Adobe AIR SDK still doesn't support @11867269 expression in native iOS code. If one uses native library which uses this API, app can't be built: Undefined symbols for architecture arm64: "___isPlatformVersionAtLeast", referenced from: +[Class methodWhichUsesAvailable] in Somewhere(Class.o) ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture arm64 Compilation failed while executing : ld64 This is native iOS feature since such a long time ago and it's honestly sad that this is not supported with Adobe AIR SDK. Writing native extensions which we are porting to numerous non native mobile frameworks (including Adobe AIR) suffer because of this and are forced to use macros for checking current iOS version. Natively compilers are unaware of these macros and they flag usage of deprecated APIs all the time, even though we are using them properly. A user posted on the Starling Forum and brought to my attention that both Flash Builder 4.7 & Scout were both missing from the list of software you can download with the creative cloud. I noticed this a week or so ago, but I could still find a place to download FB4.7 on Adobe website. Now that seems gone as well.Seeing as how we're SUPPPER behind on getting a roadmap on AIR, and now that Adobe has removed FB4.7 & Scout from being able to download... I can't help but feel some sad news is on the horizon. I can understand FB4.7 as we have alternatives, but Scout is a bigger tell for me.Please someone tell me I'm wrong and have missed something

Made a bit of an error in a recent release of an Android app and accidentally changed the name of the swf that was packaged with the app. (We upgraded this project from FB to IntelliJ and ignored the output name change.)It seemed fine in testing however we use a SharedObject in this app to store some user data and I hadn't realised that a SharedObject is stored in a path containing the name of the swf:#SharedObjects/app.swf/objectname.solSo the name change to swf meant that our users are losing their data when upgrading the app.#SharedObjects/app_new.swf/objectname.solI was hoping to be able to do a new update and merge the two objects, but I can't seem to load the old data with SharedObject.Does anyone know how to read the .sol format directly? Is there a library available anywhere?I can access the file in the old path but I'm hoping I don't have to write a parser.

I have installed Adobe air in my mac running by Japanese MacOS Catalina (10. 15.3) .But it does not work due to 64 bit system.So I want to uninstall it by the uninstaller in uitility folder but I can not. the message is" Adobe Air Uninstaller.app は壊れているため開けません".It was indicated "“Adobe AIR.framework” is damaged and can’t be opened.".Could you please tell me how to uninstall it.   

Hello, I'm not a developer I'm a user, on Big Sur, and I'm trying to install version 33.1 on my Mac, yet there is no apparent dmg file.  With the myriad of files in the download I can't figure out what executable launches the runtime.  I have an existing Air application and I'm trying to get the runtime installed to see if it will run.   Thanks,Dave

Why all of a sudden without any known reason this is happening.  Is it an update/software problem between Apple (Mac) and/or Adobe????I know cant run my Shearwater Desktop to download my scuba dive logs.Please provide a simple way to fix this error.  If I need to add any ext to a path, please provide step by step instructions as we are not all IT guru's lol.Thanks sooo much in advance.

We are trying to embed a Swift framework in our iOS/AIR app.I'm following the tutorial by Sourabh GuptaSwift based ANE for iOS/tvOS.Since XCode 9 one can only build dynamic frameworks for 64 bit processors.So our Swift framework "DummySwiftLib" is arm64 only.When I'm building the ANE I get the following error."Error: Apple App Store allows only universal applications. "DummySwiftLib" is not a universal binary. Adobe has instructions (ancient, relatively) on installing and running AIR applications from a web page (https://help.adobe.com/en_US/air/build/WSfffb011ac560372f-1c6efe05128cca667e7-8000.html). This requires Flash Player to run, which isn't viable moving forward... I found another question (https://community.adobe.com/t5/air/air-custom-install-badge-support/m-p/10402577?page=1#M54628) from a year ago asking a similar quetion. Is there a way to do the badge seamless install/run that doesn't use Flash Player behind it?

I am trying to install Harmans SDK 33 with flash builder 4.7. I believe I have installed the SDK correctly. When I run my app using the simulator, I get the Harmans logo and everything seems to be functioning as expected. However, if I try to build an export release I get an JAVA error. I'm having trouble packaging our application for iOS with the icon properly. I've followed the instructions in the Air 28 release notes to package the Assets.car file and I've listed all the available sizes in the app.xml but the app still shows up on device with the default blank icon.

No errors, no nothing. If we switch back to the old jre folder, it works.Any clue what we can do?

I've got a suggestion field in my app. The code was, so far, working (or I thought it was). It's linked to a txt file. Hello everyone ! This is my first post here, so I hope I’m not doing anything wrong. After searching here and there, I couldn’t find anything close enought to my issue. So i’m posting it here. I would like to know if some of you had to deal with the following issue : On iPhone (iOS 12+), while on landscape mode, when hitting on a TextField input or a StageText, the keyboard is not showing at all. Thing is, we DO NOT have that problem if we put the app on portrait mode, or on iPad (portrait or landscape), which is quite weird. I also notice that in landscape on iPhone, the statusbar is hidden, like it would be if the app was set to be on fullscreen mode (which is not the case in our code). We tested that on iPhone 7 (iOS 12 and 13), iPhone XS max (iOS 13) and iPad mini 2 (iOS 12). We are using the AIR SDK 33.1.1.98 + Flex SDK 4.6.0 on Windows 10, using FlashDevelop (for coding and compiling) + Adobe Animate (to m

I have successfully created an Assets.car file in XCode for my Adobe Air mobile project. I know I need to add it to the root of my application. But I need help with two things:1) How do I change the descriptor file to identify and use the Assets.car file. Any documentation or instructions would be greatly appreciated.2) I wrote my app using AIR 28. With the Assets.car file, I should be covered for icons in iOS 11. For older versions of iOS, do I still need to include the icon files in my app along with the descriptor file pointing to those various icon sizes the way icons used to be added to an AIR project, or is Assets.car backwards compatible With older versions of iOS???Thanks for any insight.
