Adobe XD

Anyone else facing this issue?

Hello,Is there a way to make the grid system un-responsive? It always changes when I change the size of the artboard... Sketch or Figma has it fixed, so it stays the same always, also that would save a lot of hassle when transforming things to mobile artboards.

I am facing this issue very often. XD moves into a not responding mode, nothing is working. After rebooting the App is starts working.My XD version is : 38.1.12.2

I tried to flip this element but it failed.Does anyone know how to do that?The element is from Open Peeps package. 

I am having trouble aligning text that is located within a button. The alignment section is grayed out. I also tried to do it with the menu, but it does not allow me to do it. Does anyone have any of the same issues? Thank you. 

Hi! As of this week I can no longer even launch adobe XD application on my MacBook Pro. It goes directly to Not responding. Please Help ASAP! I have a design I have to finish by tomorrow!!

Hello! I am trying to search for a plugin within the CC Xd plugin pannel and when I type in what I am looking for (or anything) nothing happens. Running Mac OS 10.15.7 and XD 39.0.12.12. And I am connected to the internet. I can see plugins listed. Just can't search for any.

Hi Adobe, I am at home trying to use Adobe XD but my Creative Cloud libraries do not load. I am on Windows and have tried all of the steps available online. It appears that my libraries are not loading across all Adobe products. Greatly appreciate if you could share some insight into how to fix this. Thanks!

Can i turn off the autosaving with new name so link does not change every time i try to save so i have to send a new link and there is 4oo versions?  Is this a simple thing i missed how to do or how do you guys do? 

I know this should be like the easiest thing to do, but im totaly stuck. I just want o center the text! I choose the button frame then the text and align center, but its off!! 

My C-type headphone stop working when open Adobe XD, checked in system preferences>sounds. Disappeared from output list. All other applicaions working fine without interruption with C-Type headphone. Waiting for long time to get it fixed by XD team please.

Everytime I restart my computer my fonts won't load in adobe xd. When i use another program, like illustrator the fonts shows up without any problems. But in xd it keeps saying that the fonts are missing, even though they are activated. 

Hi there,  I am having the problem where a font I need is missing and I am at my wits end! Every single font i've ever downloaded i've never had a problem with. Now one paticular font I need for a client and boom, doesn't work. It is on my system, it is a local font, not an Adobe font, I am using a Mac and only have the default fonts book as management. My XD is up to date. When trying to use this paticular font it goes to a default font instead and I cant work out why! I've reinstalled the font, restarted XD, restarted my comp, got another collegaue to try and use the font on their XD. And nothing. Yet the font works perfectly fine on Illustrator and Photoshop etc? When i file export in xd not export and some errors but after than problem slow..

We created a Library of our Design System on Adobe XD Cloud (Coediting Enabled) and we created a new file and import the Library in it. And new file size is over ~700MB (when we download to local disk is 132MB). What's the problem? We can not open new file for working because is laggy. File has components and components have states is this the problem? 

We are a small company, is there no problem using Adobe XD starter plan(Free)?Or does the company have to use the Teams or Enterprise plan? Thanks!

Hello there, I am building my xd design and noticed that I can't apply assets (colors e.g.) only to marked parts of the text - so I only can apply it to the whole text.This is the result:Do you have a solution to do that?Thank you in advance,Chris 

Hi all, I'm new to Adobe XD. I'm needing to embed multiple fixed layout videos into a scrollable web page, like a digital flyer. I need the videos to play in a loop until closed. I also want to click on embedded fixed layout images so they pop out into a larger window until clicked closed. And I need to add URL links to guide users to other product pages. Is Adobe XD with my CC license the right application to provide all of this, or should I stick with Indesign? Indesign seems limited in being able to adapt to a responsive size (adjust to the end users monitor). Any suggestions and ideas are welcomed. Thanks!

My XD file keeps getting stuck on Loading and everytime I lose work.    Today my work was lost from yesterday? Work from today is still there? History doesn't show any work from yesterday although the exported link for reviewers/devs still has the new changes.  Has anyone been able to recover their work in this type of situation.  Very frustrating!! This is the third time i've lost work in a month and if not reselved will deinitely be switching to a different mock-up/protoype tool. Exported link shows update Apr 20   XD file only shows today and last week

XD often does not allow me to continue working when I want to make text changes to elements/components that are grouped once or several times.  I cannot make any changes to the "Design" tab; Usually I have to close XD, sometimes I am able to switch to the "Prototype" tab and back.

Hello everyone. I am hoping someone can help me out with this.  I am actually not sure if this is an XD issue or an AI issue. I have some vector-filled objects in AI, which I know will come in funny into XD. My workaround has been to group and then rasterize the objects in AI, and then copy and paste them into XD. However, I recently upgraded my Ai to cc21 and now I am finding that some colorways of the same object are now coming into XD looking very pixelated. See screenshot.

Hi,My developers are trying to download multiple assets from one of my XD developer links, but there seems to be a js error on the page that makes it impossible. Is there a way to fix this? I could manually export all the assets for my team manually, but we daily implement new icons to the project, so that would make the process pretty complicated. (XD assets sharing is one of the main reasons to use it for now)   I hope you can help us with this, thanks!

After march update to 38.0.12, always like this when opening 2 XD documents, and after that it will be not responding.Detail is :1. I opened 1 document until done, everything was normal 2. After 2 second I open another document and it happens3. Both 2 documents is opened but I cannot click anything, when I randomly click everywhere my task manager says "not responding"   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Starting with the latest update (39.0.12) from this week, navigating to and from the Preview Window is very laggy.The preview window doesn't refresh in real time, as it used to, and when you try to swith (alt-tab) to other windows it lags for some seconds before doing something.Switching to other apps (alt-tab) from XD also results in the computer getting laggy for a few seconds.This does not happen with any other Adobe apps, or any other apps in general.I'm using Win10 with all the latest updates.
