Adobe XD

Hey,After opening cloud-based file this dialog goes on for 2-3 minutes and then tells me "co-editing files cannot be opened offline"  Obviously my WLAN is ON and working perfectly. I've encountered this issue before and I just used a backup-file. But now it is especially troublesome b/c this file is the base library for my UI-kit - which means I can't do global changes to other files linked to the kit!!!  Maybe someone has a workaround for that? I already contacted support without success on this issue, now I am turning to the community.(their response: “We want to tell you, that file-based issues are not supported by Adobe”). Wow.Tried and failed:- unlink any user invited to file- change WLAN- create backup file and try to use that (obviously not feasible for a library)- create a whole new account on Mac and try to acces file from there Honestly, I have to add (and I read it in other comments as well) that Adobe XD is NOT suited for professional prod

I have been using the Anima app plugin with XD for a while now without issues. However, just a few days ago, when I click 'Preview in browser' I get stuck with the Loading animation forever and then I have to exit out of XD. Just to clear other possibilities, I did whitelist animapp.com with my company's IT team and my plug-in and XD are up to date.

I have been using Adobe XD to test a prototype for an app, and it has been a really great way to observe the user's interactions. However, during a recent interview, the user was not able to scroll down below the fold. We tried having him zoom in/out, we tried to expand the view into full screen, we tried to have him refresh the link, and nothing seemed to fix the issue. He was using a Dell laptop, and the same error occurred in both IE and Chrome. When we tested the link on our end, using a PC/Macbook, and testing on Firefox/Chrome/Safari/IE, we were unable to replicate the issue.It was extremely frustrating and completely botched the user interview, as a lot of the interface we were trying to test was below the fold. I am now concerned that this issue may occur in some of our future user interviews.Adobe, do you have an explanation for why this happened? I had been working on the prototyping all day and XD had been super slow and sluggish. I decided to close it and relaunch it. When I did some of my fonts were missing. I went to Adobe fonts and reactivated them and they still were not coming up...? Then I noticed another error that said "Something went wrong initializing the Creative Cloud Libraries" so I looked on Adobe and followed their instructions, which seemed to have me sign back into the Creative Cloud again. When everything was said done the Creative Cloud account said I have not been logged in for the last six days, there were no saves from today and I had been working on the prototyping from around 2 pm.  I had not saved anything to my desktop because I trusted the cloud. Anyone have any ideas if my work in retrievable? Again, I did not store anything locally. Thanks for any help.

I'm about to leave my position as a UXer.I have documented tasks with links to XD presentations which won't be started until after I leave.When I leave my account will be closed. Will the XD online presentation links live indefinitely after my account has been closed?

I believe this has been a core feature that has been requested for a while (~2019) but has there been any updates in regards to allowing component instances overrides to states. The scenario is as follows: Create a master button componentBuild states for active, hover, disable, etc. with color changes and prototype interactionsYou make an instance of the component. You adjust the button width and change the button's label (standard component use-case)You test the hover effect: The interaction is applied, but the instance adjustments (ex. changing the label from "button" to "confirm") are not inherited to the instance's states. On-hover state has the button's label "button" from the default master component and the button auto-animates to the master's size. The solution I would think is to apply instance updates to each of the instance states separately as variants vs. having to do across every instance and now across every state. For example, I cannot design events (hover, active, focused, printed and disabled) for the radio button in this kit.Especially for component I am having problems with focus and pressed. Can you give an example about this? ie a defined button and its events (default-hover-focused-pressed-disabled) sample xd file. xd file with prototype created.Many thanks.

Hi there, I am working on a project in Adobe XD and I would like to know if there is a way to click on one component, have it display State 2 (which is essentially a pop-up), but then, if a user clicks on a different component on that same screen, have that pop-up disappear and then display the State of that second component. I just don't have to have components overlapping each other. I want to have the component that is clicked on appear and the component that was already displaying disappear. I hope this makes sense! Any help or workaround would greatly be appreciated.

I'm using Enterprise account, with full access to all adobe tools. But when i'm trying to share my Xd designs, by creating link it shows me Error 3138. I've tried signing off/on. And reinstalling Xd. but it still shows everytime and for all files

I can view shared libraries in my account but while designing one of them is not availble in XD.I can use componants from other library.

i did'nt get proxima nova font in my xd, and it also vanished in my pc also

Hello,Since the last couple of updates, the game pad controller support for prototypes has stopped working! The issues are with LT / RT and Left / Right nav sticks, they are no longer working for xbox and ps4 controllers.This situation has been an issue for nearly a year now, I rely heavily on this functionality and I have had to use older versions of XD as a work around, I would really appreciate an estimated fix date. Thanks,Josh.

Hi,I don't know why but when I use text in Adobe XD it starts to behave weirdly, it slows down, the text doesn't appear. It seems lagging and sometimes it freezes too. Sometimes, I have to restart Adobe XD again to resolve the problem. Am I the only person who is experiencing this? I tried to reinstall Adobe XD again but I still have the problem. My PC is very good and I've never had such problems with other adobe software.

Hi! I've been working on Adobe XD for a while now and this had never happened before. Every time I tried to edit the text box the text dissapears just as in the image and I have trouble editing. I already uninstall the program, turn off the computer, change the version and nothing seems to work. Can someone help me out?

Several clients complained to us about the bad quality of design shared via xd.aobe.com. All the clients accessing our design on regular PC with different browsers (Chrome, Opera, Firefox) but having the same issues. Some elements of the design are distorted. For us, when we look at the design at xd.adobe.com  however, everything looks good. It's getting so annoying that our upper management is going to ditch adobe altogether. It's getting close to impossible to be sure that a client can see the best result. Please help us to fix it. I've got used to designing in XD already. See screenshots below 

Hi, I'm designing a website for desktop and mobile screens. When I try to share the mobile flow (Mobile 01), the desktop screens are automatically associated with the flow, even though I can't see any links/interactions from the mobile to desktop screens. How can I dis-associate the desktop screens? Thanks!

Hi community, Last night, I realized I couldn't open my cloud document - it was stuck in syncing forever. This morning, I tried logging out of CC, restarting XD, restarting the computer, and asking my collaborator to reinvite me to the project... I still can't open it.  It would be good if someone from Adobe can help me with this problem. Thanks!
