Hi I check, also with Adobe Support, that CD Audio Mastering doesn't work on 14.2 and 14.1 Audition versions.......... I use Italian language so i try to translate error about "Impossible to load CD Masterin library. Please reinstall Audition". But uninstall/reinstall activity does't solve. As per all Suite software, each release introduces new "easter eggs" bug....is terrible... So if ou need to create a CD you must install 14.0 version (or previous). regards DB

Hi Kevin. The original video files are created with Sony A7iii with H.264 Codec onboard, 25fps. I don't know your dibta/confusion about "NVIDIA Codec", but in the recent versions of Premiere Pro &Media Encoder, as you can see on posted pictures, if you select HW encoding in the exporting window, PPro or MEnc show/use "Nvidia Codec", or "AMD codec" if the video board is recognized/compatible thanks. Thanks Basil, I know the differences and I you can se in the posted pictures for Export settings HW encoding is selected and NVEnc is recognized and used by Premiere. Sorry if I mentionned CUDA Codec, only beacuse on Media encoder popup Windows also this description is shown.

Thanks neil. The difference between SW or HW encoding with NVidia CODEC is minimal (better with HW, but few minutes...) I remember that in previous version of Premiere/Media Encoder was not this difference from Nvidia and AMD HW Codec and also with NVidia GPU was used intensively. Then i have seen the "debug" console in Media Encoder have different options from 2 machines...so Premiere engine seem to have control on HW and CPU/Capability evaluation/use. Thanks CUDA Render is enable, recognized and used, on the various windows but GPU is 0% (max 10% peak for instants). The timeline render bar is obviously red in some zones but the project is the same in 2 differnt machines with a big render time differnce... and use of 100% of AMD GPU... No VFR footage, all source clips have CFR (25FPS) from the same camera.

Hi, I use an MSI GE73 Raider with I7 processor, 16GB RAM and a NVIDIA GTX1060.
With Premiere Pro & Media Encoder 14.9 GPU is not used in rendering also if HW encoding is selected and "Nvidia Codec" appears on encoding window...
The rendering time is intolerable... I have a second machine with an AMD RX580, that in the past was less efficent than machine with nvidia card, but now, for the same video the AMD Codec use 100% of GPU and 20% of CPU and Nvidia Codec 0% of GPU and 30% of CPU (see attachment) and the rendering time is comparable as "only software" option... 😞
I performed a clean uninstall with DDU 18.xxx in safe mode, and reinstalled lastest NVidia Studio Drivers but nothing chenged... 😞
I noticed that debug console (xxxx) shown different options for the 2 different machines (I think is normal because of different hardware is recognized, but i posta slo this detail if it can help...)
Please Help me... The Adobe Support is useless... after 2 days in various chat no solution are proposed from Adobe...

If I can help someone I solved, myself... now!... maybe with luck ... I try to copy amdlib.dll from another CC suite program (in my case Indesign 2021) to Encore folder. At first start Encore ask me to connect/login qith my subscribed email (related to my CC purchased subsc.). After this the program apper as "re-activated"...and now works fine once again... Thanks a lot, also for alternative, that i'm exploring in this day with a trial. I have 2 PCs with CC (& encore) installed and only in 1 I have the problem to lack of serial reported by Encore (but I need can use it on both PCs), so I ask for solution direct to Adobe support... but I felt as a flippe ball...without solution. I must migrate to aothe software... i know, and I know that DVD& BD use will be discontinued but I hope I can continue to use Encore until we must re-install in a fresh new windows/mac machine... Dear Friend thanks for your nice answer... You can work in Adobe support team. If you don't know, after release of new Creative Cloud subscription some year ago, Encore was distributed as a part of the entire suite... We could download and install it as/with CS6 version of premiere pro, WITHOUT any serial number... ADOBE not provided any serial for individual program included in the CC... Also because if there was a serial it MUST be recovered in our subscitption on adobe site... but there is not... Thanks

Hi I installed CC (full) on 2 PCs, and when I started with subscription, wes possible to download ENCORE CS6 as a part of Creative suite CS6. Now is not more possible because ENCORE was removed by Adobe from all download clouds/location. About a Month ago 1 of 2 installation report a SERIAL NR request when Encore Start, but on the second PC it start/works fine... I Contact the SCANDALOUS ADOBE SUPPORT for more and more times from a month to today, because I haven't 24 Digit SN... (i downloaded Cs6 as parte of new CC when this was possible). But "Support team" doesn't says never about this... it's incredible... The last solution is "post a message on Adobe Community"... so Can Anyone Help Me? Hi recovered a 24 Digit SN a specific software, both for Premiere CS6 and Encore CS6 from the PC where Encore works, but both serials are not valid if i try to use them on second PC... How can solve? And if the PC fails or I need to change, how can reinstall ENcore? Have anyone a copy of installer program and related updates? I still have a little, weak hope to solve.... Thanks in advance

For those of Adobe: please stop pretending not to know that the software is full of bugs and that every release is worse than the previous ... Do you also have to ask what are the operating conditions? The software has a very low quality and we users are forced to look on web for workarounds (eg settings in the debug options) to be able to work. Each release introduces new bugs (like this one of slowed rendering) without solving the previous ones. it's a scandal for those who pay a monthly subscription ... it takes hours to do jobs that years ago took minutes ... I have to use premiere for work and I'm wasting a lot of time and productivity ...
