I am unable to see the shared cloud document in my adobe XD   <the Title was renamed by moderator>

XD just ruined me on a project I have been working on for 3 months.All had been well until moments ago when I decided to continue work on my iMac. Only to see XD hadn't been saving to the cloud (Which it had been doing fine previously) meanwhile the preview link I had been updating still has those changes, but I can't do anything with that because that's basically jpegs with links.) 11 days of updates and feedback gone. The time stamp on the file on the xd home screen says last updated 11 days ago, which is weird because I have even worked on the file today  Is there anything I can do to recover my files? I am really thinking of switching from XD. Sad thing is I shut down my MacBook which had the file opened before realizing this. 

Hi! I want to create a button on my XD site that changes from a red + to a pink check mark when clicked without switching the artboard. Ive tried a hover state that changes the button, but right after clicking it changes right back to its default state a second later. Is it possible to make this work without switching artboards?

The configure page for Adobe XD is greyed out and not accessible in Jira. Due to this we are unable to add/remove projects in Jira.Please find the attachment of screen for reference

I have huge documentation of our company product, but after load in last version XD just crash. I tryed to download localy, did not help. It blocks my daily work! Downgrade to v37 is impossible becouse file is saved in 38. I really need solution or contact to someone who could help me solve it. Thanks

Hello, its really annoying now as everytime I try to udate the dev link for one of my projects its saying "your are disconnected" even thaugh I have internrt, its happening at 70% progress.

Hello,I hope this is the right question to ask this question. I am willing to know how to create a "Project showcase" with wallpaper and descriptions for my XD projects - as projects look like in Adobe Behance (Ex. https://www.behance.net/gallery/55872041/Travel-App?tracking_source=search_projects_recommended%7Ctravel%20app). Is there any tool that helps to generate such a showcase? How do you do it?Thanks!

Hello, I have saved normally my project in XD last night with clicking Ctrl+S for several times just to be sure but my XD just shows only the work I did early that day, I mean all the stuff I did in the evening was not saved even though I'm always clicking save after I finish some stages of my project. BTW my XD did not crash and it has done the exact same thing before but that time I thought it was my fault that I forgot to save my project. Can someone please help me? Oh and P.S. after clicking Ctrl+S I checked saving it manually by going into file and then save and it was not active so I thought the project was already saved and just closed it ( also XD did not ask me while closing it if I wanted to save the project).

I have formatted columns in my document as justafied but when the pages are printed the columns arrent justified. How can I fix that?

I've been using XD for about a week, creating and exporting dozens of files. This morning 'All Artboards' is greyed out. I cannot export my work any longer! 😞I had a security issue (as my Chrome was hijaked) and I've deleted a few options in Apple Security & Privacy (Full Disk Access) and I suspect I might have deleted something there.After that I've fully desinstalled Adobe XC 2x and reinstalled it. Still cannot export my final work.

Hi, I am trying building an app, and I have run into some trouble. When I try to go back to an artboard that is overlaying another artboard, I just land at the overlaying artboard, but the overlay isn't working (pretty hard to explain with words). The video in the attachments should explain my issue.I want to go back to the overlay artboard so that it still overlays the artboard with the games. 

After an update, XD keeps saying I can't update my prototype's online sharing links.  Says I have to create a new link.  But...uh...HOW? This used to be clear, but I have no idea how to do so in the latest version (38.1.12.2) of the app. I've just duplicated the artboard and re-published.  Luckily it's a single artboard I'm working on and not an entire flow.  That will get supremely annoying quickly once I have to do that and recreate every transition and link.

I'm having problems installing plug-ins for Adobe XD and I got redirected to the right location but the problem is, I can't delete to file.

I'm using the latest version of adobe Xd (36.0.32) and just today, again, I encountered the error 5718 when launching the app. I can't seem to use it anymore.Troubleshooting done:  1. uninstall, re-install app2. settings > app > refresh, reset 

I have same probleme I want to download a compatible version of adobe XD.   

When I drag Component from a design system library color also shows before in DOCUMENT ASSETS local file. Now I drag components from the design system color not show in a local file. New version has lots of problems.

 After years struggling with XD bad usability, today just realized one of my first bottlenecks managing assets/components in large scale projects: the lack of a hierarchized views of the components (as Sketch already have)Simply, after create a very complex Component, full of other components inside, I end seeing all these components rendered in a messing list of hundreds of small thumbnails. Absolutely impossible to find anything... except for waste hours reading their cryptic names automatically generated after a stressed working day.Simply… why not render the embedded components inside the container in the Assets panel? Please, don’t tell me to use the Layer Panel… there are thousands of items, and we still have to jump back and forth between panels, as there isn’t any way to make panels undockable and have it all visible side by side (another of those absurd timewasters)

I was copying and pasting/entering text in Adobe XD and must've accidentally hit the wrong keyboard shortcut because all of sudden all my artboards are now greyed out/transulent. Any ideas how to revert back? I saved and closed my Adobe XD file so I can no longer hit undo. Can anyone help??
