@Sami Succar What to I to do enter my selection? Pressing return just moves to the beginning of the timeline and starts playback. So to clarify, what's happening is I enter my digits via numpad—either an 8-digit string or something shorter, as you suggested. But then, no matter what I type, I have to hit some button to confirm my entry. But hitting enter moves the playhead to 00:00:00:00 and starts playing from there.

I'm trying to find a way to navigate to a specific timecode in my timeline using only the keyboard. I'm aware that I can type in digits using the numpad and they will automatically be typed in the "Playhead Position" field in the timeline, but when I do this I can't also enter colons or semicolons, so I can't enter a valid timecode. What am I missing?

This has been a problem for years. Text in any of my documents will sometimes appear like this. I have to change the view in some way (pan, zoom, etc.) to get it to go away. Anyone know why this happens or how to fix?

I'm playing around with this, and actually while I thought it was a lot of keyboard commands, maybe the only one is the Relink command from the Links panel. This should work if the linked object is selected on a page. No need for the Links panel to be open.

@Edward30243580tcrc I ended up calling Adobe support and they did some stuff that made it 50% better temporarily. 🫠So no, no real solution. Very frustrating. It might be worth calling them and pushing for a solution.

I'm trying to create a row of lines that exactly match the shapes of the vineyard lines in this image, but I'm stuck. A blend was my first thought, but the lines quickly get distorted and the curves get ugly. I can get somewhat close with an envelope distort using a custom object (just attempting to do one side), but the lines aren't quite right. They should curve leftward toward the bottom-left, but dont. Here's a copy of the AI file you can download and play with. (I tried to upload it here but am getting an error message.) Thanks in advance for any help!

My experience with support has been very poor, unfortunately. By persisting on phone support for several hours, I finally am talking to a level 3 support rep who finally seems to understand. He is persuing it as if there may be a way to recover the favorites. Apparently there was a global change to business accounts recently that could have accounted for this bug. If you want to get your favorites recovered, you might try calling in to phone support and persisting until you are escalated. In my experience I have to be firm and very clear with them and tell them directly when something they're suggesting is wrong.

Here's an example. I had a layer named 50% Output.jpg5. It was working fine and then suddenly stopped. So I renamed it to 50% Output2.jpg5, and it worked fine for a while and then stopped. So I named it 50% Output.jpg5 again and it started working again.

Often times when I have "Generate > Image Assets" turned on and my layers named correctly, it simply does not work. I have to do something like Close and reopen the file Close and reopen photoshop Change the filename in the layer itself (not the extension or quality settings, etc.) I can often get it to work a single time, but then next time I use it, it will fail again. I'm certain that I'm naming layers correctly. It's just that Generator seems to often simply not run at all.
