Adobe XD

You make interaction with your product almost impossible for users that use a Pen Tablet, which I'm guessing is often for designers. Try not to rely on "mouse-wheel" fuctions or don't take away scroll bars.

For the past two days, I have been attempting to update a project link so that the client can see the update.I changed the connection without a hitch, but yesterday it abruptly displayed the notice "You're disconnected." Try again after checking your internet connection.I have made several attempts to develop additional links, projects, and cloud-based storage options. I've applied these to several projects. Both ethernet and wifi have been tested. All convey the same message to me.I have the most recent version for the XD and I use Windows. Everything works properly, including my internet connection.Next, what should I do? 

Hi, does someone know what will happen to XD links I created once my profile is delted? Will the links stillt be accessible or will they also be deleted?

Anyone know why line is not expanding with the text? I used padding, but I probably did something wrong. 

Hi Adobe help,Please add "Edit in Illustrator option" for any graphics or vectors. Like Edit in Photoshop option is there when we right click on any image in XD.

I discovered an error while working with Adobe XD.  The files connected to Creative Cloud suddenly displayed a message saying, "For optimal performance, it is recommended to reduce the number of layers in these components to less than 20,000." Subsequently, all the elements on my artboard disappeared.  This situation has left me extremely startled since it involves work for my company. Is there a solution to this problem? 

I have defined e.g. the greyscale palette with the opacities in the assets in the Design system: #000000, 87%#000000, 60%#000000, 12%#000000, 8%#000000, 4%etc Earlier the preview of the color did show the opacity of the color in the Assets panel and you were able to see what you get also by looking at the color preview. Now in version 57, the asset color preview no longer shows the opacities, and as the result of this change the only way to see the differences between the color assets is to name them accordingly. This is a change for the worse.See the image below for the problem — the asset color preview looks the same for all different shades of black.Will you fix the color assets to show the opacities in the color preview (as it used do)? 

Hi all, I've been trying to update the share links for my larger files for the past few days with no luck. Mind you they are 100+ artboard files with lots of interactions. These files had no trouble updating before, but this issue suddenly occurred in the last few days. Smaller files update without an issue. I think it could be a timeout issue of some sort due to how large my files are? I'll reiterate again, this wasn't an issue before. What I've tried:• Logging out of CC and all services, and relogging• Tried different networks at home and at work (300+mbps upload and download)• Uninstalling and reinstalling Thanks

When I try to create text carousels and image carousels, my new component states aren't "sticking". If I make a secondary state and adjust the horizontal location of my carousel, the default state shows that adjustment too. I'm really frustrated because other components of mine are working, including a sliding button that does have a shape that moves horizontally.I've tried putting transparent and opaque shapes behind my moving images/text to see if it was just those specific text boxes or images. I've tried pasting all of my images as one file instead of a group. Nothing works. I've inserted a gif below showing what I've described, and how after the adjustment, no changes are shown.

When will Adobe finally implement color management in XD? Now all colors are desaturated when viewed in browser. I know it's because XD uses the color management of the OS, but I want to design in sRGB instead of P3... This is a problem since the first release.    What is the reason this is not solved? Or can I do something to solve this?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>      

Simple question, is it possible to randomly trigger the next artboard? Example:Click on Artboard A: can go to B, C or D randomly.This would be nice for an interaction that changes each time the user is different. I Googled a bit but couldn't find any solution yet. 

Hello I need urgent help as I have assignments due in a week!! I am not sure how this happened and how to fix it. Whenever I open Adobe XD it says "we cant verify subscription status. I tried logging in my adobe creative cloud  however it would not load and kept on saying error. I'm also logged out of all other apps such as illustrator and indesign. how do i fix this???

Hi, everyone! I'm just getting started using XD (I've done a few of the intro tutorials so far) and I'm wondering if some of the ideas I have for building my design portfolio web site are even possible in XD, so here goes:I sketched this whole thing out on paper.The main screen would have three clickable thumbnails for web design, print design, and art. Iniially I thought to just use circular frames with a thumbnail of an image inside, but then I thought it would be cool to make them more like globes or convex shapes with the thumbnails warping to follow the curvature of the shape. I can do that easily enouigh in Photoshop, so that's not a problem.Then I want to make it so that when the user clicks on each of the thumbnails, it triggers an animation and opens a gallery of thumnails that scrolls horizontally, with the thumbnails cycling through slowly but also a drag to scroll or arrows to scroll, then clicking on a thumbnail there pops up a detailed image. For that animation that

I'm searching for an xd file. I have the prototype link (which works)....but I can't find the xd document it's pointing to after extensive searching on my computer and on the online adobe cloud.How can I find this file? Does adobe keep a copy?

I am unable to update my library using the UPDATE action in XD. The update button is there - as well as the banner, but when I click "UPDATE"  nothing is happening. I am unable to figure out what is the cause - file size, server issue? Any suggestions?         {Title renamed by MOD}

Hi everyone,   I'm currently facing a huge problem with the use of my libraries in Adobe Xd. I first got a loading problem of my libraries in Adobe Xd which is now resolved, but now I'm facing another problem much more annoying. I have created a Xd library few months ago, library that is shared in the Creative Cloud so I can use it in other Xd docs. I can update my library itself, but I can't update any components in the documents that use this library. Each time I try to update my component (see screenshot, where I have 3 components updated in the library, that I want to update in the documents that use my components through the library), an error message pops up saying "Unable to update the component due to an error" (translated from french, so might not be as exact as the original english version, even if this error message isn't helping at all!)   I already tried to relaunch Creative Cloud, Xd apps, my computer, even delete the folder "libraries" from the installation f

I have a component library in one XD file. I'm designing in another XD file. I have a component I have updated in the component library and when I go to my design XD file it adds and Update All (1) button in the Components pane. It won't update the component when I click the Update All (1) button. If I right click on the component and select Update, nothing happens. I can update other components. Anyone else experience this and have a fix?

Is anyone here having major issues with  Library Components not updating, when I push the update from the main  Library Components to other XD files it will not update, at the moment I cannot use the main  Library Components becuase there not working, and Adobe does not seem to have a fix for this? Does anyone have any ideas if it would be worth deleteing some of the pref asoseated with the Adobe Cloud and XD, it feel like it is a cache problem of some kind.  My setup is XD 43.12.14Big Sur 11.5.22019 16" Macbook pro

Hello, I'm trying to open a document but I'm getting this: Error 5006:27. I can't find anything about  this error online. ... I opened it from 2 different devices and I get the same error. One is a mac and the other one is windows.

I'm facing an issue with a particular adobe xd file where I get this error when trying to open it. Already tried creating another user on my mac, and didn't work, tried downloading the previous versions from google drive, and didnt work, can't find them on adobe cloud... so, i'm getting desperate here. Help, please?Joana

Good day, I need advice on how to better manage my screens.When I started I created files per feature/tab. Each of those already contains an insane amount of screens. I have a master prototype in each file that is the single source of truth of what we currently have live in the system.When a change is needed or a new feature should be added to a (single or few) screen, then I copy that specific (single of few) screen out of the master copy and drag it down to the bottom of the pasteboard where I then work on it. Only this is then released to the developer to implement and only when done with development I will update my master copy.Now, this sounds like it could work BUT I end up with many of these 'in development' artboards that need to be managed as to when are they done to be merged back into the master and some of them never even get to development as changes are made to our roadmap which throws them way out to the back or even completely out.I sit in quite a situation now where I
