Hi,   You cannot import same file twice from 2 different locations as Organizer treats them as duplicate files. As a workaround, you can rename the files at one of the 2 locations to enable import from 2 locations simultaneously.   Thanks, Somya ... View more

Hi,   You need to take a 'full backup' of your catalog and restore it to new computer. To do this, please read the instructions in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/elements-organizer/using/backup-or-restore-catalogs.html Also, the location of the catalog folder can be viewed at Help->System Info->Catalog Location. But the catalog only contains media references, and not the actual media, so you will have to take a full backup to move both the catalog and media.     Let me know if this solves your issue.   Thanks! ... Hi,   To do this, you can either convert the version set to 2 individual items, or completely remove the original media if you only want to have edited media in your catalog. To do this, first you need to switch to Detailed view, by clicking on View->Details     After this, right click on the version set and you will find 2 options in the menu. You can use one of them depending upon your requirement: 1. Convert version set to individual items: This will remove the association between original file and edited media file, and they will be shown as 2 independent files in your catalog. You can now move only the edited one to your album. 2.
