buongiorno, ieri ho tentato l'accesso ai miei files scansionati tramite l'app adobe scan del mio iPhone, e, dopo una prima fugace visione delle icone, sono scomparsi e non riesco più a trovarli. ho effettuato l'accesso al cluod, ma nemmeno lì ho traccia. è capitato ad altri? c'è soluzione? grazie

Hello -I am supporting teachers who are trying to use Adobe Scan. We are all using iOS devices and logging in with our Google for Education accounts. For most users, it works amazingly well. For some users, when they go to login and select to login with a Google Account, they input their Google credentials, the Adobe info page comes up that asks for their birthdate (they are all adults so no issue there), but then when they submit that page, they get an error message:Adobe IDErrorThere was an error with this action. Try again later.Any suggestions for a solution? I don't notice anything obvious that is different about the users that get this error vs those of us that do not get it and login just fine. Thanks!

I am getting confusedWhere can I find scanned documents for editing ?

My LG5 has a dual camera: an F1.8 aperture and an F2.4 aperture w/135 degree wide lens. The F1.8 lost ability to focus. I can only focus by moving the camera physically closer/farther away. With AdobeScan, focusing in this manner drastically limits the field of view. To get the whole image puts it out of focus and since I'm mostly scanning receipts, greatly over exposed.Is there a work-around?

Работает функция предпросмотра, можно переименовывать файл, менять последовательность страниц и т.д. im trying to figure out how to move my files scanned through Adobe Scan to the cloud to a different location for retentio. any help is appreciated.

I do not want documents to be uploaded on cloud.

Just downloaded Abobe Scan IOS. Already have Adobe Pro DC so I have rights to upload to Adobe Cloud.  You just do the scan photo, save as a PDF (takes a while), and then click on Contact.  It does a great job adding and letting you edit name, organization, phone # and email. But how can you add additional Contacts fields to the initial upload to Contacts? There must be a way to add an address, title, URL, twitter, Facebook, etc. fields that are already in Contacts.  Now you have to add all that separately. By the way, the machine assist to get the fields right is brilliant. I just want to be able to do all the data entry at the same time, not have to switch to Contacts and enter additional (important!) fields by hand.

I have downloaded Adobe Scan to my iPhone & cant see how I get it to add the data to my contacts. Please adviseThanksSteve

Kindly some one say that there are few languages detection. Kindly update it with fonts like Persian  urdu, Arabic. It ll be more useful for more people and documents. Thanks Regards I'm khan

How can i insert a document to an already done scan album ?

Ich benötigte vorhin einen alten Scan, angeklickt dann erschien diese Meldung: "Dateidownload fehlgeschlagen - Wir konnten die Datei nicht herunterladen, versuchen Sie es später erneut". Ich habe dann mehrmals versucht die Datei und auch andere Dateien zu öffnen oder als "Offline verfügbar machen" zu makieren, aber nichts da, keinen Zugriff. Am PC über die Cloud habe ich jedoch vollen Zugriff und kann die entsprechenden Dateien öffnen.

I have scanned a lot of documents and they have all vanished. I've followed the instruction online and they have not come back.

I wonder if something similar to Adobe Scan exists on Mac. More specifically, I would like to upload scanned pages to Document Cloud and have them converted to a searchable PDF. I only need this for archiving purposes, so I don't really need any fancy features, except maybe being able to combine multiple PDFs into one, although that's not necessary. I also don't use it very often, maybe a couple of times a year, so an Adobe DC subscription just doesn't worth it

I scanned a lot of documents before, but all the documents were gone someday, my account is logged in, but when I log in again, I am reminded that you can't access this content. The free 2G space of adobe document cloud is also not allowed to register. Can anyone help explain the question? Thank you.

Hallo, eigentlich war ich immer sehr zufrieden mit der App Adobe Scans, aber seit einigen Tagen kann ich die App nicht mehr benutzen. Was sehr ärgerlich ist da ich einige wichtige Dokumente gescannt habe auf die ich nun keinen Zugriff mehr habe. Auch nach updaten meines Ipads funktioniert die App nicht. Sie stürzt direkt nach dem Öffnen ab. Ist in dieser Hinsicht bald ein Update geplant? Vielen Dank

Hi Aftersale StaffI was just searching an app as whiteboard, doc, card scanner , after playing around with several ones, I found Adobe Scan has much much potential and I need your help to forward my feedback to the dev team .1. Capture, edit, save, read and search , the workflow is made very easy to understand, much much better than MS Office Lens.BUT2. Very hard to recognize the rectangle correctly, I need to re crop the photo almost every time. It is a shame for adobe which is a image processing professional.3. Please consider the attitude the phone when taking the picture. Now even I put the phone to landscape and take the photo, the photo is still in portrait. It is not hard.4. Please make the preferred language in ocr setting multiselectable. We both work in the international company, dealing with different languages, you should understand what I am talking about.

I know the scanned pdf files are stored to Adobe Cloud servers.When I open them in the iPhone app, it always takes 1-2 seconds to open.  That's not a normal speed for opening a pdf file stored in iPhone.Does it mean they are stored in Adobe Cloud and they are downloaded to my iPhone just right after I want to open them?   If true, this practice will consume many data for my mobile plan.   Can they be stored iPhone as an offline copy too? !
