Hi Adobe team,over the last months the developer community has been discovering an issue that causes freezes (ANRs) in Air apps. Since Google recently changed the visibility algorithms for Google Play to punish apps that show high quotas of faulty behavior, all Air apps are now directly affected by this punishment.We believe that we have been able to narrow the problem down to playing sounds in an Air application. Developers report those ANRs both for streaming sounds as well as playing sounds locally. Specifically, our company has been able to reliably reproduce the freeze by creating a bot that will play our game over a lengthy session. After 1-3 hours, the app will just freeze. If we disable the sound, the freeze will not occur. Furthermore, if we endlessly loop a single sound instance with a volume of 0, the freeze also does not occur. Hi everyone,i tried to submit an external Beta (testflight) build to IOS, and got it rejected many times, cause when they test it, all connections fail.They mention in the bug report :Apps are reviewed on an IPv6 network. Please ensure that your app supports IPv6 networks, as IPv6 compatibility is required.So i think it's because of that.I tried to re-submit by adding this to the iphone / InfoAdditions node<key>NSAppTransportSecurity</key>  <dict>  <key>NSAllowsArbitraryLoads</key>  <true/>  </dict>which is supposed to disable the "ipv6" requirement, but it didn't change anything, request failed on their side.2 questions : - is there a way i can simulate / test this on my side, so i don't need to make a submission and wait 24 hours for each tests- What should i do to make it work on a IPv6 network ?

Flash Builder 4.6 running with AIRSDK 30 : swfVersion registered is 14. How can I set manually this value to a newer one (41 for example) ?I've read in other forums it was posible but the way to do it was not indicated.Thanks in advance for your answers.Kind regards

Has anyone had any success using multiple Videotextures on Air for Android?According to the Air release notes, one should be able to create up to 4 concurrent videotextures. While I can run a single instance of a videotexture, if I try to start up a second concurrent videotexture I get the following: Error #3672: Buffer creation failed. Internal error. I have tested both on an Arm-based Kit Kat tablet as well as an Android x86 Intel box running Nougat.I should note that I have no issue running 4 concurrent instances on Air for Windows desktop. Also, I have run tests both within the Starling framework as well as using lower level context3D operations and the results are the same.Thanks kindly!Josh

Hello,I just updated from AIR SDK 24 to 26 as I had some issues with StageWebView on iOS.But now I am having more issues:- On desktop (windows), setting StageWebView(true) makes javascript misbehave, like functions not triggering.- On both iOS and Windows, stage webview does not fire the Complete event anymore (it works fine on Android). So I am unable to know if a page has loaded or not- Calling a javascript function via loadURL("javascript:functionname();") does not work anymore on iOS and Desktop.

Are there any detailed descriptions how to publish an AIR App (captive runtime bundle) to the Windows App Store?

Can't seem to add the privacy bug to the tracker site. I had a bug reported on it but it seems gone. I tried twice, the site says successful submission but then it doesn't show on my home page. The bug is that the full name of the reporter is visible to anyone. This should be the screen name according to the privacy policy on the site.

Up until AIR 30 and AIR 31, I would package iOS apps for Enterprise distribution with -target ipa-app-store. I build everything via ANT on the commandline. In the Apple Enterprise Developer portal, we have a distribution certificate and a distribution provision profile. This is not ad-hoc distribution but instead for distribution across the enterprise. For many years now, this mechanism has worked.Now, I'm rebuilding the app for another release. The certificate expires in August 2019. The provision file expires in September 2019. It builds fine and I deploy to our internal website for deployment. When I download, it downloads fine onto the phone but it doesn't finish installing saying it can't. The exact error message is misleading in that it says the app can't be downloaded. When I've seen this before it was an issue with the provision profile or certificate or some new internal check that apple was doing.Has building an enterprise app for distribution changed? Is the new beta-reports

My air certificate is expiring in a month, I plan to distribute an AIR signed app in pendrives during the following yearif I sign my app today, will the installer be valid in a year? I mean will it say "publisher:verified" when someone installs it?Thanks

I'm experiencing problems with StageWebView in iOS 12 .It's probability probability cannot be triggered Event.COMPLETE , LOCATION_CHANGE.I tried 10 times and there will be 3 failures.iOS 12 safari increased securtiy ? Can I look forward to the next air version?

I have observed a potential bug in AIR 31. I have created an AIR WindowApplication for the desktop. Then I create a StageWebView in a separate Window class. However when I load web content the html content is displayed in the WindowApplication frame. This only seems to happen under MS Windows. Under OS X the web content is shown in the Window class frame.Steps to recreate:Create a WindowApplication. Create a Window class with a StageWebView (native true).Open the Window class and display a web page.Under OS X this works. ie the web content is shown in the Window class. However under MS Windows the web content is shown in WindowApplication frame.

Hey guys,​I am a hobbyist who enjoys shooting some drone footage and family video (vacations, etc) - so please keep in mind I don't do this for a living.​I've been trying to determine the best workflow for me and whether or not I should transcode my raw footage to Cineform/DNxHD or just use a Proxy workflow. The problem with transcoding all my raw footage is that the file sizes are massive. I transcoded 63GB of 2K/4K footage to Cineform from my Hawaii family vacation and it was 690GB! That is massive.​It seems to me that for a hobbyist, the proxy workflow might be much more reasonable and certainly more archivable as I am paying for my own external storage and I don't have a customer to simply charge for an external drive for all that footage. My thoughts are that archiving the final render and the raw compressed video (h.264/h.265) is so much more practical than storing 690GB of transcoded footage.​What are your guys' thoughts?​Thanks!

I've been trying to package a .swf I created into an .exe native windows installer with the following adt command:adt  -package  -storetype pkcs12  -keystore my_cert.p12  -storepass ********  -target native  -storetype pkcs12  -keystore my_cert.p12  -storepass ********  MyProject.exe  MyProject-app.xml  MyProject.swf  assetsHowever, I keep running into errors about missing SDK files. First, I got an error about missing "naip.exe". I found it in my Flash Builder folder on my Mac and copied it to the Windows machine I'm trying to package on. Then, I got another missing file error, "SDK is missing file runtimes/". I found that folder as well and am copying it over now, but I feel like I'm digging a deeper and deeper hole. Why do I need Flash Builder SDK files to package a native installer? Why can't I just use the latest AIR SDK (20.0.0.204) as downloaded?
