Adobe XD

Buongiorno a tutti,Alcuni mesi fa ho fatto l'account Adobe e scaricato Adobe XD gratuitamente senza alcun tipo di vincolo. Recentemente ho avuto dei problemi al pc e ho dovuto disinstallare i programmi, tra cui Adobe XD, ma oggi quando provo a scaricarlo mi dice che è possibile scaricare solo la versione gratuita di 7 giorni oppure acquistare un piano. Sapete se sia possibile poterlo scaricare nuovamente in modo gratuito senza vincoli di giorni o acquisto di piani?Grazie per l'aiuto.

Hi, I had saved documents on cloud in Adobe XD. but then because of some issue i had to reinstall the software and now I am not able to find my documents anywhere on Adobe. Please help me with these as those UI was really important for me.

I'm trying to find a similar feature to one that I used very often in Sketch. I need to easily take a color designed artboard and quickly change it to grayscale without losing the color assets below for later design iterations.  This is super easy to achieve in sketch as outlined here https://medium.com/sketch-app-sources/an-easy-way-how-to-convert-your-design-into-a-greyscale-in-sketch-58e1bebb3384.  Is there a comparable feature in XD? I need this for wireframing purposes as a regular part of my workflow.

I made a drop down list with a hover effect, and when i preview it using adobe XD it's working fine, but since i added video using Anima Plugin, i need to preview my work using anima browser, but when i preview it there the drop down list i made is not working, does anyone knows how to fix the problem?and i have added a video in my prototype using anima plugin, but the video is not showing in adobe XD preview it's only showing if i browse the prototype in the anima browser. 

When I try to export anything from XD to AE (after Effects) it never shows up. I have tried a bunch of different ways: object, text, AE open, AE closed, AE project open, exporting whole artboard and just one object. It will open AE but other than that nothing happens. Im I not doing something Right?I'm on  window if that matters.

Cannot open XD file (error 47) I don't have a cloud document saved.Guys please help me with the error, the project is really important for me 😞 And I don't have any cloud backups. I can't copy&paste the file anywhere neither can I send it online to someone. In-short I can't transfer the file anywhere. Also I thought this might be a problem with my disk to I have repaired my disk several times since morning but it doesn't help. The file was working perfectly yesterday I have been doing changes and stuff also I saved it perfectly without any errors but it is no more opening. Please help!!!!! 

Just curious I am mianly a sketch user and am creating the same design as a test in XD and figma. I notice the text padding is different in XD. So for:OneTwoThreeFour The text container in XD is 156px using 44px line height. With less padding on top and bottom. where in Figma and Sketch it is the same 176px. Just curious why such a difference? 

My Adobe XD never shows the top menu bar. I have tried reinstalling it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I started working recently for a major app platform and have been waxing lyrical about how much better Adobe XD is than Sketch, or other similar tools, but I've been sorely let down by all the bugs in the design review and developer and hand-off tools. Pins don’t pin (mentioned in another post) and the developer hand-off is now completely broken, and has been for weeks, if not months. We’ve spent several weeks converting our app and web properties from Sketch to XD…But when you try to view the code and layout of elements in a scrollable group, everything goes haywire the moment you get bellow the fold. You can’t scroll when review is enabled, and once you do focus on your target area, it’s impossible to select the correct element as there are ghosts for all the elements that should now be off page. This unacceptable Adobe. How does your QA miss issues like this? If this isn’t resolved quickly, we’ll have no option but to switch the entire team back to Sketch, which would

Lately, when we try to change some parameters of the inline text (i.e. set bold some words) we click the change text panel and the portion of the text to be change gets out of focus and so it is impossible to change just one portion of the text.  We have the latest version of XD and run Mac OS Big Sur

Hey support, Im having troubles transitioning between 3 artboards with Drag interaction. Hi I just started Adobe XD for like two days and only got through the basic tutorials on the website. I was trying to create a portfolio website prototype and when I was using the tab function on a scrolling menu, there is moving transparent words appear during the transition. So basically I want to tab the list on the left side and then there is something showing on the right. If the text on the right is too long then there is a scrolling bar to move the text to the bottom. So basically I create two artboards for the menu which needs a scrolling function and one artboard for the menu has shorter text.For example in the Work Experience Artboard 1 I can tab another menu such as Awards and then it will transition to the Awards Artboard 1 smoothly. However when I scroll down the text in the Awards Artboard 1 it will scroll to the Award Artboard 2, and then if the user wants to click on another menu they don't have to scroll back to the Artboard 1, they just have to click the menu dir

I'm working on adobe XD 42.1.22. But a friend of mine is working on XD 43. Everytime I try to open his online document that he shared with me I have a alert message saying that I should update my XD to open this file. The probleme is that i don't have any update on my adobe CC. I´ve been working in prototypes in XD but never published it...  I was wondering if there was a way by only using Adobe Apps to design an app, create all of its assets and funcionallity, and finally publishing it? maybe downloadable via web or in a long shot, PlayStore or AppStore (with the fees included). Thanks!! 

I'm having trouble with XD. It is not loading my cloud documents, and neither allowing me to create new documents. This happened after I shifted from my old MacBook to a new one. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions found on this page (https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/fix-issues-with-xd-cloud-documents.html), but nothing works. When I try to log out of my creative cloud account from my old MacBook, it says that the creative cloud cannot connect to the Adobe servers. What do I do? Please help as soon as possible as I have an assignment to submit soon, and I cannot do it without XD!!!

I used Darkmode On font for my web project created in Adobe XD. I use the code for web of this font, but it does not display correctly Polish characters, although the font familly include Polish characters. So how if these exports to browser formats did not have Polish characters? Is there any extended export variation? How to find it? Thanks for help!

Hello,I get this error "Sorry, we can't open this document" whenever i try to open a cloud document I created/saved before august/september. But if I open Adobe XD on another computer using the same login I can save it to the cloud again under another name and then open it on my main computer. This is really frustrating whenever I need to pick up an old project.

Hi everyone,I run into a problem. While drawing a new rectangle, it reveals a text which is placed underneath it in the layer list...The appearance is set to Normal, filled with white. I am confused. Maybe someone has any tip? Thank you.

Hey there,I've been having this issue since the update yesterday (15/09/2021). I have no idea whats happening, I don't know if I've missed something really obvious or what. The prototyping has worked for the previous screens but I got to the fourth screen and here are the problems I'm experiencing:Adding a drag option when it hasn't been selectedNot being able to save my workPrototype links disappear and don't workThe software is generally just behaving strangelyI go back to Design view and its still in Prototype view and I can't edit anythingSome prototype links are working, such as the menu overlays etc., but I can't add any new links Really odd. I've got some deadlines due so this is quite frustrating. I've tried saving it locally instead of the cloud but it made no difference. Any help you could provide would be muchly appreciated 😄

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012)macOS Catalina 10.15.7 Just signed up for Adobe XD. I am doing the $9.99 monthly option. I received a confirmation email from Adobe prompting me to download a .dmg file for installing Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud. When I double click the XD file icon (as it prompts me to) nothing happens.  Also its worth noting that I forwarded my email with the install .dmg to my wife who will be using Adobe XD on her mac. She was able to install and use Adobe XD just fine. I believe she actually has the same mac as me as well. So I dont know if this is some issue of not being able to use Adobe XD on two machines? Or maybe a compatibility issue? Any help would be appreciated since I cant even use the product I just paid for. Thanks,David

I get an error when sharing:"You can't publish links on Creative Cloud due to your organization's sharing restrictions or your enterprise plan entitlements."I deleted the previous published link, and I have nothing in https://assets.adobe.com/links or https://assets.adobe.com/deleted Any udea what I might do to make it work?Thanks,Marius
