@MaryP_BorisFX Just to let you know: 1. Adobe has glitched in 2018 versions, currently on the proccess to remove all adobe to install it 2017 2. Mocha Pro Trial from your website doesn't let me to run in on the trial version 3) Mocha AE - doesn't have GPU support, when I go to the settings I do not see GPU tab, therefore my tracking takes forever on my Win 10 Nvidia 1080, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD.

Yes, Adobe is terrible service, that bug is so critical, if you keep the mask in the clipboard you cannot run After Effects, it's going to crash and crash. Adobe you suck!

Thank you, that is too bad that AE 2018 has a bug with Windows while AE CC 2015 doesn't have the bug. Another thing with the ability to install older versions, just to be clear: Where is CC 2017? It was not the option. Don't trust to Adobe updates, I will never do this mistake in my life! Never update Adobe, stay with one or two years delay with their product.

I have just tested on a completely brand new laptop with AE CC 2018 installed and faced exactly the same error with completely different footage (png sequence) and excactly the same error, how to reproduce the error: 1. Open AE 2. Import any footage, image or video 3. Put to the Composition 4. Go to Animation -> Track with Mocha AE 5. Inside there, create any mask, go to Shape and Copy to Clipboard 6. Switch to AE and see the crash.

Hello, I have updated from Creative Cloud 2017 to 2018 After Effects and other apps, but I got to the big trouble, I cannot use Mocha masking anymore, it was working okay in the previous versions but this 2018 doesn't work anymore, as soon as I copy the masked Shape from Mocha AE or Mocha Pro it gives the error, I have attached the file. It happens on empty AE, without even opening the project, as soon it has the mask-shape in the clipboard it dies badly. How can I fix it now? I see Creative Cloud has removed the option to install CC 2017 anymore and only letting to install CC 2014, WTF ADOBE?

Why it so different in the browsers? I assume the result of photoshop correct activity actually breaks the colors inside one single .png file which I have uploaded to my website.

I did assign monitor profile to my image, it did not help much. Currently, I see dimmed image in Photoshop, oversaturated image in the export window and two different results of the image in Chrome and Edge. I don't understand when I did something wrong. can you please guide me how to fix significant color offset just from one PNG file I can provide it to you.

Hello, thank you for the reply, I still did not get the clue. Basically what I did: 1. I use Substance Painter to paint 3d models, as the end of it I want to show a wireframe of the model in my portfolio piece. 2. I use the greenshot software in Windows10 to take screenshots of my screen, I never had any single problem for 3 years. 3. I took a screenshot as PNG file, it opens okay in every preview app such as Windows Photos, or FastView or IrFan or anything like this. 4. When I open it in Photoshop, the colors do not look the same as any other app, why? In my mind, it is a png file. It's not 3d, it is just an image. 5. Okay Viewport colors are broken, when quick export to PNG - I see colors are back to normal again. There is only one checkbox: Convert to sRGB which is ON (checked) and Embed Color profile which is OFF when I check it ON, colors get broken again. 6. How to remove broken color profile? When I open PNG file that color profile breaking my image, it was never broken until that color profile has appeared. Please how to delete a color profile from png or change it in photoshop?

Hello, I'm a 3d designer, I have simple PNG files from the screenshot, I see colors are dimmed but when I export they look exactly as original. I set it to RGB 16bit, but did not help. please review the screenshot, on the left, there is viewport dimmed and on the right, there is the Export window which looks exactly as original png, not modified. Why?

Yes, it was hidden effects under Group called GLOW - WTF why it has happened I have no idea and so hard to find it. Really Adobe needs to update UI, add an extra icon like Effects inside the group. It was impossible to find it without it. Thank you, Ton!

I created this image using Ink brushes, then I needed to use it in Photoshop and there was a shadow, I was like WTF, then I back to Illustrator and copied to new file and still see this drop shadow. I can send you this file, why I don't know. it's not drop shadow effect, it's something else.
