I've been sent an InDesign layout from a client and I need to copy and paste that layout into my InDesign file. The client has set up hyperlinks throughout the document (mainly just email and website addresses) and although they work perfectly in their document, they become broken when I copy them across. For example, in their document when you click on hyperlink it links to a URL, however when I click on the hyperlink in my document it links to a 'Shared Destination' which I don't want it to do. I have no idea why this is happening - is there anything I can do to prevent this? I don't want to go through their layout once I've copied it over and correct all the hyperlinks! Thank you. ... I have created a form in Acrobat Pro DC and saved it. When I've opened the file a few days later all the form fields and form functionality have disappeared, it's just a standard pdf file, as if I never even created the form in the first place. Not sure if I've done something wrong or if it's a rogue file. I've created other forms in recent weeks and haven't had any issues with them. Hello all, I'm trying to create a digital version of a newspaper I have worked on for a client. It's on its 17th edition now and I've not come across this problem before - everything has always worked perfectly. Two of the links/images are missing from the digital version. Everything looks fine on various browsers on my Mac but the two images appear to be missing when my client tries to view the newspaper on her PC. Any ideas? I'm stumped! One of the images is a pdf and the other is a jpeg so I can't even put it down to file type. Hello, I need to create multiple images of the same piece of furniture but each has to be in a different fabric/pattern. If possible I'd like to acheive something similar to the sofa images on this website... www.next.co.uk When you select the different swatches you can see that the sofa changes. Hello, I'm working on a newspaper and the print company like to lighten the images before it goes to print as they can come out quite dark on newsprint. However, they insist on lightening the images themselves which is a bit of a pain for me because quite often the final images are not decided until close to the deadline. Is it possible to open a photoshop file they have edited and find out what they've done to it to make it lighter, i.e. brightness/contrast settings, levels, curves etc. Thanks! ... View more

Hello I have a vector file which is made up of lots of swirls/flame type shapes in many many shades of red/orange. However, I want to keep the design as it is but change it to shades of green. Is there a quick way to do this rather than selecting each shape and changing colours, grads etc? In photoshop, I would do this by desaturating the file then adding a layer on top of green and selecting 'overlay' in the layer options. Can anything like this be done in Illustrator?
