Adobe XD

Motion graphics and videos are driving the industry for a while, we sincerely need to have this feature in XD prototype where we can embed a video, GIF and anything that's not static. Anima Plugin is good but natively direct-insert from XD just make the flow that much easier and efficient. Please please please look into it and make it comes true!

Hey there,When connecting everything in prototype mode my overlay is not showing as clickable at all even though in prototype mode it shows as being connected correctly to the right artboard. The overlay settings are all right. I played around with the animation thinking maybe that was but no.  I thought as first it was the viewport height as I had that set quite short and this was a scrollable page. The overlays are also throughout the page so at different heights. Therefore the viewport height would have to be set at the bottom of the page if this is the issue.However when I changed that to the bottom of the page absolutely nothing was clickable anymore. Not one thing worked in preview mode. Though the rest all worked previously with no issues. Im new enough to XD so maybe im just missing something but I've had overlays work perfectly in the past so not sure what im doing wrong? 

I am creating a tap interaction link on a mobile layout that triggers a modal dialog box. Is there a method to keep the modal positioned over the tap area even while scrolling? I am experiencing difficulty to get it to pop in the exact position. Since the page is scrolling vertically the position of the linked to be tapped would be in a different position. I insstalled plugins for XD version 47.1.22.2 yesterday.Today I can't see them in XD.They are still in Creative Cloud with status installed.Please suggest what is the solution. Thanks,

Hi guys, I think it is important to have an special funcionality to helps the team rate the quailty of the work if different areas are included like Development, Content, UX among others, in order to send the work to the client only if it is complete and checked by everyone.

This is a follow up to my original post https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/can-a-scroll-group-be-the-parent-of-components/m-p/12735794#M60120  I figued out the problem. My hover image of the US Map is covering up the next rows on the table which is making them not work and then they continue to work properly once the image is cleared past. Somehow the image thought it is position to the right of the stiped table still seems to have a bounding box covering the table.

This is a recently thing, as I often change the main colors of a template's character styles. Now, when I try to edit the color of a character style and I normally drag the color indication circle from black to white. When that is done now, all the colors of all the styles in the prototype change while I'm busy dragging the color indicator. This causes a huge slow-down and the colors on the entire mockup takes about 1-3 seconds to change from black to white.

Simply, each morning when I got to office, I've to waste time signing out and signin back again to activete missing fonts.   Some are my own (LEGAL!) fonts added through Adobe Cloud. These never update well, so I've to tediously look individually for the missing ones, uninstall and install again.   Yet another nightmare is adding glyphs... not supported visualization on XD, so I've to copy-paste blindingly from Illustrator or preconvert them to curves.   Definitivelly, an absolutelly BETA version after all those years   <Title renamed by moderator>  

Hi, For some reason this feature doesn't work. Basically, let;s say we have 2 groups that are stacked. If I want to select one element from one group and another element from the other group, using Ctrl and click, it doesn't work, instead, all the elements from both groups are selected. Is there a fix for this? It's very time consuming not to be able to select this way. Everything works fne when the STACK feature isn't enabled. Thanks, Chris <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi,   When I resize the artboard using the middle top handle,  all of the content on the artboard moves up.   Is there a method of increasing the height of the artboard without all the content moving up as well?  I expected something similiar to resizing Photoshop's canvas.   Thank you.   {Renamed By MOD}

I installed Adobe XD on my computer and started learning. In the second lesson, of course, the microphone does not work when using the "Voice" function to navigate between screens. When, I speak into the microphone, the microphone icon on the taskbar is not visible. But the problem is not in the microphone, as there are no problems when using Google Translator. I did not find I / O settings in Adobe XD. Where to adjust the microphone in this program is a real mystery... Hi,   I've been given a locked down corporate laptop with XD installed and I'm trying to establish if there are updates that need to be performed.  (Can't do this on my own on this locked down laptop)   When I open XD there are no menu items (File, Edit, Object, etc.) at the top of the page!  8 S   Is there a method of determining what version of XD is installed without the Help menu?   Thank you.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Good afternoon comunity, I am having some trouble to define padding for some of my component in Adobe XD. I am looking to add padding for single elements inside a component (on the red zones on both pictures). Does anyone know how to do this ? I used to be able to open multiple XD files on my Mac Laptop when I had the creative cloud, I have recently licensed the XD program on my laptop and am trying to work on two different XD documents but it is not opening at the same time, its like only one can be open. Please advise.

I just upadated XD to version XD45.In the documen i have some missing fonts. When i select replace fonts the pop windows opens up but when i place the cursor on the pop up window the pop up window closes.I can't replace font.   Is it an issua with this new version?   Thanks for the help.   Jlo   <Title renamed by moderator>

Im facing an issue with a design file that the design is distorted, like the text don't have margins bottom text is aligned with top text without margin, text in the buttons should be in center but it is bottom aligned, images are not aligned the are distorted. Buttons text not aligned. Text is not middle aligned with image. Both text's don't have margin between them. Text 'M' is not center aligned in circle. Text not aligned properly. icon distorted. All of my fellow developers are using the same file but they are not facing any issue.Note: I have one more design file of the same project but it's working fine.OS: Windows 10XD Version: 47.0.22.9 (Starter), Creative Cloud Sync 5.2.4.2 

after today upgrade Adobe XD refused to lanch with no error message indicatinf whats wrong!! , it simple didnt launch. after restarting my machine I tried again with no luck. when clicking Adobe XD Icon from the CC application amanger ot from Windows 10 menu, it take some seconf with a white splash screen and the XD logo in the middle and disappear and thats it.I uninstall and reinstall and guess what !!nothing happend the same behaviour happened.   <Title renamed by moderator>  

Hi, here is a bug with exporting png or jpgthe bottom of the artboard is shoing fine in editorbut exported img has a blank bottom part. i've tried to ungroup elements but it looks like the width of img is matter here somehow.This is  the last version of xd at this moment. win 10. 

Hi, I couldn't find a concrete answer anywhere and customer service doesn't answer after multiple hours. I’m currently writing my master thesis and I want to publish two versions of an Adobe XD file with my trial version of premium, however the starter plans only allows for one prototype to be published. If I publish a second one during the trial period of the paid plan, will it remain available even after the trial has finished? I'd be awful if the stimuli for my experiment suddenly stops working. The easy answer of course is to subscribe, but I cannot do that until next month   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi, I have created, saved and shared a prototype file for an XD file on 25 Jan however when I go back in to the cloud file it is displaying as an older version. The prototype I have shared with everyone is correct however my file has since disappeared from the cloud. Can someone please assist with how I locate this file as I still have a working prototype but no way to back and access it... Appreciate assistance as soon as this is possible.   {Renamed By MOD}
