Hello,I have a desktop application using AIR shared runtime and AIR update framework that works flawless with a few drawbacks of the shared runtime nature.I'm now slowling moving to AIR captiva runtime, using the first desktop ANE (that only works on captiva runtime) and as addition, solving a few AIR shared runtime drawbacks and as another addition is compatible with Windows 64 bits, because captiva runtime is also a requirement.With captiva runtime, I will need to build a new setup and bundle C++ distributable for 32 bits, because it's a requirements of this ANE's.It will be a waste if soon we will get the official AIR Windows 64 bits and I need to bundle C++ distributable for 64 bits or both.I already did a few tests on AIR 32 bits vs AIR 64 bits without any issues identified.A few questions (fingers crossed to get an answer):1. Did you plan to add support from ANE's on AIR for Windows 64 bits ?2. With AIR Windows 64 bits, Windows for 32 bit's will be out of the game or this AIR wil

Hey,I've had this problem with both Vungle and TapJoy video ads.The video freezes + the sound continues and the app becomes unresponsive about 2% of the time when running the ads.Anyone else experienced this?Animate CC + AIR 25Regards,T

By going to Properties, I see that the Adobe AIR Version 25.0.0.134 Digital Certificate EXPIRED on 2017/05/07.Consequently, other (very important) applications which I use and which require Adobe AIR before they will Run just will not Run.How do I get Adobe to fix this most irritating issue - I cannot do my work until the Certificate is renewed.Does anyone else have this problem? If so, is there a FIX?

This is mainly a question for Adobe staff. As part of our Breeze project, we are building a command-line tool to manage AIR SDK versions. You'll be able to download any version of the AIR SDK or beta versions via command line. For example this command would download the AIR 25 SDK to your local machine:breeze air install 25However we want to make sure that we are in compliance with the SDK license agreement. Hello,As the topic say, I did several tests comparing the same Desktop App published with AIR 25 32 bits versus AIR 25 64 bits.This app have 7 MB SWF file size, more than 200 views and more than 250 models.The heaviest task takes about 500 MB ram (exporting a large report with more then 100 pages to PDF on client side).The app takes exactly the same amount of time on 32 and 64 bits on all tested tasks and I didn't saw any behaviour diference, so from my tests about 64 bits version I consider good to go BUT soon I will use my first Desktop ANE, so supporting ANE's it's a mandatory requirement.Regards,Hugo.

Adobe Air 2.0 auto-update FAQ page states "You can turn the AIR update feature on or off via the AIR SettingsManager application. The AIR SettingsManager application is available for download at http://airdownload.adobe.com/air/applications/SettingsManager/SettingsManager.air."But after using this tool Adobe Air continues trying to contact Adobe, and since our network policies does not allow the update, Adobe Air continues trying it for some time (about one minute or two).The problem is the fact that along the time Adobe Air is trying to auto-update our app remains frozen and it do not start until Adobe Air decides to stop its process of auto-update. Having trouble downloading Adobe Air to my Mac book (OS 10.12.4).Irrespective of which browser I use, Safari, Firefox or Chrome after it initially appears to be downloading I get the same message….."can't find the server at airdownload.adobe.com".Tried removing all internet restrictions etc.I see from other postings that there were issues installing Adobe Air in the past but none seemed to involve having trouble connecting to "air download.adobe.com" Any ideas please?

I'm having a problem in my app. App execution halts when using the drawToBitmapData() method with the following error:"ArgumentError: Error #3672: Buffer creation failed. Dear Friends,Iam creating an app using Air for IOS, Initially iam doing login screen, when I enter username, and password it should communicate with server, check whether the user exist or not. Iam using web api or service and getting response as json. My other team mates gave me the web service its working fine in browser (tested with fiddler software) and giving result as 200. I have a CC membership. Am using Win 7 64.I cannot download the installation file for Adobe Air. The download page is here. Adobe - Adobe AIR  All download links everywhere lead to this page.However, when I click the download button, I do not get step two asking me where to save the installation file (like I used to.) I get a web based CC with links to downloads to all my other CC products, except Adobe AIR.  There is no way to download AIR from this page. Surely I am not alone? Anybody got answers?

Hi! The AIR SDK25 which is released at feb-22-2017 has solved the mask of starling crashed problem. But I met a new problem. Hello.It looks like I found a problem with multidex in AIR SDK 25. It works properly with android API 21+. But sometimes I receive crash reports with "ClassNotFoundException" from devices with old android versions. After decompiling my application I found that some steps from android multidex enabling instruction are not performed:Configure Apps with Over 64K Methods | Android Studio Particularly, I found that my application tag (from AndroidManifest.xml) doesn't have android:name attribute. Both OSX and Windows have support for the display of a progress bar in their respective application bars (the Taskbar and the Dock).They also support the display of different status colors (failed, warning, etc).I think an Adobe AIR level API for this would fit nicely into the existing NativeApplication/NativeWindow API and it would be really useful for desktop developers.
