I can't go to my image folders anymore. It used to be very simple, you went to Photos as a source, and from there you selected "Folders" and went to whichever you chose. Now that option is gone. And it takes forever to load all the photos.Before this change I'd create a folder with the imagesI wanted and it was aesy to select them. No more.Why? Can you please bring back that option?

Could anyone assist with how to remove the suggested recipients that come up when you send a copy of a scanned file ? The options of  recipient a given in the app are not the common ones, it saves ones that I almost never use. 

Hello, I'm using now 19.10.01 version of scan I'm happy with them but in this version we haven't seen c"to device options" by this only one mistake we are suffering to send our data in some apps... So please check....

I have to mute my phone when taking pictures to scan but even if my phone is on do not disturb or mute with all sounds off, it still plays the "snap sound" when I take an image and there is no way to remove it in settings.Please can you add a way to turn it off. Thank you for your help.

Selecting a scan type changes how the app captures the scan. Please add feature that with default options for "no crop & original color" for all pages. This would help me to make pdf files from images with ease. As it's a lethargic process to select no crop option for each page and separately original color for all pages. 

Hi,After the new updates, firstly it has come to my attention that now the documents are being recognised much slower (the blue border is still there when I'm done scanning, this wasn't the case before).Secondly - and this is my biggest issue - auto recognition only works for the first page. Afterwards it recognises the page, the blue outline is spot on but it won't take the photo, it just days "capturing, hold still" but never actually captures.Kind regards,Michael

Have a nice day everyone! It's about Adobe Scan. Why can't I decide which four folders I want to use? While the app is not allowed to access contacts, it first wants to contact 3 contacts I don't use, To text them while not wanting to send PDFs of this size in SMS at all. It is not possible to select the four folders in which I usually upload the completed documents. Every time I have a hard time finding out where I want to go and I barely use just a few folders but the app can't remember it. It is incomprehensible to me because the previous version was absolutely good with the four most used drive folders offered in the first place always. Why did this have to be eliminated? I hope it won't be like on android that the application will be weaker from update to update. Thank you for your attention!

Hi, I had installed the scanner app today and my camera is just displaying black screen unable to scan any doc. Auto detect also fails. can someone help? Using iPhone and given permission to access camera 

It is not taking pictutes...Now I have to take pictures in my camera and later use them in this app to make a pdf.

I have lost a scanned copy saved in my adobe account It shows the scanned copy in the app but it shows unable to download please try laterIt was a scanned copy created last yearI need it very urgently Need help!!I use and Android phone and have created account using my email.  

Hi,Previously once I login to Adobe scan it stayed logged in for as long as I don't logout myself.But nowadays, every time I login I have to login with mail id then otp then password...Isn't there any way to keep it logged in as per my requirement.  Pls help, as at the time of utility it becomes very tedious to log in again n again. Ketan Sanghavi

Hallo,ich habe Acrobat ( Mac ) abonniert. Unter der iOS App Adobe Scan werden zwar die gescannten Inhalte in der DocCloud abgelegt, aber die Suche nach Inhalten funktioniert nicht, obwohl "Texterkennung" aktiviert ist. In Adobe Scan wird die richtige Benutzerkennung angezeigt, allerdings nicht als Abo "Acrobat" sondern "PDF Pack". Dies hatte ich früher mal, wurde aber in Acrobat DC umgewandelt.Was mache ich falsch bzw. welche Änderung in den Einstellungen sind vorzunehmen ? Lat. Adobe sollte die Texterkennung automatisch funktionieren. Vielen Dank für Hinweise vorab. 

Should allow higher levels of encryption for Adobe Scan like using fingerprint and iris biometric authentication before allowing access into sensitive personal information. 

I just scanned 11 pages and tried to e-mail them.  I don't get any error messages but it doesn't go through. I tried saving them as jpeg files and sending them from my photos but it does the same thing.

Adobe has alot of techniques that allow me to do lots of stuff.
