Hi, I tried to reproduce the issue, however, Flash Player seems to work fine on XP with 30.0.0.113 on Firefox. Could you please try : 1. Sharing the logs 2. Rebooting the machine 3. Running a File Disk Cleaner to come out of the state that your machine is stuck in. Thanks, Divya Gupta

Hi, Once you download the version of your choice from Find and download archived versions of Adobe AIR SDK , what is the exact problem that you are facing? Does it not get download.? does it get downloaded but does not get installed? dou you see any error message? Or "Go to Adobe AIR Installer in downloads, right click and go to Properties, go down to Security and click on Unblock. All being well, it should work then" The 'Unblock' is NOT under Security...it is under the General tab in the lower half. Thanks!

Hi, I understand the objection but it is how the flow works. There are a couple ways to avoid the issue entirely -- primarily by choosing a browser that distributes Flash Player as bundled component. Today, that's Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge on Windows 10. Thanks!

Hi, This is going to be a browser issue, not Flash issue. All the browsers you mention disable Flash by default and force users to enable Flash. Each implementation is different, so what may work on one browser may not work in a different browser. Opera and Chrome are both Chromium-based and use the PPAPI plugin. Latest version of Opera has implemented many of the same 'click-to-play' features as Chrome. You may need to increase the site-engagement score for the site you are attempting to view for Flash to launch. See Flash Roadmap - The Chromium Projects, Site Engagement - The Chromium Projects , and Google Groups for assistance. Firefox uses the NPAPI plugin. Hi, Which player type are you using? As of Windows 8, Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE, and Edge (as of WIn10). The ActiveX EXE or MSI installers DO NOT work on these operating systems. Since Microsoft embeds Flash Player, all updates are released by Microsoft via Windows Update. Check to see you have the latest update installed. However, you could use the debuggers of the other two player types i.e. NPAPI/PPAPI . Thanks!
