Adobe XD

Hi,This is the second day I have this issue. I open XD file and I don't see some content I have created. I see its outline, names on the left side but I don't see it on the artboard. When I export file to Zeplin, the same is there. I saved in another file, restarted, cut and pasted but the problem does not disappear. Here are my screenshots attached. Thank you in advance

Hi, is there a possibility to save an XD file to make it backward compatible? Thk. 

When I try to open my cloud document the Syncing-pop up appears and it doesn't complete the sync nor open the document. It's shared with one of my team members but he doesn't have it open so that can't be the issue here. Hello! I have a problem. I am trying to save 3 assets that have the same size in XD, but when I save them, two have a different height than the one it was designed in. They all are 274px H in XD, but when saved separately, they are 285px.Why is this? What can I do? Thanks

Hello, I am new to XD. How can you tell if a character style has been applied to text?? In Sketch I can see immediately in the inspector if the text has been styled or not by just looking under appearance and also it' is highlighted in the layers with a blue. Whenever I share the XD file for Design review/Development/etc I only get red error message: There was a problem displaying this prototype. Please try these troubleshooting steps.   The file is very primitive and consist of 2 small artboards with one link between them.   What should I do to make it work?     <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Good day. I am having an issue installing Adobe XD, before encountering error code 192, I installed the app "successfully" with quotation marks because I noticed that all of the files were missing and I am 100% certain to which drive and folder I installed it in, I tried it multiple times and it didn't seem to work, the installer said it has been installed successfully but it's not there (I even tried installing it in the default location), so then I tried updating windows because maybe this was a windows issue. After finishing the windows update properly I tried installing Adobe XD again, only this time I get the error code 192, I looked it up and it says I have to uninstall the older version, and then going back to my previous problem, the files that I installed are missing, it is seemingly invisible and I don't know where to look for it. Here's the summary.html if it's useful Exit Code: 192 -------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------

My XD won't allow me to delete any document assets (character styles, colours, and components). I've tried double-clicking and have been pressing every button possible to get the dropdown menu. Nothing works, restarted XD, updated XD, restarted my computer. Very confused and not finding any alternate solutions. hello , should I be signed in to my adobe account to be able to create a prototype link on Adobe Xd ?and if im using a free-version, meaning im not subscribed to any monthly payment, is the number of prototype links I want to create limited ?Thanks

It's pretty much said in the title. I have several artboards, and I wanna know how to set one as the starting one. 

The animation of prototype that is smooth while open in XD is extremely choppy and not reflecting the work. This drastically impacts the sharing and commenting for design review or even showcasing.

Hello!I cannot see what my project looks like before opening an Adobe XD file. I have this problem since I reset my Windows PC with Keeping my files.To try and solve this issue, I have tried multple things. - Reinstall Adobe XD - Uninstall Adobe XD -> uninstall Creative Cloud -> install creative cloud -> install adobe XD - I also used the Adobe Clean removal tool to remove any Adobe related files before installing again. None of the above solve this issue. Not having this preview of a project is quite bothersome, because I create a lot of project, and I cannot remember them all by name. I have looked for hours for a solution, but I can't seem to find any posts related to this issue. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Adobe XD is great but one feature I'm missing is inserting videos. This would make XD much more useful and viable for app developers. Please add this option! Also, another thing I wish XD had was the ability to add user input such as text etc. Please also add this option!

Hey,After opening cloud-based file this dialog goes on for 2-3 minutes and then tells me "co-editing files cannot be opened offline"  Obviously my WLAN is ON and working perfectly. I've encountered this issue before and I just used a backup-file. But now it is especially troublesome b/c this file is the base library for my UI-kit - which means I can't do global changes to other files linked to the kit!!!  Maybe someone has a workaround for that? I already contacted support without success on this issue, now I am turning to the community.(their response: “We want to tell you, that file-based issues are not supported by Adobe”). I have been using the Anima app plugin with XD for a while now without issues. However, just a few days ago, when I click 'Preview in browser' I get stuck with the Loading animation forever and then I have to exit out of XD. Just to clear other possibilities, I did whitelist animapp.com with my company's IT team and my plug-in and XD are up to date.

I have been using Adobe XD to test a prototype for an app, and it has been a really great way to observe the user's interactions. However, during a recent interview, the user was not able to scroll down below the fold. We tried having him zoom in/out, we tried to expand the view into full screen, we tried to have him refresh the link, and nothing seemed to fix the issue. He was using a Dell laptop, and the same error occurred in both IE and Chrome. When we tested the link on our end, using a PC/Macbook, and testing on Firefox/Chrome/Safari/IE, we were unable to replicate the issue.It was extremely frustrating and completely botched the user interview, as a lot of the interface we were trying to test was below the fold. I am now concerned that this issue may occur in some of our future user interviews.Adobe, do you have an explanation for why this happened? I had been working on the prototyping all day and XD had been super slow and sluggish. I decided to close it and relaunch it. When I did some of my fonts were missing. I went to Adobe fonts and reactivated them and they still were not coming up...? Then I noticed another error that said "Something went wrong initializing the Creative Cloud Libraries" so I looked on Adobe and followed their instructions, which seemed to have me sign back into the Creative Cloud again. When everything was said done the Creative Cloud account said I have not been logged in for the last six days, there were no saves from today and I had been working on the prototyping from around 2 pm.  I had not saved anything to my desktop because I trusted the cloud. Anyone have any ideas if my work in retrievable? Again, I did not store anything locally. Thanks for any help.

I'm about to leave my position as a UXer.I have documented tasks with links to XD presentations which won't be started until after I leave.When I leave my account will be closed. Will the XD online presentation links live indefinitely after my account has been closed?

I believe this has been a core feature that has been requested for a while (~2019) but has there been any updates in regards to allowing component instances overrides to states. The scenario is as follows: Create a master button componentBuild states for active, hover, disable, etc. with color changes and prototype interactionsYou make an instance of the component. You adjust the button width and change the button's label (standard component use-case)You test the hover effect: The interaction is applied, but the instance adjustments (ex. changing the label from "button" to "confirm") are not inherited to the instance's states. On-hover state has the button's label "button" from the default master component and the button auto-animates to the master's size. The solution I would think is to apply instance updates to each of the instance states separately as variants vs. having to do across every instance and now across every state. HelloI am Alper Ince from Turkey.I am having a problem with adobe xd. I want to use xd-material-design. For example, I cannot design events (hover, active, focused, printed and disabled) for the radio button in this kit.Especially for component I am having problems with focus and pressed. Can you give an example about this? ie a defined button and its events (default-hover-focused-pressed-disabled) sample xd file. xd file with prototype created.Many thanks.
