Animate

Hi, I am trying to use adobe animate but everytime I try to do something it crashes. You probably won't really understand me here, but I've been using the free transform tool, I'm still pretty new to this program, but I'll say when selecting something and hovering your mouse to the top of the selected object there's an arrow with 2 sides going left to right. I, to myself, call this sideways scaling. Before, it was perfect. But I think there's been a changed  setting I don't know of an when I sideways scale, the object snaps to the farhest point. It used to be smooth and I could set it to any point, but now it just doesnt seem to work the way I want it to. Though I could also tell that this must be something about tranformation points as when the transformation point is directly in the middle, it goes smoothly, but when in the transformation point I want it to be set to, it just does it again.Heres an example

Is there an ADOBE application that can "string" a seires of still photographs into a vidoe?  I am building a house and I want to phtograph it once every day,  then "string" the photos into a motion vidoe that shows the house being built.  The vidoe will have approximately 400 frames.

Hello. I have such a problem. During work, the working area of ​​the drawing is covered with a white border, which cannot be deleted in any way. When the program exits, it disappears for a second and you can see what has been drawn behind this box. Tell me how you can solve this problem 

So recently I obtained an XP Pen Artist 22E Pro Drawing Tablet, replacing my older Huion GT-198 tablet. It works great with programs such as Clip Studio Paint and is very responsive overall, but for some reason, the pen pressure in animate doesn't work regardless of my strokes. The image below is from a project I'm currently working on and the lines next to it are new strokes that I made. I'm not having any problems with pen pressure from programs like Clip Studio. I've tried everything I can think of and can't find much info on how to fix it via Google, so could anyone please give me any advice? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Animate and the Tablet Driver, setting the tablet to be my main display, turning off Windows Ink, etc. So please if anyone could help it'd be very appreciated.   

Hi. We are creating educational games to run on school digital boards. At the moment we are using a stage size of 1280, 740. Is that OK/ standard? It's resizable but I am using some pngs, so I don't want them to pixelate. 

I am going to be animating a 2-3 mintue long film for my university project. I want to have the best quality possible because I will be putting it into premiere pro after to add in sounds and voiceovers. I exported short animated gifs for a previous project but I lost the adobe link that helped me (when I looked through my bookmarks and didn't find it there I was felt sick! lol life). Thank you for all of your help!

Hello, I've been having issues importing PNG files in Adobe Animate for a client project. I am having issues in regards to the scaling of the image depending on it's size/position relative to where it is in the actual Adobe Animate screen. For instance in the examples I have, moving the PNG from one side of the screen remains visable but afterwards it disappears. This also seems to happen when you Zoom out in general. I also have this issue with Photoshop-imported layers, though the blank space is replaced with a static image of the photoshop layer I was using in a bigger scale.    I've heard elsewhere that this has been an issue with big PNG/Photoshop files due to Animate apparently not being built to handle large images like this but I was wondering if a workaround or fix could be advised. I'm making an HTML5 Canvas document with Animate CC.  I want to use an animated gif "as is".  When I import the gif, it makes frames from the sequence and creates the sequence of images (now pngs) in the library.  When publishing, instead of referencing the original gif, it uses the png sequence.   Where is the option to just use the gif?  This is simple html afterall, isn't it?   A simple src="images/myanimatedgif.gif" should do in the output code.

main_movie.fla(create_scene1.fla) (where I create my movie scenes - just to paste into scene1 - into an empty mc)scene1.fla In my main fla I am adding movieclips frame by frame.Those multiple mcs are created in separate flas for greater control and use of camera zoom.So in scene1.fla - I create an empty movieclip, then paste all the layers from fla1.BUT it won't let me paste the camera layer. So all my camera zooms are lost. How can I "paste together" lots of separate mcs without losing the specific camera zooms in each?I am using HTML5 canvass not AS3 because I need to use this online in schools.  

When i first created the project and added the first animations and the first button, it published perfectly and i was able to upload it to a server and test it on different devices. Everything was good. But when I continued working on the project and added another button and another animation, somewhere along the way, it became corrupted.  I've looked through the publish settings, fiddled around. I've created HTML5 animations using Animate and put them on a web page. They work fine initially but if you view an animation on a web page and then go to the web page again after a few hours, the animation runs slowly. What is the cause of this and what is the best way to fix it? 

I added audio in my HTML5/Canvas Animation and once published, I have Sound in MS Edge, Firefox but not Safari and Chrome.Is there something i should know about the publishing setting or ist it something else?Thanks!  

Hi there,I've made the switch from AS3 to javascript. I'm having a problem coding the positions of movieclip symbols. In AS3 I could drag a symbol on the stage, note its positiona and tween it in code. In javascript the x y positions do not correlate to what I'm seeing on my stage.Here's an example tweening a symbol called economy.   TweenMax.to(that.economy, 4, {y:150, ease:Sine.easeInOut, delay:0.5}); The stage is telling me that position I seek is y:393, but to get it to move to that position in code I have to ask it to go to y:150. How are you.it is very sad to talk about Adobe Animate CC anymore, for I spent 3 days working on a banner with some very, very basic animations.a)  It would scale a JPG vertically about 25% percent every time I tested it in Safari (not in Animate itself); this problem disappeared when I created document from scratch.b) It would never stop looping an animated GIF file in a browser, even though I sure had this.stop() statement in the last frame (I have an extremely basic .FLA to illustrate, probably like most of you);c) It would not export a movie file correctly to animated GIF with all movies places on the main timeline… etc.The app is quite buggy, it’s still in the Flash world, I think… and it’s not just me! I found similar postings on the Web. I GUESS IT’S THE NEXT MUZE.Can anybody recommend an alternative to Adobe Animate, please.ThanksYuri 😞 

I am trying to run some instructional material on getting started with actionscript.  The online manual is directing me to this link https://help.adobe.com/en_US/as3/learn/index.html I am not able to play anything.  My browsers say there is a security problem with mixed content on the site. Also the online manual directs me to this site https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/tutorials-explore.html?id=vid0130 But on this site I cannot find any videos on the topic of getting started with actionscript 3.0.  This is very frustrating.

Anyone have tips on how to get clicktags to work with 6sense banners built in Adobe Animate?  The had a reference doc on 6sense (attached below) but the code was written for Adobe Edge so didn't end up working when I plugged it into Animate.  Maybe someone knows how an updated version of this code might look going from Edge to Animate?  Thanks in advance.

This should be something basic but I can't find the solution.I have a movieClip object with two movieClips inside. the parent MC has a class (when the class is not created it does not give an error). How to I add Click Tags to a HTML 5 Banner created in Adobe Animate?

Hello everyone! I'm working on an animated music video. The video runs well in Animate both on the timeline and .swf and I have no problems whatsoever. But when I tried to convert it to .mp4 with Swivel I got the following errors: ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable Видео_mc_0_1 is not defined.ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable Видео__4_време_10 is not defined.ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable _04_време_mc_0_11 is not defined. I tried other online convertors and the result was the same. I have not used any code, just animations. The gibberish letters might be because I have used Cyrlic for naming layers and symbols. I am working on renaming everything using Latin letters but still, I'm not sure if that will fix the problems. The video is more than a minute long now and the file is very large, but right after I rename everything I will try to post a .fla file for everyone whos willing to check it out and help.Meanwhile, I'm

New animate user here, I have an external scroll scroll wheel (like for an arcade) that creates horizontal mouse movement. I am trying to use it to control frames, does anyone have some simple code for this? I have found a lot of resources for dragging sliders to control frames or mouse movement controlling objects but I dont know coding well enough to strip those parts down to what I need. Not sure if this makes a difference but finished product would be HTML5
