Adobe XD

Hi there, after ensuring I was fully updated to the latest version of XD on my Macbook Pro, I ran into this issue. Whenever I open my file and switch into prototype mode, the app instantly freezes whenever I try to select multiple artboards.  So far this has happened without fail. The app crashes every single time, with the spinning wheel that never resolves. I've tried to restart my computer, shut down and restart, and even re-installed Adobe XD. Is this a bug? 

XD is suddenly lagging too much its just freezing everytime. I reinstall the xd but same problem. I went to my firneds and used xd in his PC evrything was working fine then why in my laptop is eveything freeze. I just frustated nor what is happening please give some solution ASAP.Thanks

Hi, We are two designers and we want to collaborate on all projects. According to our research, we must put the file on the Cloud of one of the collaborators and invite the other (If there is another way we are open). Right now the problem is that since the file is not on my cloud and I have been invited I cannot create links for the sharing or update them. Is there a way to give a collaborator access to manage sharing links?*I hope my english is understanding 😉   <Title was renamed by moderator>

As per this video I recorded, I can't seem to select everything in a file and move it together: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qv46Rb7W3Rw&t=1s. When I do, I can either select the artboard or the objects outside the artboard, but not both. Anyone know what's going on? I've been using XD since early days and have never been able to do this.

Hello,when i open a XD-file with the XD App/Viewer on iOS it says that some fonts are missing, unfortunately i don’tknow how to install fonts on iOS, if that is possible at all.My client has custom fonts, so choosing a different typefaceinstead is not an alternative.Can anyone help me with that issue?Thanks.

I have a component conflict and as a result I can't update a symbol in my document to the latest version. However, this conflicting symbol should NOT be anywhere in my document. The current version of XD does not show that it is linked anywhere, but there is some hidden linkage that XD is not visualizing, but it is nevertheless still causing a conflict. This is confusing because it involves several documents and links so I have opted to describe the different documents and symbols with all caps identifiers.  I hope this is helpful and not more confusing. The PROJECT document I am attempting to update is called "Responsive Screens"The COMPONENTS document I am attempting to update is named "UI Components v2"The SYMBOL is named "Avatar--Medium".The OLDER COMPONENTS document, which "UI Components v2" is based on, is named "Requests" Because I saved  The COMPONENTS document as a newer version of The OLDER COMPONENTS document, there is some hidden history that I cann

Hi All,I would like to ask if their is another udpate on exporting XD into Xcode, I saw an article from 2017 but was hoping since than somebody may developered a plugin or Xd has a new featuer to export via another of their tools maybe? I tried a plug in called Monday resuce which was not good.Thanks, Claudia  

Some times Eyedropper is missing. I need to restart the application to fix this issue.   

My team is using Adove Creative cloud and Adobe XD to create UX designs and share with each other so we can collaborate. We are all on the latest version of Adobe XD. But we can not open a file that was saved & shared in a recent prior version just a few days back.  We all are on the latest Adobe XD.  But no one can open this previous file.  What should we do?

My XD is reporting being up to date. I have a number of design files. Some local and some in cloud storage. When I try to open them, the start to open and I can see the artboards appear. However, I never get to control the app before it just disappears. I get a crash report form each time I restart but this happens 100% of the time.   This is a major problem as there is important work in these files. It crashes every time I open a file today! I can't even work. Huge performance issue. This latest version is absolutely a pain for me and I can't even use the old version due to compatibility issues. 

I am planning to buy the new Macbook (which the M1 chip). however not sure if XD would be compatible with the new chip. Also if it has to run on rosetta, would it impact the performance? 

Noticed a bug with XD when you have multiple artboards in a document and when you try to share the file as a design review with other people, the order seems to be random instead of where they are placed on the pasteboard. I was trying to figure out why and then when I changed one of the artboards that was the second one in the order to be the same size as the others, then the order worked again. So if I have multiple artboards and they aren't all 1920px wide for example, then the order they are in when I share the design file is incorrect.

Thank you anyone for your help. I have a menu on all pages in my prototype that is fixed at the fold of an Iphone XR/XS Max. I previously thought the menu wasn't showing up because it had " pass through, " as a layer property. I am not getting the options of 'Your work' or cloud documents in Home. I am unable to save XD file on cloud. Also, i cannot invite people to a file. I get this error that you need to contact your admin. I am CC (adobe enterprise) user. I am able to access and open my earlier saved files from CC desktop app. [Mac OS Big Sur]   

When I have made an artboard in XD, and want to export it to Zeplin (or other conversion tools) to get CSS and HTML code, I need to specify the HTML type of each element (for example, an h1 text-element) and/or component in XD for Zeplin to be able to convert it to HTML. I have an XD file that tells me I have missing fonts, but there are no objects that I can find that are associated with any of those fonts.  XD tells me that I have 3 missing fonts (SF Pro Text Regular, SF Pro Text Medium and SFProText Semibold).  When I right-click on one of those and select "Highlight on canvans", I am shown a bunch of blue rectanges with nothing in them, like this:   But when I try to select any of those rectangles or click anywhere on the screen, they all just disappear.  If I drag accross the entire artboard area, nothing is selected.  How am I supposed to figure out what text is in these text boxes, select them, change their attributes, or delete them?  Any help appreciated.    I created a demonstration file by starting with the problematic XD prototype and deleting all objects/assets and deleting all artboards except for the two with the mystery missing fonts.  Of course, if you have these fonts on your system the is

Newb here.  I'm running XD 40.0.22.12 on Win10 x64.  When I select two objects and hit Control-g to group them, they don't get grouped, and I get a text box saying "Order Ref: 273489551" instead.  I can group them via the context menu, and I can ungroup them via Shift-Control-g or the context menu.  Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
