Hello! I am trying to combine two Zoom meeting recording clips together.Clip 1 is about 40MB (1280x742, 25fps, 312kbps bitrate, 12min42sec) h.264 / mp4Clip 2 is about 150 MB (1440x812, 25fps, 546kbps bitrate, 30min10sec) h.264 / mp4I am having trouble when I create a sequence in Premiere with the same settings as the first file that is just a combination of both clips. When I render out the final file is a huge 950MB. Final Clip: is about 950MB (1280x742, 25fpx, 2797kbps bitrate, 42min26sec) I am trying to encode the clip with the same settings but at 500 kbps bitrate, but for whatever reason media encoder seems to be ignoring me and going with 2797kbps bitrate. Do you know what the best settings are to encode this video so it is a more reasonable size? Why do you think it would be basically ignore my wish to do a 1 pass encode at 500 kbps?Is there a bitrate lower limit for the profile and level or resolution? What are better settings to use? Most of the foo
Hello,In anticipation of difficulties in supplying companies with electricity during the winter in France, I would like to program Adobe Media Encoder so that exports are activated at night. Thus the power consumption will be lower. In the preferences, I'm stuck at 120 minutes. It's too short compared to my working hours. I would have liked 360 minutes to be sure it was at least 10 p.m. I can't place my orders at 8 p.m.So I'm looking for a trick, a script or a Windows command that would automate the automatic start of the queue at a specific time.I think this option could interest many people because when the media is not urgent, it is absurd to encode at the same time as one works on other projects and thus use the resources (and the electrical consumption) whereas the encodings can be spread over time over a calmer period (at night).Thank you for your help,Nina, video editor for television.
Lately when I've been rendering directly from AE to AME, the renders finish as if normally, but when I go to play them back large chunks of the end of the render are missing. (Yes, I have in and out points set correctly in both my AE comps and in AME.) When I render from AE render queue I don't get this issue. This is extremely annoying for many reasons, one of which is that in order to make all the formats NOT supported anymore in AE (MXF, H264 etc etc) I have to use AME. Even when I pre-render from AE and then try to use AME to encode to other formats, it still happens. Quitting and restarting helps one out of two times. Adobe no longer seems to care about making tools that professionals can rely on.
For months it would fail to write the XML data, now it's writing extra .M4V files and freezing mid-render. No problem output from within Premiere, I'm giving up on AME.
Since updateng from 2020 to 2021 our h264 exports have had audio issues in the quicktime player. It will play in the beginning but will go out of sync over time. Skipping forward in a video either stops the audio or throws it completely out of sync. We have tried a whole range of export settings for both the audio and video, turned off hardware accelaration, exported directly from premiere but nothing seems to effect the issue. Videos play fine in other players and videos we exported prior to updating play fine in quicktime.
When I export a video 9x16 (1080x1920) from premiere via Media Encoder I end up with a video looking like the one attached. The image is pushed to the upper half of the frame and the lower half display a green square. This doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes restarting the programme helps but more often than not I get the bug. I need to export a big batch of files so being forced to redo it over and over until it works is to time consuming. The same bug shows up when exporting vertical files from After Effects. Other formats that I've tried (1080x1080, 1920x1080 etc) works fine. Media Encoder is really struggling to render videos for a project I am trying to finish. All short videos (30 secs - 2 mins) and have some dynamic linked AE comps in the sequences for lower thirds and end cards (nothing too intense!). It'll get a couple of mins in and then stall - the time elapsed stops moving, as well as the time remaining. I have tried clearing the cache from PP, AE and ME, which has worked before, but not this time. I have also tried restarting apps and computer, etc. but this is an ongoing issue every time I try to export. I am using my Macbook M1 Max 2021 64GB. Monterey 12.6. Adobe CC apps are all up to date. It works better exporting directly from Premiere, but I have 21 videos to export, and I really should be able to queue them up in the software designed for it... What have I missed? Thanks!
Help!! All ouputted files from AME, Premiere and After Effects freeze for the final 3-4 seconds. To be clear, they render fine but the outputed file is the problem. I've updated to the most recent updates for all apps but it's still not working. Any help would be appriecated
In Media Encoder 2022 (the latest version) on Mac Mini running macOS Monterey, I am trying to render a 30 minute video exporting to H.264 format. The rendering has taken 76 hours, and says there is an estimated 43 hours left. The amount of estimated time left to render keeps going UP, not down. It was saying it would only take 10 hours a few days ago. PLEASE HELP! I need to render this video. I hate that I'm paying for software that doesn't even work.
I have dealt with a very frustrating error for the past three days. I am trying to export a 50 minute video in H.264 4k from a Mac Book Pro M1.After the export, there is very audible popping noises starting in the video at around the 35 minute mark. These popping noises are not clipping and seem to happen randomly and they are in stereo (separately popping noises are randomly happening on the L/R channels). They are definitely not happening in the Audio file (I checked, recoded and even remixed the file numerous times). The popping noises even happen when I am only exporting the specific sections of the timeline (but are only Audible after the exporting to H.264 or MPEG 2). Exporting these sections as ProRes seems to "work". I need a H.264 4k and ProRes is not an option.System:MacBook Pro (M1, 2020) / MacOS Monterey 12.6 (21G115) - Error also showed in 12.5After Effects 22.6 + the recent BetaMedia Encoder 22.6.1 + 15.4.5 + the recent BetaAfter all troubleshooting the file is now as simp
in workspace, instead of changing the export preset for each file one by one manually, how do I change it once across all files or apply a default to all files? I want to use a custom preset I saved on all files that I drag in to export
Desde que atualizei o Media Encoder para a versão 22.0, não consigo renderizar mais nada. Fica nessa tela ai e não sai disso! Alguém com o mesmo problema?
I have a lot of sequences, some 1x1, some 4x5 and some 9x16.For some reason, when queueing all of them to media encoder by selecting the sequences in the project panel and going export media it looks like it doesn't export it properly.Step 1:Step 2, clicking "match source":Previews are fine:(4x5)(1x1)I suspect there's something wrong with metadata.. because the files don't show a thumbnail on macos. And using Switch to view these files metadata:1x1 reads as 9x16, which was the last one that I was able to export succesfully after closing media encoder and premiereThe 4x5 does the same. There's something going on, because after a Media Encoder restart I can export fine one non 16x9 aspect ratio. Then the other queued exports get the same resolution as the one that was first exported successfully.Premiere v 22.6.2 build 2Media encoder 22.6 build 65Mac Air M1 OSX 12.5
Hi I've been having this problems since both apps have updated recently I can't seem to render my After Effect project on Media encoder, when I try to Export-Add to Adobe Media Encoder the App will open but not queue... As there is no way to export a low res version directly on AE how I can I fix this bug?
Hey i have a problem with exportation ME with code erreur -1609629695How i can fixe that please Thanks
Hi, We've developed the AME panel take the encoding job from our desktop app(Mac/Windows) and process it as @Bruce Bullis advised last year. It's really helpful. We would like to thank Dan too. Unfortunately, Our panel has two problems sometimes(one is major, and another is minor).Firstly, under the situation like below output's audio mapping doesn't work correctly. Let me explain the situation the problem occurs. versions:# AME 15.4.1(build 5) inputs: #video1 (XD4C.MXF)XDCAM HD422 MXF, 4 x mono audio #video2 (XD8C.MXF)XDCAM HD422 MXF, 8 x mono audio presets(The forum can't accept .epr files, so they're attacted as .docx):#preset1 (Apple ProRes 422 LT_4CH.epr)for 4 x mono audio input(#video1)#preset2 (Apple ProRes 422 LT_8CH.epr)for 8 x mono audio input(#video2) the situation :1. Our desktop app sends #video1/#preset1 info to the panel and the panel runs the code below csLib.evalScript(`app.getFrontend().addFileToB
Has anyone seen a bad white balance on export in Media Encoder when Premiere Pro exports colors just fine? I've looked at all export settings and I can't figure it out.
I'm using a 16-inch 2019 Macbook Pro on its highest specs, running on Catalina and I have just updated AE and ME to the 2022 version. However, ever since I updated, Media Encoder just does NOT want to work. I have a project due TODAY and every time I try to render it gets stuck on "Connecting to Project": This has been going on for 30 minutes. Every time I try to close the app and reopen it again, the project won't export, then I try to do the queue in AME from AE, but it gets stuck again. WHAT is going on? My career literally depends on this and now its stuck and I have no workaround. GET. IT. FIXED. ADOBE. Your software are incredibly NOT inexpensive so this SHOULD NOT have been a problem. Smh.
So I tried to export something using RG Trapcode. I wanted to render it in AME, but when it's finished rendering, what's in the video is just saying my RGT is unlicensed. So then, i checked the plug-in in MAXON App. and it is licensed properly and such. So i tried to just render it straight in AE, and it worked just fine. But it took much more time to render. what's going on?
I have stopped using Media Encoder because of audio issues (among other things). Even after I realized the LUT problem -- when you add LUTs or any effects to premiere or AE: if you don't add them to media encoder, they will not show up in ME unless you add them to those folders, too -- I ALSO had audio issues. The worst offenses were CLIENTS saying the sound wasn't right. For instance, a recent build (recent meaning 2020?) resulted in audio mixes with odd results in ME as opposed to a PREMIERE encode -- audio keyframes and transitions aren't registering. A build directly from Premiere sounds better than a build from ME. I don't know who's in charge of making sure Premiere and Media Encoder want to pork each other like a couple of randy teens, but you better figure out who let themselves go, because this sucks.
When transcoding from 3840 x 2160 to 3840 x 3840 i get this error. It won't fill the 1:1 frame but instead it takes the 16:9 format and shrinks it into a 1:1 frame. I am also seeing this error coming from other companies that submit animation to my team. So I know this is an issue that multiple teams and people are dealing with.
I can't seem to select anything other than MXF as container type. I don't want this, I want to create MOV files. Can I do this, and if so, how? Thanks!
My AME is not taking up for rendering when triggered from After Effects. Please help. Using MacOs
Desde la actualizacion, 22.6.2 premiere se traba continuamente y al enviar a "media encoder" el programa nunca responde.
Every time I try sending the project to Medica Encoder from the Premiere export menu it will not do anything and go back to the project timeline. How can I solve the issue?
