Animate

Hi,I want to share a album of thumbnail images for a client with several photos without them being able to download them, it's only so they can make a selection. Is there any adobe software that allows me to do this without editing in photoshop please? Thanks

I am having trouble using the video component functions in Animate after converting from Action Script 3 to HTML5. I am using Animate 23.0 and created a fully functional file using Action Script 3. After creating the file that I wanted with screen organization, I used the in-program option to convert the file to HTML5 so that I could share the file with other people (as Action Script 3 produces an swf which is no longer supported). When I did this, all of my externally linked video files (45) were removed as expected, but then when I tried to add video files through the components menu (leaving the components properties as default), I ran into substantial problems. The first video component, which is linked to a file on my computer (we'll call it File A) would not load in Test Mode. Test Mode showed that File A was loading, but nothing ever loaded and eventually the loading icon stopped. I tried using a different video file (File B), which I created in the exact same way as File A

I just decided to update adobe animate, but now i cannot find where the option to resize my eraser tool is. can some please tell me where it is?

This is happening to me with a specific audio file, when I tried importing another audio file it seemed to work fine. Basically when I scrub through this specific audio, I get lag and the audio is pretty quiet, I can't even hear the vowels/constanants at all. I just hear small pips and crackles and it's impossible to do lipsync. I have the audio set to stream so it couldn't be that. I even tried importing the audio to premiere pro and the scrubbing sounds perfect in there. but in flash it's not working properly. I wonder what would cause this to happen?

I've been using Animate for years on my old mid-2012 mac (OS 10.14.6) and it always worked just fine until Creative Cloud recently stopped offering older versions and only allows 23.0. I believe I was using 21.0 before. Is there a way I can download any version of Adobe Animate older than 23.0? Preferably 21.0. Thanks.

Hi all, I use Adobe animate cc and working on a canvas javascript project.  For the life of me I cannot figure out how to make a graphic line look blurry.  I've tried everything I can think of, followed every tutorial and lead without success.  Can someone put me out of my misery please.  

Hello,My animate files keep sending themselves to the adobe cloud, then the auto-recovery can't find it and creates a new file. Now I get a new file whenever I save or it saves itself. I've looked for settings in both Animate and Adobe file manager but can't find anything. Thanks for any help.

I'm using Animate. 2023 and Media Encoder 2023 (23.1). When I try to create a 6 minute video (H264) only using bit mapped images. After the export dialog (with AME Render Immediately checked off) is finished, I still get the spinning ball and it takes over 5 minutes to regain editing control of the file. However, there is no final file. Nothing is in the queue window in ME and no file is found based on the path saved in the export windo.  Exporting to a swf is fine.

Hello.I don't know why the stroke size gets smaller as I zoom in. I watched some tutorials, it doesn't happen with them it just happens with me.  please look at the photos. How do I fix this?  Thanks in advance. 

Hi guys,  I am actually struggling to use any assets on my PC, Animate crashes when I am trying to use any assets on my project. I did reinstall, tried older versions of Animate, updated any drivers,tried on a new project, it still happens everytime. On my macbook pro 2021 its working well. everytime i even hover with the mouse to assets, the app freezes and crashes after a few seconds.  Thank you My Specs:W11 Homei7 12900K64 GB RAMRTX 3080Ti FE  

How can create several different motion tweens that simultaneously play on the stage at different rates? They all start and stop at the same time but are traveling at different rates. Thanks

I've been trying to figure this out for weeks, but audio scrubbing still won't work.The audio works fine when I press the play button, but when I go along the timeline nothing plays, this is proving to be an issue as I have to add lip syncing to my animation.I am a new Adobe Animate user so its possible I could have missed something, either way, help is much appreciated.

I have no idea what to do so i'm hoping this could maybe help. I got the free trial of Adobe Animate today to see if I would want it and I made an animation and I wanted to export it. I went to export, export video/media, chose entire movie (1-50 frames), chose an output specifically for where i would want the animations to go, chose the format to be MP3 and the preset is set to default, and i checked start adobe media encoder. I have media encoder minimized while doing this. Hi,seit ein paar Tagen kann ich plötzlich nicht mehr exportieren. Jeder Export bringt Animate bei ca. 75% zum kompletten Absturz, es hilft nur nch "sofort beenden"...Ich habe in meinem Setup nichts verändert. Sogar bei Animationen, die vorher ohne weiteres exportiert werden konnten, stürzt das Programm jetzt ab. Langsam nervt es massiv und ich verliere Geld.Mein Setup:iMac (24", M1, 2021) 16GB RAMOS Monterey 12.3.1Adobe Animate 2023 (23.0) Bin für jede Hilfe dankbar! Cheers,Tobias

Vielleicht kann mir jemand von euch helfen. Ich möchte eine Grafik und Text auf ein importiertes Video (für einen html5 banner) positionieren.Leider werden alle Grafiken oder Texte, obwohl ich sie in höhere Ebenen positioniert habe, immer von dem Video überdeckt (befindet sich auf der untersten Ebene der Zeitleiste). Ich danke euch schon mal 😉

I am attempting to make a 'Monty Python-esque'' talking head where the jaw bobs up and down. I have created 6 seperate graphics with different stages of the jaw drop. How do I do that? Or did I make this too complicated by creating individual graphics?  Thanks for educating a noob.

Bonjour,Comme je travaille avec un fichier .fla (canvas) je ne peux pas travailler le son.Et donc je travaille le son dans Premiere et ensuite je l'enregistre en MP3 mais quand je veux importer le fichier MP3 dans Animate j'ai un message d'erreur :Et donc comment faire pour pouvoir travailler un minimum le son dans Animate (fadeIn et fadeOut) ?  

Hello,  I am new to after effects and I learned that you can move the background to create the illusion of different camera angles for an animation. I intend to zoom in the background at a different frame point of the animation. The background has been made in adobe animate so it is a normal fla file. The animation has also been made in adobe animate but is a swf file. On youtube videos that I have seen, the background file is a PNG file and the animation is a PNG sequence. I wanted to ask does the background have to be a PNG file or can it be a normal fla file that I can add behind the animation. Also, does the animation itself also have to be exported as a PNG sequence to work in after effects or can it just be a swf file.If the background must be a PNG file, how do I make it a PNG file? Everytime that I have tried to export the fla file to a PNG, the final result is not the same image as the background that I made in adobe animate are missing. I do not know the correc

And if I want to cancel the script action, I need to press Ctrl+z a lot of times.How do I combine many actions into one so that only (Run Command) is displayed on the history panel?

When I use auto lip sync, it only takes images. Is there any way for it to add not just the image of specific mouth but whole new symbol, becouse I want my mouth to move - like it's oppening and closing in each sound.Thank you for answer

Hi all, I'm sure I'm missing something very simple here but when I try and load in a new Animate tutorial from the dashboard (longtime Adobe user, first-time Animate!) I have no files coming up in assets in default or in custom. The cloud icon is greyed out at the bottom as well.  This means I cannot actually get any of the assets to try and learn how to use the programme. I've installed and reinstalled it to see if that was an issue but nothing helps. Any ideas? I've attached a screenshot to highlight the area I mean.

hello, i want to export an aliased h.264 video from animate using media encoder. however, i can only find results about exporting image sequences from adobe animate itself. i dislike the "smooth" look of anti-aliasing and would very much appreciate a way to export an h.264/mp4 file without it. thanks!
