Adobe XD

Hi there, I am working on a project in Adobe XD and I would like to know if there is a way to click on one component, have it display State 2 (which is essentially a pop-up), but then, if a user clicks on a different component on that same screen, have that pop-up disappear and then display the State of that second component. I just don't have to have components overlapping each other. I want to have the component that is clicked on appear and the component that was already displaying disappear. I hope this makes sense! Any help or workaround would greatly be appreciated.

The font list to the right clearly shows Biennale as the selected font: This shows that Biennale is one of several active fonts available to use within XD: However, when I make that type a Character Style, it displays with an eclamation point icon,

I'm using Enterprise account, with full access to all adobe tools. But when i'm trying to share my Xd designs, by creating link it shows me Error 3138. I've tried signing off/on. And reinstalling Xd. but it still shows everytime and for all files

I can view shared libraries in my account but while designing one of them is not availble in XD.I can use componants from other library.

i did'nt get proxima nova font in my xd, and it also vanished in my pc also

Hello,Since the last couple of updates, the game pad controller support for prototypes has stopped working! The issues are with LT / RT and Left / Right nav sticks, they are no longer working for xbox and ps4 controllers.This situation has been an issue for nearly a year now, I rely heavily on this functionality and I have had to use older versions of XD as a work around, I would really appreciate an estimated fix date. Thanks,Josh.

Hi,I don't know why but when I use text in Adobe XD it starts to behave weirdly, it slows down, the text doesn't appear. It seems lagging and sometimes it freezes too. Sometimes, I have to restart Adobe XD again to resolve the problem. Am I the only person who is experiencing this? I tried to reinstall Adobe XD again but I still have the problem. My PC is very good and I've never had such problems with other adobe software.

Hi! I've been working on Adobe XD for a while now and this had never happened before. Every time I tried to edit the text box the text dissapears just as in the image and I have trouble editing. I already uninstall the program, turn off the computer, change the version and nothing seems to work. Can someone help me out?

Several clients complained to us about the bad quality of design shared via xd.aobe.com. All the clients accessing our design on regular PC with different browsers (Chrome, Opera, Firefox) but having the same issues. Some elements of the design are distorted. For us, when we look at the design at xd.adobe.com  however, everything looks good. It's getting so annoying that our upper management is going to ditch adobe altogether. It's getting close to impossible to be sure that a client can see the best result. Please help us to fix it. I've got used to designing in XD already. See screenshots below 

Hi, I'm designing a website for desktop and mobile screens. When I try to share the mobile flow (Mobile 01), the desktop screens are automatically associated with the flow, even though I can't see any links/interactions from the mobile to desktop screens. How can I dis-associate the desktop screens? Thanks!

Hi community, Last night, I realized I couldn't open my cloud document - it was stuck in syncing forever. This morning, I tried logging out of CC, restarting XD, restarting the computer, and asking my collaborator to reinvite me to the project... I still can't open it.  It would be good if someone from Adobe can help me with this problem. Thanks!

I am trying to use the Adobe XD app for Jira (https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/user-guide.html/xd/help/jira-add-on.ug.html). I like the idea of this app because having a dedicated field in my Jira tickets to paste an XD link allows my team to have a dedicated place to look for design work. It also has nice unfurls which is better than just pasting in a plain text URL. However, I seem to be stuck on step 5 of the attached link. I have gotten the app installed in Jira, but whenever I configure the app it will not save my configuration (the step with the screenshot shown in the link above). That means that I cannot enable the app for any of my projects, so nothing about it is working. Is this a known issue? Is the app outdated? Any help on how I can make the configuration stick would be great.

When I've done the design and client wants just save it for the future. How can I GIVE it to him? Apart from sending XD file is there any way to give to the client design in form like it represented when it's shared via xd.Adobe.com? Meaning with possibility to see all style specs. 

As the title says, all my prototype that had mapped keys from LT and RT no longer works. Why something like that was removed from adobe XD? This was a huge let down. Do you have plans to bring it back? 

I would love to see more input types beyond simple mouse click/touchpad explored. I do a lot of console game design, and having the ability to design for a gamepad/system controller would really elevate my use of XD CC.

Hello, im  a bit confused... in some of my other panel scripts, whenever iterate through the "scenegraph.root" and console.log all the nodes (and children nodes).. the scenegraph would read or spit out the information from the layers panel from TOP to BOTTOM.  However, after creating a new panel using the UXP Developers Tool it seems to be reading from BOTTOM to TOP... for example, please look at the screenshot below.  You can see insidie my "Main Artboard" there are 3 items...  whenever i output using the below code, the UXP console debug tool outputs the information starting from the bottom.  It will output 'frame', then 'section#bottom-body' and then 'section#top-banner'... if i remember correctly from my previous scripts, its suppose to read it from the top then the bottom.  This is causing me issues.. how would i reverse it so that i output whats on top first and then going down. or is my code wrong?  const scenegraph = require("sc

Every time I need to change highlight on a buttons list, I need to create a new artboard. This is causing me several issues, that as I see, could be solved if adobe XD components could accept keys and gamepad triggers to change component states. but it only acceps tap and hover. I am sharing with you a glimpse of my file so you can understand the dimention of my problem. My adobe XD canvas cannot take any more artboards. 

Its impossible to use keys and gamepad to control the component states. This is particularly difficult to deal when you are prototyping for console games.  I know you can suggest to me to just create a different artboard, but with my project being so huge, and the possibility to reuse the popup menus to only one artboard with the back button asigned to previous artboard, It would break my entire flow (since back button would not return to the previous screen where my menu is overlaying).   

Hello Everyone,I stumbled onto this limitation in XD. It seems there is no way to change the state of a component via key or gamepad. So, for instance, I would like to trigger a toggle by pressing the key D. At the moment it would let only me choose the artboard while if I set the interaction to Tap it is possible to choose the state instead. Am I missing some steps or this feature is missing for the keys? Many ThanksRaffaele

Guys, on latest update 36.0.32.10 Adobe XD is not recognizing both left and right gamepad thumbsticks directional keys. Considering this is how we usually navigate on videogames, this update completely ruined my prototype. Do you have any plans to fix this? 

Been experiencing a problem where I cannot close my document, undo in my document or save my document. When trying to save a local copy this happened. I have to force close the application in order to be able to regain undo and save.  Tech info:Windows 10 HomeXD Version : 34.3.12.1Creative Cloud Sync : 4.3.61.1
