Animate

The pressure sensitivity of Animate seems not to work when i drawsbut it works in my photoshopI can see there are options and properties in the brush tools but i can't seem to make it appearI have tried some solutions like stopping tablet service, change pen tips and other thingsbut they didn't work.Can anyone help?

When I open hands-on tutorial I get the completed scene (not animated), but there isn't a window with the step-by-step instructions. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you,James

Does Adobe Animate Still Support Windows 8.1?, if doesn't then tell me what version of Adobe animate that version supports windows 8.1 last time.

Hello 🙂 I can't save any project in Animate. I have reinstalled it many times, unplugged my graphic tablet and didn't change any presettings. As soon as I try to save it the following loop occurs as seen in he photos. I don't know what to do anymore 😞 

I converted my characters parts into symbold but when I try to move the anchor point it moves the whole shape, any idea how to fix?

I have inserted a button that operates on frames 1-24. When clicked it goes to frame 25. Works fine. I have then done the same thing from frame 25-49 and when you click the button it should go to frame 50. This is not occurring. Any ideas why? I have turned off the advanced layers setting. I'm pretty new to this stuff but need to fix it.

this might be a silly question: I am using animate CC image component (canvas) html5 to pull in external images "multiple" images if there is another way I would like to find out. the component doesnt allow "scale" in proportion. I have images that are horizonal & verical and I need all the images to scale proportionally.. is there a better way to do this with code. see attached for screenshot. just an example i need all the same size containers but I need the images to be scaled down proportionally. verically and vertically and aligned to fit with the white box area

In AnimateCC HTML5 Canvas I have made the following situation.In the first frame of the main Timline is a movieclip with an animation, lets call it "myMc". Lets call the layer in the main Timeline, where myMc is positioned "mcLayer".The first Frame of the main Timeline stops, with Javascript: this.stop();The Timeline of myMc does not play, if there is a keyframe in the next Frame of "mcLayer"myMC plays if there is an normal frame in the next Frame of "mcLayer".It also plays if there are no more frames on "mcLayer"What is the rule behind this?Is this a bug?

Hi,I want to make a html canvas. Ok, in animate it's all right and I can test the project from animate to the browser.But, after the export it (html-file) doesn't run in the browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox), if I copy it in the browser, as in this example: Adobe Animate CC: Add to HTML web page (Updated Version) - YouTube It also doesn't run if I put it in a subdirectory on my website and try a link. But why?

Is thee a way to create an html email from AS3 for an AIR SDK application? I would like to generate an advertising like email from code using a mailto or like.

I've been working with Adobe Animate for several years and even teach courses in the software- I've never had a problem like this happen before.  A couple of months ago in my Animation Basics calss, a student told me her file had disappeared. There are all kinds of ways people can misplace files, however this one had literally disappeared. I opened Animate and attempted to access the .fla through the "Open Recent" queue and when I selected the file- I recieved an error saying that the file no longer existed (no error code, just the error), and it removed itself from the queue.  Note that this file was created locally on a recently updated, fairly new mac desktop computer. Students are working locally on their files, they don't bring in USBs. The computers are shut down every day, however none of them are set to wipe themselves. Her and several others over the course of the next two weeks randomly encountered the same issue on several different computers, all differe

hello, im creating a sample website in animate. i have 3 layers with action layer excluded(no problem on this part)the three layers i have are background, buttons, contenti have 1 image in background layer. if i put the image on the content layer that i use in the background layer, the webpage runs correct.but if i put a dif. image or more image on the content layer, the webpage is showing a blank page.HTML 5 by the way ..thankyou, hope someone could help me with this

how to convert animate dashed strokes to actual paths.

Hello,I am trying to stop my audio from playing when I change a scene. My audio files are imported MP3 files into my library. I will admit that I am pretty lost on how to make them stop. I've tried changing it to a stream and that doesn't really work. Every post I have found about this kind of goes over my head or they don't post the code so I can't apply it to my own code. I don't how how to make a sound channel or how to edit the sound channel instance. Also, I know how crappy scenes are, you don't have to tell me.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advance!

I'm building a HTML5 canvas using Animate.I have an artist standing at an easel with a paint palette in one hand. In the other hand, they have a brush painting on a canvas. Hello,              For the past couple of days if I am working for more than 2 hrs and thirty minutes the stage, color panel, menu bar and pop up windows turn a solid black color. I am then forced to shut the program and restart. I have no idea what to do. Please help!Thank you,Justin Miller

How do I change the text where it says "deepbreath" with the little red thing?

Everytime I try to draw something with my brush tool on Animate it would always keep drawing the line, even when I wouldn't want it to do that, whenever I draw ANYTHING the brush keeps drawing even when I want it to stop, it looks all inky and weird whenever it does this, it's incredibly annoying and I need for it to stop. Any ideas?
