mp4Hardware macbook pro i9 64gb ramOutput coded youtube full hd Sequense has some after effects clips with dynamic link, not heavy just some moving titlesThanks
Media Encoder render 24bytes ! no matter what i doCan you help me if you find a solution?yarinalushgd@gmail.com
When I export video with media encoder 2023, no matter what preset is used, as long as the rendering is in the Chinese folder, it will export 24bit non-playable video.
Hey there, so I am having an issue with trying to make video clips out of a mov file that has tracking data embedded into it (for a AR related project), however when I export out a clip this data is not there anymore. The inital file was recorded on a Atomos Shogun, which primarir;lly uses Apple ProRes and Avid DNxHD/DNxHR codecs. I dont know if theres a setting I'm missing but if anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it Thanks in advance
Pretty major bug in Media Encoder v23.1 (build 81) on both Windows and Mac. If you batch export a bunch of interlaced timelines from Premiere, even if everything is set correctly, the resulting file will have bad deinterlacing applied to it. If you click into the export settings and hit OK, the correct interlacing is set, but you must do that for EVERY ITEM in the batch list in order for the exports to be done correctly. This is a huge pain for our project, which deals with 51 eps of interlaced video.
I obtain always a ME2023 crash when adding many (30+) timeline to render dragging directly from premiere pro. It render the first ones but I experience a progressive slowness between one to the next till crash. It's like a memory progressive saturation. I assume the program is not able to relase the memory when done each work before loading the next one.. Has someone esperienced the same and solved this issue? My system has W10 64bit - I7 processor, Asus Gtx1070, 1tb SSD and 32Gb of memory. Thank you for your reply.

Hi there,I have premeire project to render and i have jsx file which contains below contents to queue in media encoder./////////////////////////////////////////queue.jsx/////////////////////////////////////var ProjPath="\\\\192.168.150.8\\AB_Matte_Renders\\CBSE12MAT11\\AHB\\PP\\CBSE12MAT11ST006IA009.prproj";var presetpath_4k="\\\\192.168.150.8\\AB_Matte_Renders\\PP_automate\\presets\\4k_ahb_cbr75.epr";var outpath="\\\\192.168.150.8\\AB_Matte_Renders\\PP_automate\\out\\myout.mp4";var guid="aa14ef49-55e8-4034-97ac-282aad4d564a";var format="H.264";app.getFrontend().addDLToBatch(ProjPath,format, presetpath_4k, guid, outpath); ////////////////////////// Now am using bat file below to queue in media encoder.////////////////run.bat//////////////////"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2022\Adobe Premiere Pro.exe" --console es.processFile "queue.jsx"///////////////////////When media encoder is closed and run the bat file it works fine and queues it.When media encoder is already
Every time i try to export my animation into an mp4, media encoder says it just fails. every single time. I've tried to look up a solution but none of it has worked. It just says on the side that it's failed and I get an error screen in adobe animate that says "Adobe Media encoder failed to encode, please check the status in Adobe Media Encoder queue for more details!" but I have no idea what that even means, if it doesn't mean looking at the literal queue in Adobe Media Encoder. Help 😞
When I send my project to media encoder to render with After Effects, Media Encoder adds it to the queue twice. I have to delete one of them each time.
I just updated to Media Encoder 23.1 (build 81) and was hoping the rendering bug for 100fps Varicam clips would be fixed. I'm sorry to say it is not. The image is still vertically squeezed and half of the frame is green: I'm on a Mac Studio M1 Ultra with Monterey 12.6.2.Hope this gets fixed soon! I'm happy to provide sample files.
So since After Effects 2023 performs very poorly I found a solution in this forum to downgrade to version2022. But on the other hand, AME 2022 has major issues with sound encoding for H264 which I only realized after rendering a bunch of vidoes. I see that people reported the same issue a year ago and it's still not solved. So the solution is to render in AME 2023. However, it possible to add a composition from After effects 2022 to Media Encoder 2023? I am getting a message can connect to dynamic link server. These are not small bugs but rather huge issues that Adobe is not solving and it's honestly very dissapointing and annoying considering that Adobe is not cheap at all!
Whenever I try to create a proxy, ME starts working and then just stops after a while. No crashes, no freezes - it just stops doing anything. I can hear my CPU vent slowing down and the CPU usage goes down to 0%. ME doesn't crash, it's still functioning and I can pause the encode. The really weird thing about this is that this only happens when I try to encode proxies. Now I only recently learned about proxies and I never used them before so I don't now whether this is a new issue. Maybe it never worked on my system. Encoding videos (normal export) still works finde. It's just the proxies that don't work.
I have seen that users reported this and the "solution" was to update the version. I updated both After Effects and the Media Encoder to the latest versions and the issue still exists. The sound quality is awful. Is there anything happening regarding this problem? Is there any solution? Thanks
Recently I delivered a series of videos to a client, and the audio didn't pass their QC software, but I haven't quite pinpointed why.I exported the videos as H.264s with the audio as AAC, 48000 Hz, 320kbps, but they're claiming that the files are 41000 Hz and 128Kbps. In quicktime, it shows the files as 48000 Hz, and I double checked the preset I used and it says 320kbps. My guess is that media encoder is doing a variable rate, so the kbps occasionally drops below 320Kbps and it flags their QC. Does that sound right? If so how do I make it constant? I don't see an option anywhere.I also can't find any Mac software that will preform a QC on the files and show the audio bitrate. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.
Hello everyone,I was rendering videos normally just a few minutes ago, all normal till now when AME doesn't react at all when I click Add to Adobe Media Encoder queue. AME opens up but the file doesn't show up. What should I do?Thank you in advance!
Hi! I'm currently in the process of converting thousands of videos to Animated GIFs using AME. These videos are 1:22 minute long. I'd like to just render 8 secs of each video as they are looping anyway. Is there any way I can adjust the time code faster than adjusting them one by one in the custom preset menu?
