Greetings, I've noticed that when I share a folder or a file for collaboration with someone else with an Adobe Account (either a free tier or a having a paid subscription), the space is counted towards both accounts. I do believe this is a bug/issue and not the way this is intended to work. There are many use cases where this is can create issues (even preventing the use of the collaboration feature). In my specific case, I do share files with clients that do not have a CC subscription so they only have 2gb free, while this is enough for many cases it is not enough most of the time. Also, this does not feel an honest practice, after all both users are paying for the same space. Other file sharing services (like Box, Dropbox or Google Drive) do not do this, in their services the space is only counted on the owner account. The fact that this is counter-intuitive makes me believe most of the users are NOT aware that the collaboration disk usage works this way. While I do understand why this works this way, I believe it is not how it should work and this hinders the user experience of the adobe Creative Cloud File Sharing. Please consider this suggestion/request and make the space usage count only against the owner of the folder/files. Thank you very much! Message was edited by: António Pinto
Corrected as Dropbox seems to work like Creative Cloud, shared folders take space on both accounts.

Hello, If I share a link to a folder that has 2 or more levels of subfolders, with files in them it will return 404 when accessing the level 2 + folders. Not using any special chars, also tried without any spaces on files or folder names. Tomy-rex, the problem is your videos names, you cannot use some characters, for example "#" and you do have them on all file names. This is something Adobe should fix already fixed, or at the very least give clear feedback on how it works, however, in the meantime just do not use those characters and you will be fine. Happening here too. Removing AE solves to problem, however installing AE again brings back the issue. Started after updating AE today. Reinstalling Bridge dos no fix the issue. Adobe will release a fix quickly, I'm sure

Going to Windows Region Settings > Languages and moving English to the first place (making it the Default app language) does solve this issue. However, I believe this should not be tied to the System language or at least we should be given an option. This is even more troublesome when, for example, I live in Portugal (Portuguese) and Adobe XD is presented in Brazialian (pt_BR), I can only guess that spanish might have a similar issue (among other language).

This really should be a feature (download full folder) as it is critical to share files with clients. I find myself zipping files or using box.com to share files with clients. If my clients have a Free CC Account, it's easier, however most of them do not.

I do not believe this is possible right now within Creative Cloud Files. If your client has a Free Creative Cloud Account you can share a folder with them and they can upload files there. This might be a viable workaround for you.

As a student you should definitively get the full creative Cloud, you will have access to Photshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD (just to name the most common ones for design). Also, you will have access to the amazing Adobe Fonts, where you will be able to get almost any font you will ever need - all included on your subscription. However, if you are on a budget, getting a single app can be an option too, being Photoshop the most popular one and you can do almost any work with just Photoshop (not ideal, but it is possible). At the moment Adobe is giving 40% discount on the full CC suite making it just €29.99+IVA per month, this will be probably the best offer you will get from Adobe. If you are a student and qualify for their student discount, you will get an extra 20% discount, making the blackfriday deal a whooping 60% off the regular price! Yes, Adobe CC works without internet, however some features might not be available (cloud sync for example). On your last question, yes it is possible to chat with a Portuguese representative, go to the Contact Adobe page, select your options and pick the Custumer Customer Chat option, just make sure you are using the Portuguese website. They also have a Portuguese Phone support, however they will contact you after you contact with them by chat (NOTE: I'm not affiliated with Adobe, nor I get any commissions, I'm just a happy costumer customer!)

Greetings, I've deleted a conflicted copy, but I found today that I deleted the wrong file. It is still on my deleted files folder but when I try to restore it I get the following error: my-adobexd-filename (Conflicted copy from MYPC on 2018-06-07).xd could not be restored - Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0 What can I do in order to restore it? I do have a small update (not a real solution sadly...). I installed XD on another laptop, fresh Windows 10 Pro Insiders install (just formatted) with build 17679.1000 (canary channel) and it does launch (sets are enabled), however it crash on any file open/create.

You will need to rollback your Insider build to the previous version. I believe it has to do with the new Sets feature. However I did disabled the Sets feature and the issue remains. Good luck!

Thank you. I've tried to rollback to a previous Insider Build and the issue got fixed. To further test, I upgraded again to the latest insider build of Windows and it didn't work again (crashing). I guess it was some issue on the latest build, probably related with the Sets feature. Thank you very much for your help!

Hello Preran, You are correct, Insider Builds are beta releases of the OS. I understand that the software is not tested using beta builds of the OS. I'm convinced this is not related to the version of the OS as I've checked the Insiders Hub community and found no similar reports, this is also the only app I'm having problems with. Greetings, Since today, for no apparent reason, Adobe XD keeps crashing as soon as I open it. It is the only app where that happens. I've already uninstalled and installed back, issue remains.
