Is there a short cut /hot key set up I can use to replace to my selected font? I have my default font on in preferences, but I have pages with multiple text boxes I need to change by lobourously scrolling down the font list for each time to change Thx

Most programes, if you bring in a photo or text box use the 'click and drag' while holding down the shift key for scaling.

After scanning a 70 year old page, and then editing it, I thought my blank pages where coming in as A4? as when I finish editing and come to export / print it's made the page size the same as the old page so I have large blank areas at the top and bottom. I will have to do all the 10 pages again ! Why am I not working on A4 ??

Done it ! Click on the 'page thumbnails icon LH side click the drop down menu 'options' select 'insert pages' You then have the option to insert a new page before or after the one already open

In DC you can bring in a page from an old book and change the font, edit the text etc. I was thinking ID did similar but get a more polished end product?

I had the same (PC Wondows 10) but that didn't solve it for me. Go to Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware and check your mic is checked in the drop down box. But it was a good tip as I knew where to look in settings, Thx

I've sorted the servers box out in DW, I was a little lost with my UN and PW with have so many, so my host talked my through it. After clicking Test...…... After the 'Test' my Sync settings re-appeared at the top RH corner The website version I want now tests out in DW 'Real-time Preview' So it looks like I'm go to go with synchronising now Do need to assign this images folder ?

I did define my site originally with Dan Scott through his course BYOL site, this was on another device. I've transferred my local site folder to this device. Even though my site is up and running, I still need to - Go to Site > New Site > Right? Then I get this; Why do I not go to 'Manage sites' as it is there? Thanks (getting this done maybe slow as I'm out of my comfort zone)

Hello All, I've built a site in DW on a device I inherited. The site is uploaded and hosted and is all ok. When I test with the remote server (i.e. email link) is OK, but the email link will not on the web will not link out due it not syncing, I now want to make small changes, email links, text etc, but I find can't as it won't sync. also the get and put files make no sense. There is no other option to make changes. I've read the other discussions on this sync topic and it looks like this version I have will not let me sign in to it. I think I will have to delete this DW app and get the current CC 'live' version. Thanks Steve

Reposting this from about a week ago as it was 'moved' so it looks like it was missed answering. Can anyone tell me how to exchange fonts (quickly i.e. shortcuts) while in Edit PDF instead of having to scroll down the font list to change text in every chapter! (scanning old books) Thx

Thank you. Here is the original, before putting it through PS just to turn B&W, it's actually done on a home made book scanner so it's a camera JPG, I chose a complicated of the drawing it must be said and it's not a one off as there are many, but simpler. Yes I have used and considered my pen & tablet it's a choice I need to look at again. But after having another few attempts it looks like it's going to be a trade off between losing some detail in the center and having clean lines to the spirals. I've settled on what you advised but saving by Export (JPG) as opposed to PDF, that's fine with what I want achieve. Thank you

Thank you. Here is the results of your reply, after (top) and before (below) they are at 600% I had my Preset on Outline but B&W logo is better, the project forms part text and graphics (here) the text I clean up in A Acrobat DC and I will try and clean up the characters AA DC. Not got my head round what Expand does, I know it vectors, and why all the blue paths appear? Can you please just say something about saving ? My aim was clean up these and I'm happy with the result, not sure I needed the vectoring as I will place these images along side text eventually for people print off as a PDF. Thank you again

How can I make manual changes in the Image Trace if this is the case? But have you better approaches to this exercise ?
