Hi! Yes that had been done. I also had a adobe employee who logged on to both of my computers and did that as well as getting rid of files and deleting the programs and reinstalling. He said it wouldn't happen again but it is.

I've seen others post about this but have not seen this situation solved. I have a computer at work and one at home. I am constantly being logged out and forced to change my password. I do not have anyone else using my product or computers. I had a case opened. He logged into my computer did work on both and told me it would never happen again. One week later it is happening and worse- forcing me out of the program. The programs are closed on the alternate computer (for example, if I am on work computer, the home computer has shut down the adobe apps). I really need to fix this as it's killing my day and I use adobe all day long.

Hello, I've had trouble with this before. I load new styles and the next time I open ps they are gone. They are gone again, but this time the same way I tried installing they are giving me this message Could not place “Gold Foil - 1 - PinkCoffie.asl” because no parser or file format can open the file. Is the new version of PS different?

Hello, I have installed asl files into photoshop (styles) by dragging the asl file into the PS icon on the dock. Worked fine. When I closed PS and came back in they were gone. Am I installing incorrectly?

I think I did it. But why is there the x mark when I try to select it? Trying to now delete the line around the perimeter so its just the plane and initials. thanks.

Hi! I have done this before but have never had this problem. When I click make and expand everything turns black and white and the background mixes in with the text. I tried making the background transparent, also tried making the background a contrasting color. Photos attached of before and after. Black is after

Hi! I use a cnc cutter with illustrator files. My files need to have the traceable lines around the edge only (not on the inside). I have this open heart shape that I did make and expand. Then added a stroke. At that point there is usually the original lines on the inside and I use merge. But not working. When I try to select and delete that inside line, the stroke goes away. Jeff Witchel, ACI can you please help me? I don't know why I am making this so difficult for myself. Same situation. Trying to follow the instructions but not working. From the beginning, I am taking a shape, and "Make and expand" I need the shape of the heart to be thicker and only have the cut lines on the outer edge and the inner edge. When I click on outline to delete original lines, the thickness in the stroke I created goes away. Attaching some pics. Thank you!

Hi! I just upgraded illustrator so the top area that usually has stroke size and font ect is missing a few things that I use all of the time. One is the window that shows size. For example when I click on a text box, that area would show up with height and width of the text selected. Please tell how to get that back. Thank you!

Yes, both the circle and the a are selected. When I click merge it seems to group rather than merge.
