Bonjour,Je développe des petits simulateurs en html5/Canvas. Après publication sur notre serveur, ils fonctionnent correctement avec Chrome et certaines versions d'Edge. Cependant, pour d'autres versions d'Edge, la page reste blanche. Auriez-vous une astuce ?Merci

I have Animate CC  (2017.5) and a few days ago I started experiencing problems with the toolbar.If I click on any of the tabs outlined in red, as soon as I move my mouse down to access the sub-menu, it pops me over to one of the tabs in the green outlined part of the toolbar and opens up its sub-menu.  The only way I can access the sub-menu from the red section is to use my arrow keys.If I click on any of the tabs in the green outlined section, no problem.  Thanks in advance for any insight,       John

Hi!I've created some ads in Animate and now my client asks me to add "Trade Desk" clicktag. I dont have any experience with this ad network, I would appreciate if somebody who does, takes a look and let me know have I done this right? I am able to download a .ai file from Stock and Marketplace. I am having problems creating symbols from this file for character animation. Can someone contact me to help me with this process?  <personal info removed-kglad>

In the newest version of animate, I'm experencing consistent crashing and closing when I export a sequence twice or so in the same session. Has anyone else experienced this?

How come Animate lets you make flash games and stuff even when Flash is dead?And why?

Hallo,bei mir funktioniert das Farbverlaufwerkzeug gar nicht. Ganz egal, ob ich es ins Freie malen möchte oder auf einen ausgewählten Körper. In Tutorials wurde erklärt, dass wenn man mit dem Rechtklick auf das Werkzeug drückt, sich ein Fenster öffnet, was bei mir auch nbicht funktioniert.Ich habe auch bei Farbe den Linearen Farbverlauf eingestellt und mit dem normalen Pinsel und zB dem Rechteck geht es, aber das ist glaube ich, ein großer Unterschied zu dem FVWerkzeug.Ich hoffe Ihr habt Ideen, wie ich es beutzen kann,Bye   

Everything seems to work fine. I create some lines and shapes with the brush tool. I made a mistake and try to erase a segment. I push down with my pen on my tablet. The line is erasing. I drag the pen through the line I want to erase. The line keeps erasing. Then I pick up the pen. And poof, the line that was supposed to be erased suddenly reappears like I never touched it.This seems to happen more when the lines are connected to an overall shape. For example, if I try to erase a part of a finger on a fully drawn hand, it will reappear. If I do quick strokes over and over, I can sometimes get smaller bits to erase. This is extremely frustrating as it will on and off work and stop working. I have fully updated my computer and my wacom tablet, but it is not helping. I'm not sure if the problem is the tablet or the app itself. My computer is a surface book 3.My Wacom Tablet is an intuos pro.

Hi, i am unable to upload a mp4 video in media encorder.Its just get hanged at 60% and nol onger going forward .My video i am expecting would be a 5-6 minutes long.

I've been working on a school project ahead of time and animated a decent amount of the project, but then Animate crashed and I was unable to reopen the file. I was unable to salvage the file using WinRAR. I started from scratch and got to the same place I was at the point where the program crashed. I had made several backups along the way. I decided to take a break, and I closed animate. Later, the file wouldn't open. I checked all of my backup files and they wouldn't open either. Adobe's automatic recovery files were a no go as well. I'm using a Windows computer. I'm using Animate 2022.  I've been using a lot of the paintbrush tool and I've heard that can crash files. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out. 

I'm having a particular issue with onion skinning that I had not seen before, and I was wondering if any one else had come across it.When turning on onion skinning, the majority of the character disappears - but not all of it. It looks as though the bounding box of the layer/object selected is obscuring the rest of the character. Not sure if it's a bug or simply user error. Any feedback is much appreciated! 

Hi guys,I've always used Flash CC on windows 7.I upgraded to windows 10 and thought id install the new animate software.However - I am unable to open swf files. Flash always installed a standalone swf player - but animate doesn't seem to have installed one - or windows hasn't associated the file type with it - and I don't know what its called.Can anyone help please! Thank you 🙂

Hello, I'm using Flash CS6.  Yes, I know.  I know, trust me, I know.  Anyway, I'm on Windows 10 21H2 and Flash does not see newly created files in a directory.  I know the files are there, I just created them and can see them in Windows File Explorer.  When I go to import them into a Flash project, Flash does not see them.I've tried exiting and reopening Flash, and that doesn't seem to change anything.  I've tried dragging directly from Explorer and I get a circle with a slash through it.I have not tried rebooting because that, in all honesty, seems stupid just to get Flash to see that there's a new file in a folder.  I've got other stuff going on with the PC (YouTube and some other browser windows) and it would be a pain to reboot right now--and as mentioned, that seems stupid just so Flash can see "Oh hey there ARE new files there, silly me!"I can open these files in PhotoShop CS6 no problem, so I know they actually exist.Any clues at all?Many thank

I just got Adobe Animate and in Flash you could save your transformation points so you won't have to adjust them next time you take them out of the library. IBut in Adobe Animate I can't seem to do that. Was the feature removed? 

Sorry if this is a repost but i have looked at posts with similar issuses and have tried approved solutions such as deleting unused things in my library, saving as xfl, clearing some computer memory e.t.c. but I'm not sure how to fix my animate project. When I test it, it crashes at around 40% on the swf loading part and crashes when i try to export the video. I will admit i have used some bad workflows in terms of excessive graphic symbols and having some artefacts off the stage but I have done too much work already to start all over. Can anyone spare anytime to look at my project and tell me how I can fix it to export the animation. Hi, so like said in the title I'm block in the frame where the stickman exit it, I hesitate to do an half circle with the animation and put it on a mask on the other portal but I don't know if there is another way or not so here I am

is there a script to set current fill or stroke color choice to (whatever color code) ?I wonder if there is a possible script that can just set the current fill color choice to certain one.( not apply the fill on a drawing or a shapes )just set it to be current color choice in the tools small square.same for the stroke.this would be help to quickly assignt shortcutes to specific colors (or if possible gradiences).while we focus on art instead of manually selecting colors. ^^

Hi! I'm having a problem, when generating a spritesheet some of the sprites are missing and are blank. I've tried looking for an answer but can't find one so I decided to ask here. All the animations are finished but for some reason it just doesn't want to work.

I was working on an animation in Adobe Animate 2022 recently and before I manually saved the project, it crashed while trying to auto-recover. It had auto-recovered a few times throughout me working on it, so I searched through my drive to find the RECOVER file. I think I found the file (Titled: "RECOVER_Untitled-2" with a matching timestamp). However, whenever I attempt to open the file in Animate, I receive this error message: "An error occured opening file "C:\Users\(My user)\Desktop\RECOVER_Untitled-2.fla"". Is there anything I can do? I spent roughly 3 hours on this and would rather not have to start over. Thanks.

Hi everyone!I am a newbie on Animate and I encounter a problems on looping the entire timeline when create my html 5 banner with online tutorials. I have total of 3 scene in the banner.I imported all the element from Illustrator, and named the layer with “S1” “S2” and “S3” .I animate the elements inside each layer.When I finished the animation, I added a new layer call “coding” and add the action:if (!this.looped) this.looped = 1;if (this.looped++ == 3) this.stop(); But it just keep looping Scene 3 after playing the banner once, instead of looping the whole timeline.And it didn’t stop when it play 3 times. I try to use gotoAndPlay(X) instead, but I cannot stop looping suscessfully.It would be great if anyone can give me a helping hand.
