Hello Premiere Pro Community,   I am getting an error compiling movie error message that I cannot figure out how to resolve. First off, the "around timecode" is no where near correct. Through a day of trial and error, I finally narrowed down the troubled clips to the two blue-labled clips in the screenshot below. The two blue clips are .braw files at 6144x3456p. They have Warp Stabilizer applied. When I disable Warp Stabilizer, the export is successful. I tracked the movement in After Effects with the Warp Stabilizer effect and really don't want to completely dump the clip, re-import, re-edit, and re-analyze the stabilization.     So far, I've tried deleting the media cache files, relauching the computer, and all the regular basic troubleshooting. Hello Premiere Pro Community,   I'm have a mogrt created in After Effects that I imported into Premiere Pro. For some reason Premiere Pro will not replace the image placeholder with any kind of video file. Within Premiere Pro, the playback just freezes the video on the same frame. I've done this several times before without issues. The first image is my After Effects Essential Graphics Panel. The second image is my Premiere Pro Graphics Templates/Properties Panel. Does anything jump out that I could be missing here?     The video functions fine in After Effects. In Premiere Pro, if I double-click on the image thumbnail, it opens a sequence for it and plays the video in within its own sequence. But it just won't play in my final sequence.    For After Effects I'm on Version 25.2.2. For Premiere Pro, I'm on Version 25.2.3. Any thoughts?   ... View more

Hello AE Community,   For years I have used the Mister Horse presets. Recently, I changed to a new computer and need to add the presets again. Unfortunately, our IT blocked Mister Horse’s company’s servers. They said that someone from Adobe needs to confirm that it is safe. Hello Adobe Community,   Recently, I updated After Effects from Version 24.1 to 24.3. Now After Effects crashes any time I try to use Cinema 4D (a .c4d file). If I try to import a .c4d file, AE will crash. If I try to open a project with a .c4d file already in it, it will crash. I have some AE compositions dynamically linked in my Premiere Pro sequence. Premiere Pro is unable to export because of this, too. I tried rolling back After Effects and Premiere Pro to 24.1, but the problem is still here. Updating After Effects to 24.4 made no difference, either. I can open the Cinema 4D file perfectly fine within Cinema 4D. Adobe Support was able to open my After Effects project without a problem. So it's something strange on my computer.   So far, none of these work: -Uninstall and reinstall the apps -Removing 3rd party plug-ins (it's a Cinema 4D issue anyway) -Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (and reintall) -Give all Adobe folders and app full disk permissions   OS Details: -Edition Windows 11 Pro -Version 23H2 -OS build 22631.3447 Anyone else experience this? Hello After Effects Community,   I have been having occasional Windows Blue Screen of Deaths (BSOD) when running After Effects. I am on Version 24.1.0 (Build 78). My Windows info is the following...   Windows 11 Pro Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K 3.00 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)   My system administrator pulled the log when the BSOD occured and narrowed it down to an issue with After Effects. Hi Premiere Pro Team,   I have my keyboard shortcuts set to Alt+R to reveal a clip from the Timeline Panel to the Project Panel. I use the same Alt+R shortcut to reveal from the Project Panel in Explorer. However, this custom shortcut no longer works to reveal in Windows Explorer. It actually has not worked for a while now in various builds for the past year. I just never got around to reporting this bug. Here is a screenshot to illustrate the problem:     The keyboard shortcut revealing from the Timeline Panel to the Project Panel does work, just not from the Project Panel to Explorer.   I can still right+click on the clip from the Project Panel and select the option, which works. But that is extra clicking and takes me too long to find the option every time. ... View more

Hello Photoshop Community,   Does anyone out there use FastPictureViewer with Photoshop and know how to troubleshoot this problem? Recently, I had to create a new Windows user profile on my work computer. I have a codec called FastPictureViewer installed, which let me view thumbnails of my Photoshop projects from Windows Explorer, just like on Apple's Finder. VERYconvenient TIME-SAVER!   For some reason, the codec does not work under the new profile. Only about one-third of the Photoshop files actually display thumbnails. The rest only display the generic Photoshop icon. It doesn't seem to matter what the file sizes are. It seems random as to which ones display correctly. Here are screenshots to show what I mean:     I haven't updated my Windows OS nor Photoshop version for a while, so I don't think it's update-related. But I am on Photoshop Version 24.1.1. Anyone else ever run into this or know how to fix this?    And no, I don't want to use Adobe Bridge.
