(seems too easy, just seached for the last 90 minutes, to no evail.) Have a PDF form with a submit button. When the user hits the button I need the form converted to a static form (print to PDF would work & with the user info but without the submit button showing) and a mailto initiated.

sorry for the delay - had to get the form done (as best as I could) and submitted. Would still really like to get this figured out as I knw there will be revisions. so the short answer is yes, I did highlight everything and hit enter from my keypad (like your video instructs) but am still getting a null error interestingly, if I add PDF Automation's line (this.exportDataObject({cName:"FieldNameList.txt", nLaunch:2});) it works and generates a text file - attached. Possible syntax error in the (this.createDataObject("FieldNameList.txt", strReport);) function?

(semi)newbie to javascript - go (somewhat) easy on me :O) short version... working on a form where I need to either show a bunch of fields or hide them base on radio button choice. Right now I have the fields visible (or hidden) based on the button's Action/Show/Hide Field. It works but there are +/-75 fields and it's cumbersome, at best. Logically, I would like to group those +/-75 feilds but have no idea if this is available!? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, still confused (not uncommon!). This is a 10 page form with 50+ checkboxes and 100+ radio buttons. This page (page 1) has 2 checkboxes. I tried var fieldHide = event.target.isBoxChecked(0) & var fieldHide = event.target.isBoxChecked(1) - neither work. Sure I'm missing something simple!?

Warning I know just enough to screw things up! Looking to hide 3 fields based on the condition (checked or unchecked) of a checkbox. Here are the fields: cb_homeage (checkbox) tb_yearbuilt (static label) tb_homeyear (dynamic, inputs for the year it was built) tb_homeage (calculated based on today's date - tb_homeyear) If cb_homeage is checked, the three texboxes (tb_...) would be hidden Here is what I have that is absolutely not working. cb_homeage/Actions/Mouse Up/run javascript var fieldHide = event.target.isBoxChecked(0)?display.visable:display.hidden; this.getField("tb_yearbuilt").display = fieldHide; this.getField("tb_homeyear").display = fieldHide; this.getField("tb_homeage").display = fieldHide; One thing I am not sure about it the (and I'm sure I'm using the wrong terminology) checkbox identifier - so ...isBoxChecked(0) - not sure it's 0 (there are +/- 100 checkboxed and radio buttons)

@Randy Hufford Understood but not the answer I need! My original thought was to duplicate the layer 3x's and space on a landscape sheet - which would work BUT... The index card has changes almost everytime - so I'd like to make the change and have it print the 4-up without all the extra steps.

(this has to be easier than what I'm making it!) We have a 60+ page PDF, with several bookmarks, uploaded to our webserver. I trying to create an URL that, when clicked, will open the PDF to one of the bookmarks. I've read through the documentation (https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/pdf_open_parameters.pdf​) from a few threads but something is not working correctly. OMG - I'm having issues lining up 6 circles, let alone what you have above. check my math... if my circle is 1,750px and my little circles are 50px I'd need a 35 sided polygon problem is the left side - in my pic above - the point point do not line up. How would you line the guides up?

davescm - i'm missing a critical step somewhere (on a PC)... created a new layer (had a bunch already) clicked ellipse tool, chose path and combine - click in layer and made it 698 x 913 clicked again, path and subtract - this one is 639 x 913 moved my Y cords to where I wanted them now what?
